15.) Oh Baby
Kivi woke up a little earlier than usual, realizing last night she left a few important things back at her penthouse. Most of her classmates weren't at the dorms last night and spent the night at their parent's house that Sunday, so most of them are making the commute to school. She was on her way to the school now after getting the notebooks she needed.
The trip to school from the penthouse was always a little annoying to Kivi. At any point she might meet a classmate before she had to see them then be forced to socialize. Not that she would socialize, but these classmates don't know when to take a hint.
"So, how does your quirk work?" Izuku asks. In his hands is his handy dandy quirk taking notebook with a pen at ready. The title of this page is Xantara as that's the hero name she gave him.
"It just does," Kivi responds slightly annoyed.
"Oh, come on, Kivi-san!" Izuku complains. "Please!" He gives her his big doe eyes which give a light shimmer as if he'll cry.
She rolls her eyes. "No."
"Pleaaase! I assume it has something dealing with energy–"
Kivi zones him out as she suddenly feels a shift in the air and looks up to see a giant purple beam heading straight for the crowd they're in. She throws up a large shield as quickly as she can, getting as many people under as possible. Unfortunately, many still get hit. The people who get hit disappear, causing many people to gasp. A villain appears with a laugh.
"Come on out heroes!" he shouts his taunt. "I wanna play!" Standing on the top of a building, he looks down at the force field below. "Oh ho ho, looks like we have a hero in the crowd."
That earns a tick mark on Kivi's head. She's pissed that she can only defend and not attack. She doesn't want to reveal her identity. "Dammit!" She breathes with a slight pant still trying to get used to throwing up a large shield so quickly.
Izuku looks to Kivi in amazement. "Wow." He begins to scribble in his notes.
Kivi continues to expand the shield to cover all the nearby people.
The villain smirks. "Wonder how long your little shield can hold up?" He uses his power and shoots his beam with no stopping.
Kivi sighs in annoyance. "Nothing will ever break my shield," she growls. "Come on, Izuku. It's not the time for note taking. We need to get these people outta here."
"Uh, right!"
Kivi sighs agitatedly. "I can't believe I'm telling you this... Alright, my shield is like a one-way mirror. One side is solid and holds strong. The other side anything can pass through. To counteract that I usually have up two shields, laying on top one another. Which means that these people can currently walk out my shield. His beam isn't strong. It wouldn't even break glass."
"So we need to get everyone inside a building," Izuku continues. "Got it!"
The two begin to get to work only for the people to tell them all the people who were zapped turned into toddlers, causing a whole new issue. They manage to count out that about only 30 people changed into two-year-olds.
"Dammit, we're gonna be late to class," Kivi complains, looking at all the people turned into babies. Her eyes widen recognizing their school uniforms bunched on the ground. "Izuku, some of our classmates were hit."
The two move forward to find a group of their classmates with their too large uniforms surrounding them.
"It's Todoroki, Tokoyami, Kacchan, Uraraka, Kirishima, and Ashido!" Izuku exclaims.
Kivi forms a flat shield underneath the group and lifts them up along with their things. "Alright, we'll deal with them in a bit."
"Weee!" Kirishima cheers as he's lifted.
A couple of pro heroes show up and take down the villain.
"We need to go to a baby store to get them clothes that fit," Kivi tells him as she releases her shield, moving as fast away from the scene as she can. She would rather not have to deal with a talk from the pros. She pauses and takes a few breaths, absorbing the extra panicked energy radiating from all the nearby people. An unnoticed wave of fear quickly washes over her before it disappears. She quickly returns to normal and continues walking.
(Another side effect of her powers: She's constantly absorbing energy. Whatever emotional energy she absorbs makes her feel the same. Like when she was 'comforting' Bakugo she felt emotional. She's not used to others sadness. With fear she doesn't even notice bc she got so used to it during her training. She's mainly used to anger which is a reason why she's usually mean. It doesn't help that Bakugo is always radiating anger either.)
"W-what are we gonna do with them?" Izuku asks.
"Take them to school and let the teachers handle it," Kivi blandly says, surrounding the platform with a shield so none of them fall off.
"Alright," Izuku murmurs.
They head to a store closer to the school.
"I'll take the girls," Kivi says as they enter. She picks up the two girls off the platform.
Izuku picks off the four boys. Bakugo immediately crosses his arms, glaring at the two teens.
"I don't think Kacchan wants to go with me," Izuku admits.
"That's too bad for him," Kivi shrugs, wrapping the platform into a bubble to carry their school things. "Pick out some clothes and have them pick out toys. We don't need diapers, they should be old enough to be potty trained." She walks away to the girl's section. She looks at pinky. "I assume you like pink?"
"Favowite color!" she cheers.
Kivi grabs a pink uniform for her, holding it up to her. "That'll fit. Ochaco, you wanna choose something?"
Ochaco remains silent, quietly picking out things that catch her eye. A loud crash sounds.
"Kacchan!"
Another loud crash sounds.
"Manwy!"
Kivi ignores the outburst and continues to shop for the girls. The girls make their way up to the register to pay. The two children are already dressed in one of the outfits. School started 33 minutes ago.
"Great," Kivi sighs.
Izuku eventually makes his way up to the register. "Sorry, Kacchan and Todoroki didn't participate very well."
Kivi's eyebrow raises, seeing the outfits on Kirishima and Tokoyami. "I understand why. Did you really try to get Bakahoe and Shoto to match outfits with the others? Izuku, they look ridiculous."
"Really? I thought they looked cute."
"Whatever. Remind me to tell your wife..." She glances at Ochaco. "...to never let you buy outfits for your kids." Kivi rolls her eyes and pays for everything.
"I could've paid some," Izuku murmurs.
"Izuku, I'm rich," Kivi simply tells him. "I have plenty of money to spare." She places all the bags along with their school things in the bubble. "Let's get to school."
The walk to the school was torturous. Bakugo was mainly the cause of problems. It ended up with him in his own bubble as the other toddlers walked. By the time they make it to the classroom, homeroom is almost over.
Kivi slams the door open tiredly and angrily.
"You're late," Aizawa lazily voices.
"Yeah, I realize that. Thank you, Captain Obvious," Kivi growls. "There was a situation downtown." She moves the bubble of things and separates it into smaller bubbles to each owner's desk.
"Why do you have their things?" Iida asks.
She walks in the room, the two girls follow behind her then Bakugo in the bubble. Kirishima and Tokoyami follow with Izuku behind them. Kivi releases Bakugo to the floor. He crosses his arms with a pout.
"Why do you have– Holy crap! Are they–?!" electric boy shouts.
"They are your classmates, yes," Kivi huffs.
"They're so cute!" invisible girl squeals.
The whole class surrounds the teen toddlers, cooing, taking pictures, and laughing.
"Go away!" Bakugo shouts, flailing his arms and trying to smack electric boy.
Kivi heads to her seat, kicking her feet up on her desk.
"What are we going to do with them?" Momo asks.
"That is all on Aizawa," Kivi answers.
"We'll contact their parents," Aizawa sighs. "And try to figure out how long this will be."
Tokoyami manages to sneak away and over to Kivi.
Kivi looks down at him boredly. "What do you want, tweety?"
"Up."
"Up?"
He raises his arms up towards her, opening and closing his fists a few times. "Up."
"No," Kivi answers. "You're not sitting in my lap. We aren't friends or even close. Besides, I'm more of a cat person than a bird person."
He crosses his arms before he crawls his way onto her lap anyway. "Sleepy."
"You little shit..." Kivi grumbles to herself. Though she looks annoyed, she doesn't dare move him.
He curls his head using her arm as a pillow and his little arms wrap around her arm to sleep. He leans back against her torso and his legs tilt up with hers.
Kivi sighs, adjusting herself to get more comfortable with the added weight. After using a large amount of her quirk so quickly, she ends up dozing off, wrapping her arms around the bird boy, so he won't fall.
~~~
"Should we wake her?" a voice whispers.
Kivi groggily hears voices.
"You can. I'm not gonna be killed today," another inquires.
She gets slightly annoyed at that comment, waking up but keeping her eyes closed.
"Well, it's time for lunch. She should be woken up."
"I'm already up, asshats. You're too damn loud," Kivi scoffs, slowly opening her green irises. "What the fuck do you want?" She looks down at the small child still asleep in her lap then to the class surrounding her.
"It's lunchtime," Iida says. "Lunch is one of the three important meals of the day and as your class rep it is my duty to–"
"Alright, four eyes, I got it," Kivi huffs. "Hey, Fumikage~ Wakey wakey. It's time for lunch." She gently gives him a few shakes to wake him.
"Wow, Kivi-san, you're really good with kids," Izuku points out.
"And why wouldn't I be?" she growls.
Fumikage begins to stir awake, the area where his eyebrows would be pinch together in annoyance.
"No reason!" Izuku exclaims, throwing his hands up. "You just seem like you wouldn't like them very much."
"Children seem to like me more than I like them. No matter what, they always attract to me," Kivi admits. "I can give them the meanest look or yell and they still come up to me."
Shoto pushes his way through the crowd and moves up to Kivi. In his arms, a stuffed tiger is held which they bought at the store for him. He gives her the signature up pose.
"You weren't kidding," electric boy says.
Fumikage begins to pitch a fit at being woken. Kivi adjusts him to his back using one arm to support him. Using her free hand, she begins to lightly drag her fingers through the feathers atop his head. This action begins to calm him down. Kivi gives a small smile.
"Wow," the class mutters in awe.
She shifts Fumikage on one leg, pulling up Shoto onto her other. "How about we go get some food and juice?"
The two kids grin. "Yeah!"
She turns her spinny chair to the side, heaving the two onto her hips as she goes. Ochaco walks over and looks up at Kivi.
"I don't have another set of arms, Ochaco," Kivi says.
Ochaco looks down sadly and sniffles. Kivi sets the two boys down, much to their disdain, before grabbing Ochaco and placing her on Kivi's shoulders. She then repicks the boys back up and walks out of the classroom before the other three children try to get to her.
Everyone stares as she leaves.
"She has a soft spot for children," Tsu speaks. "Who knew?"
"Yeah, I certainly never would've guessed it," Sero says, holding Kirishima on his shoulders who's playing with his hair and trying to spike it like his own.
"Manwy!" Kirishima squeals, making everyone chuckle.
Bakugo relented to let Izuku carry him as no one else would hold him, and Momo has Ashido propped on her left hip. They all depart to the lunchroom.
Along her way to the cafeteria, Kivi gets many odd stares only for them to get a glare in return. The onlookers quickly look away in fright. She uses her powers to carry all four trays after she orders. Each kid chose their foods.
She takes them to a table, cutting up any foods that would be too big to fit in their mouths. Such as Fumikage's apple, she cut that into smaller slices.
"Shouldn't they have like baby food or something?" Sero questions, sitting Kirishima down.
"No, baby food is for babies closer to a year old. All of them are about two, so they have teeth," Kivi informs. "The food just needs to be small enough to fit in their mouths but big enough that they'll still chew it."
"Oh, you really know your stuff, Kivi-san!" Mineta slurs.
"Naturally," Kivi gloats, flicking some of her hair over her shoulder.
Everyone gets settled at the large table and begins to eat.
"Ah ha ha ha! I've heard that 1-A has got themselves into quite a predicament!" an obnoxious blond boy announces. "It seems they've turned into little twerps! Hopefully, they'll get stuck that way! Hahahaha! Then they'll have to drop out and we'll take their sp–"
He gets chopped on the back of the head by an orange haired girl who then catches him by the collar. "I'm sorry about him. He's an idiot. Really do think they're all incredibly adorable. See ya!" She walks away, dragging the blond behind her.
"Who was that dumbass?" Kivi questions.
"You don't remember from camp? That was Monoma Neito and Kendo Itsuka, they're both from class 1-B," Iida answers.
"The inferior class," Kivi nods. "Though I'm sure there was some kind of mistake. Why is Mineta in this class?"
"Hey!" Mineta cries out.
"Or little Miss invisible or ear jack girl?" she continues.
This earns a hurt gasp from both girls.
"Kivi-san! That isn't nice!" Izuku scolds.
"I'm not here to be nice," she replies with a shrug. "There's always going to be someone out there better than you. You all should remember that. Not all of us will be heroes." Kivi finishes her food, wiping her mouth regally. She gets up to leave, but her finger is grabbed by Shoto who was sitting beside her.
"Stay," he voices.
She looks to his tray to find all his food gone then to his dirty hands and face. "Let's get you cleaned up, huh?" She picks him up with a platform grip so his dirty hands won't touch her uniform. "You guys can take my tray back for me. Thanks. Make sure you clean them up too. Hands and face." She takes them towards the bathrooms. "Now, I'm sure you won't even remember going in here, but it's not like it's any different than the boys to be honest."
"Where we going?" he asks.
"To wash your hands," she tells him, entering the bathroom. She holds him above the sink and helps him wash his hands before wetting a paper towel and wiping off his face.
"No!" he screams.
He puts up a small fight at getting his face wiped, so she makes goofy sounds with each wipe, making him laugh.
She lets out a chuckle. "You really are too cute." She cups her hand on his left cheek, running her thumb over his scar thoughtfully. "I wonder if you'd want me to heal this?"
He looks at her curiously. "Heal what?"
"Nothing, Shochan," Kivi sighs, picking him up and propping him on her hip. "Let's go. Class is about to start."
Shoto suddenly gasps, looking around worriedly. "Tiger!"
"Don't worry. Tiger will be brought back to you," Kivi says, picking him up. "I'm sure one of the others saw it and will bring it to the next class."
"Okay..."
They exit the bathroom and who greets them surprises Kivi.
"Baka—Bakugo? What are you doing here alone?" Kivi scolds him.
"You!" he points at Shoto.
Kivi puts Shoto on the floor to walk. In Bakugo's arms is Shoto's tiger along with his All Might plushie.
Shoto takes his tiger from him.
"What do you say, Shoto?"
"Thank you..."
"Bakugo let's get you cleaned up too," Kivi says, bringing them back into the bathroom. Shoto patiently waits standing beside Kivi, playing with his tiger. Kivi goes through the same routine as she just did with Shoto, having to resort to silly noises again to wipe his face. "Alright, let's get back to class." She takes each of their hands and walks back to class.
She's met with a frantic class.
"We need to look for him," Iida exclaims. "We'll go in teams of two!"
"Uh, guys?" Kivi calls out. "What's going on?"
"Kacchan is missing!" Izuku shouts.
"Kacchan is fine," Kivi says, walking in. "He's right here."
Everyone has a collective sigh of relief.
"Kacchan!" Izuku rushes up to him. "Don't just run away like that!"
"Whateva," Bakugo scoffs, crossing his arms.
Kivi takes herself back to her desk while everyone's distracted. Shoto and Kirishima follow behind her.
"What do you want?" Kivi glares at them.
They crawl their way onto her lap as she rolls her eyes.
Present Mic enters the room and begins to coddle over his younger students, quite loudly.
"Ssh!" Iida hushes. "Uraraka is sleeping!"
"Oop!" Present Mic immediately zips his lips then quietly begins to teach them English.
The end of the day goes by too slow for Kivi as Midnight and All Might also fawn over the little students. All Might was especially happy seeing Bakugo with a plushie of himself. Bakugo wouldn't believe that he was All Might even after he showed his All Might form for a few seconds. They finally return to the dorms. The teachers and parents decided that they should stay at the dorms and be watched over by their classmates. They decided it would be safer. If the somewhat broken League of Villains learned two of the strongest were turned into children, they might attack and kidnap them. Then they could possibly convert them to evil if they could hide long enough.
The villain who changed them into children can temporarily or permanently make someone a child, so the teachers are unsure if it's permanent or if it will wear off. The villain won't admit if it is permanent or not. The teachers did learn that if it's not permanent it should wear off in three or four days.
Each student agreed to take care of them. Momo is taking care of Mina, froggy is taking Ochaco, Shoji is taking Fumikage, tape boy is taking Kirishima, and Shoto and Bakugo wouldn't go anywhere without Kivi, so she's stuck with them.
"Why do I have to take care of two? Especially these two?!" Kivi huffs.
"They seem to only wanna go with you," tape boy says.
"I don't understand why though," Kivi grumbles, pinching the bridge of her nose. "Bakugo dislikes me, and I barely talk to Shoto."
"Bakugo dislikes everyone," tape boy voices. "But to be honest, he enjoys your company probably more than anyone else."
Kivi sighs.
"They've taken a liking to you," Tsu shrugs. "But they all take a liking to you. It's a little weird, ribbit."
"Izu~ku~" Kivi whines. "Please take one."
"I would have if they'd let me," Izuku says. "It's like they imprinted on you or something."
Kivi gives him a look of disgust, causing everyone else to laugh.
"Alright, I'm hungry," electric boy voices. "Dinner time! Who's turn is it?"
"We need to get groceries," Momo voices. "Uh, Kivi-san it's your turn to get them."
"Of fucking course it is," Kivi grumbles.
Iida gasps. "Kivi-san! Language! There are children present!"
"Yeah, yeah. But I'm not going alone!" she says, taking the grocery list from Momo before looking at each person. "Lion boy, you're coming with me."
"Oh, uh, okay?" He gives an unsure smile.
"Great, let's go," Kivi says, turning to head out the door.
The two begin to leave together only for Bakugo to rush up to Kivi, curling his little hand around her finger.
"Go with you," he voices, clutching his All Might plushie and looking away embarrassed.
"If you're gonna come with you better behave or you'll go in a bubble," Kivi negotiates, squatting down to his level. "You better listen when I tell you to. If not you'll get the bubble along with no ice cream. Got it?"
He crosses his arms in a pout, turning his head away with pouted lips. "Okay."
"Good. Bakugo's going with us!" Kivi shouts, pushing Bakugo between herself and tail boy. She takes his hand as they all walk to the nearest grocery store. "So, lion tail, what's your name?"
"Ojiro Mashirao."
"Sorta rhymes," Kivi nods. "I'll call you Mashi, instead. That alright?"
"Y-yeah... Sure," he stutters.
"Great." She nods a few times. "So, I'm curious... does your tail get heavy? How do your pants work? Do you wear underwear? Looks like it'd be hard to poop. Do you poop? Your tail looks as if it's on your butt not above it."
His face flushes. "K-Kivi-san... T-that's a little personal..."
"Yeah, I don't care too much for things being personal," Kivi shrugs. "Imagine if you turned into a kid. I'd need to know."
He sighs. "That's terrible reasoning..."
"Soooo?"
He sighs. "If it gets tiring, I wrap it around my leg or drape it on my shoulder." He groans. "A button is usually clipped at the top of my pants or a hole is specifically made. I'm not gonna tell you the last one..."
She chuckles, clutching Bakugo's hand a bit tighter as his hand goes a little loose. "It's fine, don't answer. I can already tell from you not answering that it totally is hard."
The three walk the rest of the way in silence. Awkward silence for Ojiro but totally normal for Kivi.
The three enter the grocery store, getting a cart. Kivi sets Bakugo in the cart's kid's seat and sets her bag beside him.
"So, uh, what do we need to get?" Ojiro asks.
Kivi takes out the list from her bag. "We're gonna be here for a while. I'll split the list, so we can get through it faster. Also, we should probably get takeout on our way back to the dorms."
"Got it." Ojiro messages Momo to ask what they all want for dinner pickup. They agreed on Mos Burger and a large text with their orders returns.
The two split up to cover more ground and finish faster.
"Alright, Kacchan," Kivi sighs. "What do you want to eat?"
"Spicy!" he cheers.
Kivi blinks. "Yeah, okay that makes sense. With your explosive personality, it's no wonder you like spicy things. I always wondered who wanted the super spicy jerky."
As she continues through the store, she gets many looks from mainly older woman. She shrugs it off with a few glares from not only her but also from Bakugo.
Ojiro returns every once in a while to place his items in before heading off again. The cart quickly gets full along with extra things that Bakugo wanted. Even some spicy ice cream just for him.
Bakugo suddenly gasps. "All Might!"
"What about All Might?" Kivi asks, continuing to look at which brand of cheese she should get.
"He gone!"
She turns to him. "Huh?"
"He gone!" he repeats, looking around himself for the plushie.
"Jeez, Kacchan," Kivi sighs, looking on the floor around her.
Ojiro walks up, dropping more things into the basket. "What's wrong?"
"He lost All Might," Kivi sighs.
"Uh, excuse me, your son dropped this," a timid voice speaks up from behind them.
The two teens turn to the woman with wide eyes.
"All Might!" Bakugo squeals, seeing the plushie in the lady's hand.
She hands it to him with a smile. "He's cute."
"Uh, he's not... Uh, thanks..." Kivi says not sure what to say for once.
"It's nice to see you're sticking together especially for being so young," she says.
"He's not our son," Kivi admits quickly.
"Oh, sorry," she bows. "Well, I'll be going."
"My god..." Kivi sighs, holding her head.
Ojiro sheepishly leaves to get more groceries. He returns again a little later.
"This is a lot of stuff to have to carry," Ojiro sighs.
"I can carry it all in a shield," Kivi waves off.
They finish and take their things to the checkout, placing everything on the counter.
The cashier begins scanning everything once it's their turn.
Kivi makes half a bubble and Ojiro begins to place the bags inside.
"Candy!" Bakugo cries out, trying to reach the candy in the checkout aisle.
"No, Kacchan, you already have enough snacks," Kivi scolds.
He crosses his arms in a pout.
The cashier chuckles. "He's adorable, how old?" she asks.
"Two," Ojiro answers.
"Wow, are you his older siblings?" she asks as she continues scanning. "Family?"
"Oh definitely not," Kivi replies.
She looks up confused before looking back and forth between Kivi and Ojiro before looking to Bakugo. "How old are you?"
Kivi's eyes widen as Ojiro answers confused.
"15? Why?"
The cashier's eyes widen. "So young!"
"What do you–?" Ojiro asks.
"We're not his parents!" Kivi shouts, finding her voice. "Holy crap! God no!"
"Oh, I'm sorry. I just assumed..."
Ojiro's eyes widen as his face flushes. "D-definitely not!"
"Yeah, we're his... babysitters," Kivi says. "We're only 15!"
"Yeah!"
The walk back was definitely awkward for both of them. Especially with the excruciatingly long wait for all the food they ordered for dinner.
"We will never talk about this, agreed?" Kivi growls.
"Agreed," Ojiro replies.
They enter the dorms into chaos. Children screaming everywhere, and it's not just the two-year-olds.
Electric boy rushes up to them. "Kivi, thank God! Get them to stop crying!"
"I've tried everything, ribbit!" Tsu cries out. "It usually works on my siblings..."
"They probably are tired, so we should hurry and feed them, bathe them, then go to sleep," Kivi says, moving up to the group of crying toddlers. She begins brushing back Fumikage's feathers and Ochaco's hair, slowly radiating calming energy from her body.
Everyone in the room seems to relax.
"Whoa, Kivi-san, how'd you... do that?" electric boy asks, swooning at how calm he's become.
"Come on, we got everyone's order, so get your food and eat," Kivi says, amazed at herself that what she just did actually worked.
Everyone immediately rushes to Ojiro to grab the meal bag before running to eat in the dining room. All the kids follow Kivi to get their food. She sets them up and they dig in.
"Itadakimasu!" everyone shouts before digging in.
"Fuck, I didn't think I'd be a damn preschool teacher," Kivi huffs, holding her head in her hands.
"Well if the hero thing doesn't work out," tape boy grins.
"What was that you damn tape dispenser?!" Kivi shouts, smacking the top of his head repeatedly before leaving to put up the groceries.
After dinner is over everyone gets ice cream then straight into the bath. Boy's head to theirs as the girls go to their own, taking each respected genders toddlers. From over the wall, the girls can hear how difficult Bakugo, Shoto, and Tokoyami are being. The two girls were fairly easy to bathe, so they get out much faster than the boys do.
Kivi waits very impatiently for Shoto and Bakugo to be finished, so she can take them to her floor and sleep.
All the boys come out seemingly exhausted.
"Take them," tape boy huffs, dropping the two boys in her arms.
"Dare I ask what happened?" she asks, adjusting the two on her hips.
"Todoroki froze the hot springs a few times, causing Bakugo to fit and Tokoyami to set off an annoyingly small Dark Shadow," Ojiro explains.
"Kacchan didn't get his quirk until he was four, otherwise I think he would've set them off too," Izuku sighs.
"Good. Goodnight boys," Kivi dismisses and heads up to her floor. "Now what do I do with the two of you for sleep?"
The two begin to nod off, leaning their heads against her chest. Hades and Lucifer make their way up to the three humans, curiously sniffing the boys. The toddler's eyes widen at the large cats.
"Kitty!" they both cheer.
Kivi sets them on the ground, knowing Hades and Lucifer will behave with them. The only problem she thinks would happen is if the large cats sit on the kids and that's unlikely.
"I guess I really have no choice but to let you two in my bed," Kivi sighs. "My bed should be big enough you don't roll off."
The two boys and big cats are curled together asleep on the floor. Kivi scoops the two boys up and takes them upstairs. Hades and Lucifer follow behind.
"Kitty?" Shoto mumbles.
"Oi, wake up. You're gonna go pee first. I don't want any accidents in my bed," Kivi says, taking them straight to the bathroom. "If either of you piss on me or my bed, I'm flicking you both out the window."
After, they all get on the Alaskan bed and fall asleep immediately.
...Day 2...
Mew enters Kivi's room gently leaping up on the bed to not wake anyone. She stealthily creeps over to Kivi and sits beside her head. Kivi is sleeping on her back, a habit that came out of always being forced to have good posture. She never goes to sleep that way but always awakens that way. Mew looks at her for a seconds before lightly tapping her cheek repeatedly to wake her up. Once Mew sees her stirring awake, she quickly rushes away back downstairs.
Kivi wakes up with little feet in her face and a small coldish body curled on her side. Bakugo is to her left sprawled halfway across her stomach with his feet in her face. Shoto is buried in her right side with Hades curled on the other side of him. Lucifer is curled on the other side of Bakugo, Dusk is at the end of the bed, and Loki is where he usually sleeps right above Kivi's head.
Kivi uses her power to bring her phone up above them to take a bunch of pictures. After she thinks she has enough bribing pics, she wakes them up, seeing the time is 6:30 am.
"Kacchan, Shochan," Kivi yawns, shaking them. "Time to get up."
She pulls herself out from underneath them and begins jumping on the bed. Everyone gets aggravated and everyone but the toddlers jump off.
"Kivi-senpai!" they both complain.
Kivi grins. "Let's go potty, then dressed, then head down for breakfast."
They get everything done by 7:30 and head down to the kitchen to eat. Fumikage and Ashido are playing in the living room with Iida, belt boy, and Ojiro. Kivi drops the two boys with them before she heads to the kitchen. Koda, earplug girl, and sugar rush are making breakfast.
"How'd you sleep?" Momo asks.
"They slept straight through the night. Yesterday was an exhausting day," Kivi sighs.
Shoji grunts and yawns. "Dark Shadow was awake through the whole night. Fumikage seemed to sleep just fine though."
"Ashido was bouncing all around the room until she tired herself out," Momo sighs. "That girl has too much energy..."
"Guess I got the good children then," Kivi says.
"Tell me about it," tape boy sighs, entering the kitchen. "Kirishima continually asked questions then repeated with why why why?!"
"Well they are only 2," Momo says. "That's typically the age they start that."
"Ochaco fell asleep rather fast after crying for a good hour," Tsu says, entering with said girl propped on her hip who's still half asleep.
Kivi curiously looks over to see Ochaco's flushed face. "Tsu, I think she's sick."
"Really? She feels fine to me?" Tsu says.
Kivi sighs, walking over and places a hand over her head. "Yeah, she has a fever. I understand why you didn't realize though. You likely can't tell cause of your frog qualities. Momo, think you can make some medicine? Preferably liquid."
"I can certainly try," Momo exclaims. "It'll take a little bit though. I have to figure out what it's specifically made of." She rushes off to go research.
Shoji hands Tsu a cool rag. "I'd lie her down on the couch."
"Can't you heal her?" Tsu asks.
"I don't know," Kivi admits. "I've never tried healing sickness. I've only ever healed physical injuries. Though, I might. I've never gotten sick before." She kneels in front of the couch and places a hand on Ochaco's head. After some time of putting energy into Ochaco, the only thing that it did was reduce the headache pain. "Guess I can't heal sicknesses. I'll have to train on that area. I feel I might be able to eventually."
Momo returns with a bottle of pink colored medicine and a spoon. "I hope I did the flavor justice. I tried to make it strawberry. I'm not really good at flavor."
"Thanks, Momo," Kivi says, taking the medicine and spoon and pouring some in the spoon. "Alright, Ochaco. Time to take your medicine."
"NO!" she shouts, turning away from her.
"It'll make you feel better."
"No!"
"We can do this the easy way or the hard way, Ochaco. The hard way is me forcing your mouth open and pouring it down your throat. Actually, Momo, can you make me a syringe?"
Momo does as said and hands it to Kivi. Kivi, seeing that Ochaco isn't gonna comply anytime soon, sucks the medicine into the syringe. She grabs hold of Ochaco using her quirk then forcibly opens her mouth and squirts the medicine into her mouth.
"Agh!" Ochaco complains, glaring at Kivi who gives her a smirk.
"Take it like a good girl next time and I won't do that again," Kivi smirks. She stands up, handing the medicine to Tsu. "Give her this every 4 hours."
"I'll tell Aizawa why you're absent," Momo says. "I'm sure he'll understand."
"Alright, breakfast is ready!" sugar rush shouts out.
~~~
The rest of the day was pretty calm. The teens turned children mostly stayed in the corner of the classroom, playing with their toys or each other. Invisible girl made sure to get plenty of pictures.
After school, Mina decided she wanted to go to the park which made all the others want to go too. Kivi gets pulled into going along with Izuku, sparkles, Pikachu, and Momo. They arrive at the playground and each kid rushes off to play. Kivi and Momo sit down on a nearby bench while the others go play with the once again toddlers.
"Kivi-san? Can I ask you a question?" Momo asks.
"I may or may not answer."
Momo gives her an uncertain glance before voicing her question. "How is it that you're so good with children?"
"I have a younger brother that I take care of," Kivi answers.
"Really? How old is he?"
"Five."
"Still young. I bet he misses you."
"He calls me every day after school," Kivi says. "He tells me all about his day and always says he misses me. Of course, he'd miss me. I'm the only one who pays attention to him. Our parents don't care."
Momo looks at her in slight sadness. "Yeah... I... can understand that."
Kivi glances at Momo. "Forgot, you and I are basically in the same boat. Shoto too."
"Guess it's true what people say... money can't buy you happiness..."
"Oh, it can definitely can buy me happiness, it just can't buy you the love you deserve."
Kirishima rushes up to them. "Team hi n seek!" He grabs our hands and pulls the girls towards the others.
"They want to play hide n seek in pairs," Izuku says.
Bakugo immediately slides his hand in Kivi's. "Get Kivi-senpai!"
"No fair!" Shoto complains.
Shoto ends up paired with Izuku, Momo with Mina, sparkles with Fumikage, and Pikachu with Kirishima. Sparkles and Fumikage are it and count to 20 as everyone else hides around the playground.
"Katsuki," Kivi says, grabbing his arm and pulling him to a spot out in the open where no one walks. She puts an inviso-shield over them and grins at Bakugo. "They'll never find us, but we gotta be quiet or they will."
Bakugo nods. The two watch sparkles and Fumikage race around the playground finding everyone but them. Pikachu and Kirishima were found first, then Momo and Mina, and finally Izuku and Shoto after some difficulty.
"Where the heck did they go?" Pikachu questions.
"We've checked everywhere," Momo replies.
"Kivi-san must be using her quirk to hide," Izuku says.
"Or maybe they were kidnapped!" Pikachu shouts.
"Sssh! Don't shout things like that!" Momo scolds.
"I don't think anyone could kidnap Kivi-san," sparkles admits.
"Maybe they got a hold of Bakugo and are holding him against her!" Pikachu shouts a different situation.
Momo smacks the back of his head. "You're not helping. They weren't kidnapped."
"Ow... How do you know?" Pikachu voices.
"She would've at least given us some kind of message."
Kivi chuckles quietly with Bakugo. "Hey!" she shouts. "You have to find us!"
The group whip their heads all around them to try to find where Kivi's voice came from.
"See, I told you it was just her quirk," Izuku sighs with relief.
"How the hell are we supposed to find someone who's invisible?" Pikachu complains.
Momo creates a device and catches it in her hand. She gives a smirk. "Heat signature."
Kivi scoffs. "That's cheating!"
"So is using your quirk!" Pikachu responds.
"Fair," Kivi nods. "Alright, run Katsuki." She leads them over to behind their group, so they wouldn't be picked up by the device.
After about 10 minutes of following them around, Kivi gets tired and releases the shield. The group finally notices that they're walking behind them and restarts the game with different partners. After a few hours, they decide it's time to go back to the dorms for dinner. The sky begins to get dark and the kids bob their heads tiredly. Momo ends up carrying Mina as she falls asleep.
"Guys, I think we're being followed," Izuku whispers.
Kivi slightly looks behind her to see a small group of thugs. "They aren't any League of Villain members that I know of."
"That's good at least," Momo replies.
The alleyway ahead of them pours out more thugs, making the group surrounded. Everyone stops walking.
"What are we gonna do?" Pikachu whispers. "I can't exactly do anything without hurting any of you."
"My quirk is pretty useless here too," Momo murmurs.
"Mine is too strong and flashy," sparkles says.
"I'll call the police," Momo says, pulling out her phone.
"Heh, give us all your money and valuables," a bulky thug demands, stepping forward.
Kivi gets in front and narrows her eyes at him. "Or what?"
"We do it the hard way," he grins, forming blades along his arms.
Kivi gives back a sadistic smile. "Good, I prefer the hard way." She throws a shield over her group. "If you're looking for a fight, you found the right girl. I haven't been training physically for a while. Time for a little warm up, huh?"
The man takes an unsure step back before returning her grin. "Guess so. You'll be fun to hurt."
All the thugs give each other smug glances before all coming at her at once.
"Kivi-senpai/san!" each kid shouts along with Izuku.
Mina and Kirishima begin to scream.
"Wow, all at once? That's hardly fair," Kivi says, easily dodging each blow.
She gives a strong high kick to one thug's face, immediately knocking him out. She backflips from a knife then spins to knock out another's legs from underneath him. She places her hand on his chest and sucks all the energy out of him to knock him out. Her strength increases.
"Kivi-san, the police are on the way," Momo says.
"Perfect," Kivi grins. She stands up and spreads out her arms. "Is that all you guys got? You haven't even landed a hit on me yet."
"Get this damn bitch!"
She gracefully twirls to the side to dodge a punch. "Man, at this point I'm just playing with you. Alright, I'm bored time to finish this."
The five remaining men all get quick punches to their gut. Each of them sputters from the strength of the blow all moving to clutch their stomachs. Kivi wraps an energy tendril around each member, draining their energy. They all slump, passing out. The police sirens roll up to them, and Kivi drops the shield around her classmates. They rush up to her. Bakugo, Fumikage, and Shoto tackle her legs in a hug.
"Oh my God, that was so freaking awesome!" Pikachu squeals.
"Are you okay? You're not hurt are you?" Momo asks.
"Manly!" Kirishima sniffles.
The police walks up to each thug member being held by Kivi's energy tendrils, placing cuffs on each one. One officer walks up to their group.
"Are you children alright?" he asks.
"Yeah, I took care of things," Kivi says.
"Thank you..."
"Xantara," Kivi says, showing him her provisional hero license.
"Xantara. Glad you caught their interest and took them down. We've been trying to catch these men for months," the officer admits.
"No problem. All in a hero's job description," Kivi says.
"Mind if we ask you a few questions?" the cop asks, looking to each student.
Each student tells him their hero name and answers his questions. An hour passes before they're released and return to the dorms.
"You guys were gone for a while," Mezo speaks up when they walk through the door.
"We ran into a little trouble," Izuku admits.
"Trouble?" Iida pipes up.
"Yeah, we got attacked by some thugs, and Kivi took all seven of them on at once with a–" Pikachu tries to imitate her kicks and punches. "It was so badass! I got the whole thing recorded!"
"Quite inspiring," sparkles smiles.
"Is Ochaco alright?" Momo interrupts the fanboying.
"Yeah, she broke the fever, ate, then went to bed with Asui," Iida reports.
Kivi leaves them to talk and heads to the kitchen to grab dinner. She makes plates for each child, carrying them with her quirk's help and placing them on the table. Bakugo, Mina, and Shoto curiously wander into the room then take their seats when Kivi points to the food.
After food, bath, getting into pajamas, and using the bathroom, Shoto and Bakugo follow Kivi to her room. Shoto and Bakugo immediately fall asleep once their heads hit the pillow. Hades and Lucifer curl up with them.
12 am rolls around and Kivi's phone begins to ring; she immediately answers. "Hey, my little sunshine."
...Day 3...
The next day arrives and in-class Aizawa is having them train their quirks to the limit. The teens turned children are watching from the corner of the room with awe.
Kivi is working on forcing as much energy as she can send out in one go. She easily begins to get tired but continues. After some time most every class member falls down to the ground in exhaustion. The ones remaining standing are earplug girl, Koda, and invisible girl.
"Man, I'm exhausted!" Pikachu complains.
Aizawa finally dismisses them and back to the dorms they go. Immediately, everyone heads to the hot spring bath to relax.
"Ah, this feels so nice..." earplug murmurs.
"Agreed..." Momo says, helping wash Mina.
"Movie!" Ochaco shouts.
"I see they aren't very tired though," Tsu sighs.
"Yeah, they didn't do anything real exciting today," Momo says.
"Movie!" Mina and Ochaco shout.
"Movie movie!" Kirishima's voice carries over from the boy's side.
"We can watch a movie after dinner," Kivi speaks up. "Anyone have a kids movie we can watch?"
"I have My Neighbor Totoro!" invisible girl voices.
"Totoro?" Kivi tilts her head to the side.
"You've never seen Totoro?!" invisible girl shrieks.
"No?"
"We must watch it then," Momo says. "It is mandatory for one to watch."
Dinner is quickly rushed through and into the common room everyone goes. Kivi gets a spot on the end of one of the many couches. Shoto and Bakugo curl up beside her, and Izuku sits next to them. Sugar boy, Koda, Ojiro, earplug, and Iida all decide to go to bed. Mezo most likely would've gone too if Fumikage didn't want to stay and watch the movie.
After they watch the movie, they turn to Kivi expectantly, wondering what she was gonna say.
"I don't really see what the hype is about that movie. The creatures and everything were creative, but the movie was boring. Also, who in their right mind would move into a shitty run-down house like that without renovating it first?"
"I gotta agree," Pikachu says. "Why don't we watch Spirited Away? That's way more interesting."
"I think Mina said she had Spirited Away in her room," invisible girl says.
"I'll go look," Mineta eagerly volunteers.
He's immediately slapped with Tsu's tongue. "I'll go find it." She hops off.
Kivi looks around to find every kid still surprisingly awake. Tsu returns with the movie in hand and puts it in the video player. It begins and Kivi is pretty much entranced. Something always draws her in about 'abandoned' places or towns full of nothing. After about 30 minutes in the two toddlers on her sides fall asleep. Kivi manages to make it through most of the movie before she nods off too. After the movie is over, Shoji covers the three in a blanket and everyone else heads to their rooms.
...Next Day...
"So cute!" Mina squeaks.
It's the morning after and all the toddlers have returned to their normal selves. Everyone but Kivi, Bakugo, and Shoto are awake. The three are fast asleep on the couch. Bakugo and Shoto both have their arms wrapped around Kivi with their heads resting on her chest. Kivi's on her back, one arm around Bakugo and the other around Shoto. You can bet that everyone has a picture of the three cuddling, especially Mina, Kirishima, tape boy, Ochaco, and Pikachu.
"Cute," Tsu mutters.
"Lucky bastards..." Mineta mumbles angrily.
Pikachu and Kirishima are waiting for them to wake up to record the whole thing.
"You should let them sleep!" Iida fusses quietly, chopping his arm.
"Agreed. Kivi-san used her quirk a lot yesterday," Momo says. "Her energy needs to be replenished more than any of us."
"We aren't bothering them," Kirishima says. "Just waiting for them to wake up."
Kivi adjusts her head and nestles into Bakugo's hair. This earns many more pictures taken.
"He's going to kill you when he wakes up," earjack mentions.
"I would be more worried about Kivi," sugar boy says. "She's scarier than he is."
"True," everyone admits.
Shoto is the first to wake.
"Ah, looks like Todoroki's awake!" Pikachu voices, gaining everyone's attention. He begins to record using his phone.
Shoto is against the back of the couch. He has no way out without waking the two monsters. He blinks a few times to adjust his vision and tries to move his hand up to wipe his eyes but discovers it's stuck.
"How did I–?" he cuts himself off, looking at the position he's in. His cheeks turn a little pink.
"Oh my god! Is Todoroki blushing!" Mina squeals, immediately getting a picture.
"G-Guys, you should keep quiet," Izuku stutters nervously. "Waking up Kacchan is not a fun time. I don't imagine Kivi-san much different..."
"H-How did I get here?" Shoto speaks up.
"You turned into a baby. You were so cute!" invisible girl speaks up. "You and Bakugo were all about Kivi-san. Neither of you ever really left her side. I think the only times when you weren't really together was when you bathed."
"That's..." embarrassing...
After a few minutes of contemplating what he should do, Bakugo wakes up.
After the blurriness of his vision resides, the first person he sees is Shoto 5 inches from his own face. "What the f–"
"Ssh! Don't wake her up," Shoto shushes.
"The fuck?" Bakugo tilts his head up a bit and catches a bit of blue hair. "Blueberry?"
"Bakugo's awake!" Kirishima shouts.
"Shut up, shitty hair! You're gonna wake her!" Bakugo shouts back.
Shoto sighs in annoyance. "Idiot..."
"What the fuck are we supposed to do?" Bakugo huffs, basically admitting he's scared of waking her. "If we move she'll likely wake up."
The elevator dings open and out walks Mew between Hades and Lucifer. Everyone immediately gets out of the way, hopefully not to piss off the hungry panthers.
"How did they get down here?" tape boy voices, getting replies of 'I dunno.' "Koda?"
"I-I didn't do it!" Koda squeaks.
Mew hops onto the couch and crawls up to Kivi. Shoto and Bakugo look on nervously. She walks and plops herself right between the boys' faces and looks down at Kivi. Mew raises her paw and smacks it down on Kivi's cheek, making everyone suck in a breath. Mew repeats this action a few times before Kivi awakens.
"Mew?" Kivi voices confused.
Mew leans closer to her face and lets out a loud meow. "Meroww!"
"Okay, jeez sorry," Kivi huffs, rolling her eyes. She moves to pet her, but her arm is trapped under Bakugo. She looks down at the two boys after Mew jumps away. "Ah, welcome back."
"What the fuck was that?"
"You can get the fuck off me now," Kivi huffs. "You two aren't exactly light children anymore."
Bakugo rolls off the side, and the other two sit up, sliding off.
"Aww, that wasn't as exciting as I thought it'd be..." Mina pouts.
Kivi pets her two panthers. "What'd you think was gonna happen? I'd become a blushing mess with two attractive boys cuddled up to me?"
"Sorta. I was hoping Bakugo would be," Kirishima shrugs.
"What was that, shitty hair?!" Bakugo shouts, only making Kiri laugh.
Kivi sighs. "You bunch are annoying. I'm going to get ready. You two might want to get some clothes that fit," Kivi says, grinning. "I mean, I don't mind the images that leave no room to the imagination, but it would probably not be okay to go to school like that."
Bakugo and Shoto immediately flush.
"Fuck!" Bakugo shouts, stomping off to his room.
Shoto scurries off behind him.
Everyone bursts out laughing.
...~~~...
Some cute babiesss.
