Hello my little cuppy cakes! I just got done playing the first FNAF game, and I did a little tiny hack on Custom night.

I did dare to do it, and I got jumpscared by Goldie. Goldie is what remains as Fredbear. Fredbear caused the bite.
Didn't this give us that HUGE hint? Weren't we just so close to solving it, but we overlooked it in the beginning? Who knows, but all I know is.
