The small Jedi shuttle carrying The Chancellor and The Jedi arrive at the landing platform. There are a dozen Senators, including Bail Organa, Jar Jar Binks, and 3PO.... They were all waiting for them.

The Chancellor, R2, Alia and Anakin get out....Obi Wan and Mace Windu stay in the doorway of the Jedi shuttle.

"Are you coming, Master?" Anakin questioned looking at Obi Wan.

"Oh no. I'm not brave enough for the politics. I have to report to the Council....besides, someone needs to be the poster boy....or girl," Obi Wan replied looking at both Anakin and Alia.

"Hold on! this whole operation was your idea... you planned. You led the rescue operation.... you have to be the one to take the bows this time," Anakin smiled.

"Sorry, old friend. Let us not forget that you rescued me from the Buzz Droids. And you killed Dooku, rescued both The Chancellor and Alia. Carried me on your back, and you managed to land that bucket of bolts safely," Obi Wan replied... Alia could see that he was proud of Anakin, and so was she.

"All because of your training, Master. You deserve all of those speeches of your greatness," Anakin laughed.

"The endless speeches..... Anakin, let's be fair. Today, you are the hero and you deserve your glorious day with the politicians," Obi Wan smiled.

"All right. But you owe me... and not for saving your skin for the tenth time," Anakin smirked.

"Ninth time....the business on Cato Nemoidia doesn't count. I'll see you both at the briefing," Obi Wan said to both Alia and Anakin...

Alia and Anakin smiled and walked away from Obi Wan.

Alia, Bail, Anakin and the crowd walk away from the platform towards the Senate Building Grand Hallway.

"Skywalker.... the Republic cannot praise you enough," Bail Organa said.

"Thank you Senator Organa! The kidnapping was a bold move by the Separatists, but it was a mistake that Obi Wan and I were able to take advantage of," Anakin smiled... turning to look at Alia.

3PO walked up to Alia.

"Ms. Alia I'm so glad you are alright," 3PO said.

"Oh 3PO I told you nothing would happen to me," Alia smiled.

"That is true.... but I see that your face is bruising up, did someone hit you? or perhaps beat you?" 3PO questioned... Alia shrugged.

Anakin turned around and gave her a concern look.

While Anakin continued to talk with Bail Organa... Alia trailed behind them, but hid behind the large columns.... staying out of sight.

"The end of Dooku will surely bring an end to this war, and an end to The Chancellor's draconian security measures," Bail replied.

"I wish that were so, but the fighting is going to continue until General Grievous is spare parts.... The Chancellor is very clear about that," Anakin said.

Anakin could sense Alia was moving behind the columns... he smiled.

"I'll do everything I can with the Senate," Bail Organa promised.

"Excuse me," Anakin replied.

"Most certainly," Bail Organa nodded.

Anakin stops, and Bail goes off after The Chancellor and the others.

Anakin goes behind one of the columns and meets up with Alia... he looked so revealed to see her, even though he just saw her.... He was glad she was okay.

"I missed you, Alia... I'm so glad that you are okay," Anakin said while pulling her closer.

"I'm only okay... because you saved me... and The Chancellor," Alia replied.

"I don't know what I would've done if something happened to you," Anakin frowned.

"It feels like we've been apart for a lifetime... and it have been, If The Chancellor and I hadn't been kidnapped... I'm so glad they brought you back from the Outer Rim sieges," Alia replied.

Anakin pulls Alia into a kiss.... She leans in but steps back.

"Wait, not here..." Alia smiled.

He pulls her in for another.

"Yes, here! I'm tired of all this deception. I don't care if they know we're married," Anakin said.

"Anakin, don't say things like that. You're important to the Republic... just like I am, and we have to help end this war. I love you more than anything, but I can't give up my life as a Jedi for you... just like you can't give up being a Jedi for me," Alia sighed.

"Yes... I've given my life to the Jedi order, but I'd give up my life, for you..... in a heartbeat," Anakin smiled.

"I wouldn't like that. I wouldn't like that one bit...Patience, my handsome Jedi.... Come to me later," Alia smirked.

Anakin embraces her, then looks at her... he senses something is wrong.

"Are you all right? You're trembling. What's going on?" Anakin questioned.

"I thought I was gonna die....." Alia frowned.

"That's not it. I sense more.... what is it?" Anakin questioned.

"Nothing.....nothing..." Alia replied.

"You're frightened. Tell me what's going on!" Anakin said... raising his voice.

Alia jumps... scared to tell him the truth.

She quickly drops her head... and tries to hide the tears.

"You've been gone five months... and so have I.... but I've never felt so alone," Alia whimpered.

"Is there someone else?" Anakin questioned.

"What? No! Why do you always think that? Your jealousy upsets me so much, Anakin... I would do nothing to betray you, yet you still don't trust me.... you will never trust me. Nothing has changed," Alia snarled at him.

"I-I'm afraid of losing you, Alia.... that's all," Anakin said.... trying not to upset Alia anymore than he already did.

"I will never stop loving you, Anakin.... My only fear is losing you," Alia replied.

"It's just that I've never seen you like this... before," Anakin said.

"I wanna have kids, Anakin.... but with this war going on.... I don't want to put them through that, which is why I've made a decision.... once the war is over, I'm going to leave the Jedi order and maybe we could start a family..." Alia replied. 

They looked at each other for a long moment.

Anakin is stunned... he thinks through all of this, he then takes her in his arms.

"let's do it!" Anakin smiled.
