Canva is a very efficient choice for amateur designers. There are thousands of templates on Canva a newbie designer can use.

Canva also allows designers to create works without templates and is a great app to start your designing career with!

Canva isn't anywhere close to Photoshop and PicsArt, where you can create outstanding manipulations but it is an amazing editing/designing app for simple and minimalistic covers.
