Author: In case you've never read one of my q and a's before, let me give you a quick rundown of how it works. Author: It's not stupid at all! It's actually a really good question because I never really explained it.

Aizawa: I wouldn't let them. I guess none of the pros would. Not only would they be missing school and training, but we had no proof Midoriya's father was actually doing anything. And if he was, we didn't want to make it worse by sending a couple of kids there. We've known there was a possibility of his father being involved in the omega trade and we didn't want to alert him that we were on to him by showing up. If he thought any pros, or heroes in training, were on to him, he could have up and left, taking the kid with him and we wouldn't be able to find him. Waiting was the best option.

When I decided to write the sequel, I knew Izu's dad was going to be abusive and stuff, but that was like the main plot. The omega trading didn't come until like chapter two or three, and it was just a random thought I had.
