Chapter 4

Izuku's POV~

The ride back to my house was pretty quiet, but not uncomfortable. I wasn't exactly sure how to get back to my house, but thankfully I had the address saved, so we just used gps. When you pulled up to my house, Shinso's phone went off. He checked the notification and smiled. A second later his phone rang. He immediately picked up.

"Hi dad. Yeah he's right here. Yup." He said into the phone receiver. Wait he's talking to one of his dad's, is he talking about me?

My question was answered when he passed me his cellphone. I hesitantly grabbed it. "Hello?" I asked quietly.

"Oh thank god." I heard Aizawa whisper on the other end.

"Um, sir?" I was a little confused on his reaction, it's not like I ran away or anything.

"Hm? Oh nothing, forget it. Please Midoriya, stay safe and cautious there, okay? And if you are ever in danger, call Shinso. He'll be there as quick as possible." Aizawa said deadly serious.

"What? Why would I ever be in danger? Why is everyone so worried about me?" I asked him, starting to get a little annoyed that I wasn't being filled in on the possible danger. He just sighed before a commotion sounded on his end. It went silent.

Then I heard a faint, "Izu..." I choked on a sudden sob. "No, baby. Don't cry. Please don't cry." It was Kiri. Kami was the one to say my name, but Kiri was trying to keep me calm. I checked the time and realized that it was probably eight am there, they were in class.

"Hey guys..." Was the only thing I could say to them through the tears. I looked up at Shinso to see he had a sad sympathetic look on his face.

"Hey baby." I heard Kiri say gently. "We can't talk much right now, but as soon as class gets out, we're calling you right back, okay?" That was Kami. I nodded my head, holding back more sobs, until I realized they couldn't see me.

"O~kay." Was the only broken word I could get out of my mouth. God it's been two days and I'm already falling apart without them.

"Don't cry baby, please. It makes hanging up so much harder." Kiri was talking again. They sound just as broken as me, just minus the sobs.

"I'm sorry, it's just so... hard." I let out another sob. Shinso moved closer to my seat and tried to comfort me by wrapping an arm around my shoulders. It didn't help much, but I appreciated the effort.

"Listen Izu, we both love you, so so much. Stay safe for us, okay?" Kami said on the other end.

"I love you guys to, and I will." I didn't question it, because I honestly didn't care at that moment. No secret was greater than letting my mates know that I loved them.

"I'm sorry baby, but we have to go. We'll call you in a few hours." Kiri said, in one of the softest voices I've ever heard.

"Promise?" It came out sounding childish and broken, but I needed to know that they actually would. I didn't fully realize how much I missed their voices until I heard them again.

"Promise." I heard them both say at the same time before the line went dead.

I spent the next couple of minutes hugging Shinso and trying to stop my endless flow of tears.

Kiri's POV~

When I hung up, Denki let out a heart wrenching sob and collapsed into my arms. It hurts so bad to be so many miles away from our little omega. Fuck, there was a whole ocean in our way. It was worse knowing about how terrible his father was.

After Bakugou told us about Izu's past, most of the class was dead set on going and getting him back. We went straight to Aizawa, who alerted Nezu and All Might. All three of the pros sat down with Kami, Bakugo and I. We talked about the situation and how to handle it. They were nearly on board with going and getting him, until his location came up.

They asked where specifically in America he was staying, and Kami said that he mentioned somewhere in Orgeron. All three of the adults froze up.

Flashback

"We're going to have to handle this situation much more delicate than first predicted." Mr. Aizawa said. All of us students looked at him in confusion.

"There's... how do I put this gently? Centered around the state of Oregon is a... well it's an illegal omega trafficking ring." I swear all of us stopped breathing. The room was in a tense silence, until Nezu broke it.

"We have people stationed over there, going undercover as buyers. They haven't been able to get close enough to the head of it, but they've been able to buy a handful of trapped omegas and have gotten them to safety." He said with his usual monotone voice.

"What do we do?" Bakugou asked quietly. He was the first to recover from shock.

"Nothing. We can't risk the undercover team we have." Aizawa said with a strained tone.

"What the hell do you mean nothing?" I growled out at them. If they think I'm going to leave our omega in a state crawling with people just waiting to catch him and sell him to the highest bidder, they have a whole nother thing coming to them.

"Language. And I mean just that. My son is one of the people on the undercover team. I'll ask him to keep a close eye on Midoriya, assuming they're anywhere near each other." He said. He clearly wasn't happy about sitting and doing nothing either, but apparently there was no other choice.

Present

"This is good. It means that Shinso and Dabi are close enough to keep an eye out for him and if anything does happen, they can help." Aizawa said. Denki and I stayed quiet. He was still crying in my arms and I just patted his head, trying to keep my own tears at bay. "Please just remember that he's strong. He can definitely take care of himself. You two have nothing to worry about. He's the most alpha omega there is." Our teacher said, with a slight chuckle at the end.

"That's where you're wrong." Bakugou spoke up from his seat in the class. Seeing as everyone in 1-A already knew about his omega status, we decided to keep them updated on the situation. That's why we were doing this in the middle of class.

"What'd you mean by that?" I growled at him. Is he calling my mate weak? Denki looked up at me and squeezed my hand, trying to get me to stay calm. I took a deep breath.

"You've never seen him with his dad. That fucking bastard brings out the worst in him. He turns into the biggest fucking omega you've every seen. Any instinct he has that he may have been able to fight of, will get turned up to fucking max when he's living with his father. He because weak and paranoid. He just wants to please any alpha in eye sight. It's... disturbing. I remember one time when we were younger, he pissed me off because he stole one of my fucking toys or somthing, and when I growled, he straight up fucking fell to the ground. When I asked him what the hell he was doing, he apologized and said I could fucking hit him if it's make me happier." He explained. Denki and I both released growls when he told the story.

Mr. Aizawa let out a deep sigh. "I know you are all very worried about him, but have you taken into consideration that his father might have seen the error in his ways and just wants his family back? Even if that isn't the case, do you really think his mother would willingly take him somewhere where he's in constant danger?" He asked us.

"He hasn't fucking changed and he never will. I don't know what the hell Inko was thinking when she took him back, but I don't trust her for one second. She knows exactly what happened last time she was with that bastard. She knows exactly what she's doing by taking him back."

That definitely didn't help ease Denki and I's anxiety.
