Izuku's POV~

I ended up running all the way back to my dorm, swiftly locking the door behind me. I crawled into my bed and cried. Well crying wasn't the way to describe it. It was sobbing. Heart wrenching sobbing. I honestly can't believe no one heard me, or maybe they did and just didn't care. Either way, I was uninterrupted the whole time I was crying, which was a good few hours. I ended up falling asleep at some point.

The next morning was a complete blur. Kacchan woke me up again, this time with the help of Todoroki. They had to literally drag me out of my bed. I went through the morning in a complete haze. I didn't really 'wake up' until the bell went off and I realized I had somehow managed to get ready and get to class on time. I was also able to completely ignore when my mates walked into class, which I was slightly proud of.

I could feel some of my classmate's eyes on me throughout class. I couldn't tell who it was and I didn't have enough energy to look. I knew why they were all staring, I can't blame them either. I looked like a zombie. There were definitely dark bags under my eyes, I barely slept last night, my usually clean and tidy uniform was wrinkled and the tie wasn't even done, and my hair was messier than it is normally, which is nearly impossible.

The first few classes weren't an issue, other than I nearly fell asleep in all of them, and then lunch finally arrived. I can't remember the last time I even ate. It's been maybe two days? Three? I have no clue. I wanted to get food, but as soon as I sat down at the table, I knew I wouldn't be able to get up. I was exhausted, and to make it worse I was super hot. Uraraka, IIda, Todoroki, and Kacchan showed up with food and sat down at the table I was currently laying my upper body on. Kacchan slid me a plate of chicken strips and fries, which I eagerly grabbed at.

Kacchan chuckle softly. "I figured you'd be hungry." I nodded while quickly digging into the meal.

After I swallowed the first few bites I started to pant. Kacchan and Todoroki instantly noticed. They sniffed at the air and immediately turned to me. "Izuku, when was the last time you had your heat?" Kacchan frantically asked me.

"U~um about... Oh no... a month ago..." I said, slowly realizing how big of a problem I had. The two alphas looked at each other before they both grabbed one of my wrists, pulling me out of the cafeteria. Uraraka and Iida gave us questioning looks, but didn't follow. Thank god.

Once we made it into the deserted hallway, they stopped. "W~what are you guys going~going to do?" I asked, panting heavier than before. Soon the heat would be the last of my problems.

"C'mon, let's get you back to your dorm and I'll just stay with you like I always do." Kacchan said, tugging my wrist and starting to walk away, but Todoroki stopped him.

"Like hell I'm letting my mate be alone with an omega in heat." He growled out. I flinched and whined. An angry alpha is not helping with my heat.

Kacchan pulled me to him and wrapped me in a hug, calming me and my heat, I sighed into it. Todoroki growled louder and I whined again. Kacchan started to pet my head. "Calm down, he's basically my brother, remember? I've helped him through every heat he's ever had. I can't just leave him now, he's never dealt with one a full force before, it'll be too much for him to handle." He explained to his angry mate.

Todoroki obviously didn't like the idea, but seeing me in pain managed to convince him to let Kacchan stay with me. I was still his friend and as cold and emotionless he usually is, he does care for me, even if it is just a little.

Suddenly we heard the doors to the lunch room open behind us and we all quickly turned to see Kiri and Kami looked frantically around the hallways. Once they spotted us, the started to rush over. "Hurry up, get him out of here. I'll handle them. Go!" Todoroki whisper shouted. Kacchan left quickly, but not before giving his mate a quick peck on the cheek. I couldn't help but smile at how cute they are together.

My legs gave out on me after a few steps and kacchan quickly picked me up bridal style and kept running back to the dorms. I passed out during the trip back, waking up as Kacchan set me down gently onto my bed. He softly smiled at me. "I'm gonna go make you some food and grab an ice pack. You should probably nest seeing as you don't have one yet." He said. I nodded in agreement and he headed out while I got to work. I stripped my bed of all the pillows and blankets, piling them onto the floor. I started to arrange them in the most comfortable way possible. About fifteen minutes later Kacchan was back, with soup, ice cream, and Todoroki, who was carrying a few more blankets and pillows.

Kacchan stopped Todoroki before either of them made it to my nest. "He has to let you in, which he might not even do, he's extremely territorial. He won't even let his mom in, I'm the only one he's ever let into his nest. It'll probably be worse now that he knows his mates are down the fucking hallway." He was definitely annoyed, but he was definitely correct. I didn't want Todoroki in my nest. I didn't even really want Kacchan there, but I particularly painful cramp hit me and I just wanted it to go away. I whined and Kacchan set down the food and made his way cautiously to me. He sat down and pulled me onto his lap, wrapping his arms around me.

"Hey babe, can you hand me the blankets and the ice packs?" He asked Todoroki softly. The other boy carefully handed the supplies to his mate, not stepping foot into my nest which I greatly appreciated. Kacchan placed an ice pack on my forehead, instructing me to hold it there, one on the center of my chest and one on my lower back. Then he wrapped the blanket around both of us. They smelt like Kacchan and Todoroki. Not the scents I was hoping for, but the next best thing. "I know it's not your mates, but it's the best we could do." He whispered to me. I whined, flipping around so I was facing him and buried my head into his neck. I heard Todoroki softly growl, but Kacchan shushed him. "He can't help it. Stop being a fucking baby." He whispered at his mate. The other boy grumbled, but let it go. After a few minutes I heard them start to talk but I was too tired to do anything but listen.

"So what do we do know?" Todoroki whispered, probably thinking I was asleep.

"You can leave anytime if you want. I'm staying here with Deku until his heat's gone." Kacchan whispered back. I felt the vibration from his voice, it kinda weirded me out.

"I'm not just leaving you to deal with an omega in heat by yourself. That can't possibly be easy." His mate said back. Kacchan softly laughed.

"I've been doing this since I was thirteen. It's really not that hard as long as you know the omega well." He said simply. I felt him raise his shoulders in a shrug.

"Well, what'd you do when he's in heat?" Todoroki asked curiously. I groaned and shifted, annoyed with their loud voices while I was trying to sleep. Once I was comfortable, Kacchan shifted the ice packs back into place and pulled the blanket tighter.

"Just this. He usually just sleeps through them. He'll wake up and eat, but he doesn't have the energy for much else. His body knows I'm not one of his mates, so nothing even remotely sexual happens." Kacchan explained. I heard his mate let out a relieved sigh. I growled, telling them to shut up, and they did. I was finally able to get some sleep.
