The Zodiacs decided to wait until later in the day to go to the park. They had watched the fireworks from their hotel room last night, and I swear Aquarius almost fell off the balcony.

They wanted to see them from the park this time. They split up again, sticking around the same area though. Leo, Gemini, and Aries went to Frontierland, and onto Big Thunder Mountain Railroad.

Sagittarius, Libra, & Scorpio went on the Pirates of the Caribbean ride in Adventureland.

Cancer, Pisces, and Capricorn joined each other on Splash Mountain, living for every second of it.

Aquarius, Virgo, & Taurus went together on The Magic Carpets of Aladdin in Adventureland.

By then, the sun was setting, and they were getting ready to watch the fireworks. Cancer directed them towards Fantasyland. They all stood around for a little bit so that when they got on the ride the fireworks would actually be going.

"What time do they start again?"

"Nine."

"Shouldn't we be getting on?"

"It's 8:55 Leo. The ride is no way going to last a whole five minutes."

"But what about the line?"

"Still applies." The others groaned. The next few minutes dragged on, but they finally got in line at 8:58. They were riding Dumbo the Flying Elephant.

They all sat in their own elephant, and two more strangers joined them, so there were only two empty elephants.

It started up, and Gemini was already terrified, clinging to the bar with his life, refusing to look anywhere but up. Virgo was a little panicky as well, but she managed to calm herself down enough.

A narrator's voice came from speakers all around the park, but it was pretty muffled, so they couldn't hear it anyway. All they knew was that they were told that that meant the fireworks were starting. And then the music started to play. Spotlights danced around, until finally, red & orange bursts of light rose into the sky. A second later, they heard the booms of the fireworks.

By the time they got off the ride, the fireworks were still going. They all sat together, staring up at the sky. A particular two were holding hands in each other's laps, smiling up at the sky like dopes.

Back at the hotel room, Aries came into the water signs' room, and shook Cancer by the shoulders. "Cance Cance Cance!"

"What?!"

"Guess what?!"

"I already said what."

Aries ran over to Pisces, wrapping her arm around her. "You can hear too Scorpio, I guess."

Scorpio sat up, wrapped in a blanket on the pullout. "Oh shut up."

"Shit did you two finally tie the knot?"

"Cancer that's marriage."

"Huh?"

Pisces laughed, and Aries's face just kinda got all red. "Wha? No, of course not. It isn't legal."

"That's your response?" Scorpio deadpanned.

A few days later, they were heading home. Everyone checked to make sure they had everything. Gemini was down to one charger, since the others lost his spares. He expected this, but still. It hurt his soul.

Leo was coaching Virgo on how much melatonin to take before the flight. "I think two pills is the right amount."

"Think?"

"I don't know, that's how many you're supposed to take of other drugs."

"Don't call it that!"

"But that's what it is!"

"I know, but don't rope me taking melatonin before a flight in with genuine addicts. And how don't you know?!"

"Google just says mg! I don't know how to convert it!"

"I'm gonna die."

Cancer & Capricorn were eating their chocolate muffins contently. They didn't even have to look at each other to be able to communicate their shared love for hotel muffins.

Aries was digging around the room, trying to find her shoe. Taurus was yelling at her from the door, saying that they should've turned in their room keys six minutes ago. Pisces was downstairs, keeping the staff occupied, so they wouldn't get charged or something while Aries was taking forever.

Scorpio and Sagittarius were tasked with waiting outside for their limo to get to the hotel, since no way they are all fitting in one Uber, and getting two around the same time without difficulty was just not worth it this early in the morning. Sagittarius was actually watching, while Scorpio played a game on his phone, saying he'd just text them when the limo came.

Aquarius and Libra were getting waters for everyone from the vending machines. As you can expect, it takes a while. Libra handed Aquarius the quarter, Aquarius punched in the code, and set the bottle down next to her. They'd have to carry six each, and they were all cold & moist, so uh......yay.

On the plane, Aquarius and Taurus were seated together, Taurus scooted as close as he could towards the blondie, since there was a stranger in the window seat, and he was in the middle. Across from them were Libra & Cancer, who were playing games on their phones, with Cancer tipping her phone towards Libra, since she felt like the stranger in the window seat was watching her screen.

Scorpio was sat in the window seat, which he didn't appreciate since he's apparently a fucking vampire, but Sagittarius insisted since he wanted to sleep, and even with the window closed it was still too much or smth. Scorpio didn't really ask questions. Behind them, Gemini and Leo were chatting. They were able to leave the middle seat empty, since not every seat on the flight was taken, and they just got lucky.

Pisces sat between Aries & Capricorn. The latter convinced the former two to just watch a movie together, so that he could at least third wheel on his own terms. He put in his earbuds & played his music, hoping it wouldn't cut out once the plane took off & he had to go on airplane mode.

Poor Virgo was sat alone, in the aisle seat behind Aries. Leo had offered she sit with Gemini & him, but she said she wanted to actually sleep during the flight. And that she did, passing out minutes after she sat down.

At one point, Leo & Gemini were getting too loud, so Scorpio made his seat lean back into them, to shut them up. He didn't want to deal with a sleep-deprived Sagittarius or an anxious Virgo.
