A couple of hours had passed by since you got off school for the day and headed home. You hadn't gone home just yet though, there were a few things you needed to grab at the grocery store.

After a swift trip, you were now on your way home. Hauling two bags of groceries in your hands as you started to think of what Bakugo told you.

Y/N: So he's really that scared of me...huh?

You then let out a sigh as you looked at the ground as you walked, making sure not to step on the lines on the sidewalk. It was just something you liked doing when walking.

Y/N: I could use some me time. I'll head for a stroll after I drop these off.

With that being settled, you speed walked for the rest of the way there. You were eager to get home and let out some steam.

Time Skip

Roughly 15 minutes later, you and arrived at your apartment. The base structure was quite large, but your individual room was on the cheaper side.

Upon unlocking the door and walking inside, you put down the bags of groceries and started putting stuff away before anything else.

Your apartment was somewhat of a mess at the moment. Everything was all cramped into a single area, not even a separate bedroom. It wasn't much, but it was yours.

For as long as you could remember, you had always lived alone. No actual family by your side. You never knew either of your parents, so you have no idea if you have any uncles, aunts, brothers, sisters, etc.

But that didn't matter. You've been handling yourself just fine on your own.

Y/N: My work shift starts in less than 3 hours. I think I have time to take that stroll.

With that you changed into something more comfortable and headed out. You typically enjoyed taking light strolls by the beach, but over the years, it became more of a dump than anything else.

However, with your Quirk, you're able to at least clear out some of the shoreline. It sort of became your comfort spot.

Another thing worth nothing is what you do for a living. Due to your stat enhancing abilities, you make a pretty good security guard. You don't work anywhere too fancy, more or so night shifts at local offices and such.

So the time after School was the only time you truly had to yourself most of the time. Sometimes it becomes stressful, but you were content with it.

However, while you were walking along the shoreline, you saw something rather unusual, and more or less unsettling.

Amongst all of the trash, plastic bottles and other containers, there was an odd shaped shell, almost looking like it belonged to some sort of animal.

Y/N: What the...? That wasn't there yesterday...

Upon getting a closer look, you saw that it wasn't just an empty husk, the thing was actually moving. It's body shaking around violently as if something was shaking it.

Y/N: It's still alive! Just what is this thing...?! Is this just somebody with a really weird quirk...? Or is this something else entirely...?!

You decided to risk it and get even closer there was a massive opening on it's back. Something was moving inside.

Not even a second later, a full grown raccoon jumped out of the shell, startling you beyond comprehension.

Y/N: CRAP BASKETS...!!!

Upon your shout, the Raccoon ran away and left you to catch your breath. You held your chest with a scared expression on your face as your breaths started to slow down again.

Y/N: Phew...that was...interesting...but that still leaves me with whatever this thing is...

???: I think I can answer that question.

With that your fear bounced right back. You swiftly turned around and started looking for whoever was speaking to you.

Y/N: Who's there?! Answer me!!

You then looked up to see something standing on top of a massive pile of trash. It's face was practically identical to the strange shell that you were examining.

Y/N: Who is this...?!

???: I can tell by the look in your eyes that you have a lot of questions. Unfortunately for you, there's no point in answering, considering you'll be a part of me very soon. If you don't resist, I will make it quick.

Y/N: I don't know who or even what you are, but if you think I'm just some pushover, you're poorly mistaken!!

Suddenly your aura bursted out from your body again just like when you comforted Bakugo. You knew that with his statements, you were about to engage in combat with this creature. Perhaps to the Death.

???: Ahhh...finally...a familiar power...

Y/N: What...?!

Before you could say another word, the creature also started producing an aura that looked nearly identical to yours. The only noticeable difference was that his aura was golden, whereas yours was white. His aura was also slightly larger.

???: Hahahaha! It's time to meet your maker!

All of a sudden the creature opened up it's palm and fired a glowing projectile attack directly at you. Acting quickly, you leaped backwards and avoided the attack as it exploded the second it made contact with the ground.

Y/N: Ranged attacks...this isn't good...I usually specialize in close combat...

The next thing you knew, the creature was bolting your direction at high speeds. Soaring through the air as it started to jab at you with it's tail.

Being EXTREMELY careful, you dodged most of the attacks by moving side to side, however, that didn't stop it from grazing and cutting you a few times.

Y/N: This thing is crazy!!

You then decided to defend yourself and attack back with a fierce punch aimed right for it's chest, however it was able to dodge rather easily and counter with a kick that sent you flying back.

That one attack alone was enough to knock the wind out of you, despite that you bounced back and charged once again.

The Creature decided to meet you halfway as the two of you collided in a headbutt clash. Locking each other in the same position as it growled at you.

???: You're all mine!!

All of a sudden it's tail shot straight for your stomach, the pointy tip of the tail stabbing straight into your flesh as you felt extreme amounts of pain.

However that wasn't the worst of it. He then began to start sucking up what you could only assume to be your blood from the open flesh wound which only brought even more pain.

Despite the amount of pain you were currently in, you were paralyzed from shock. You couldn't move or even scream for help.

You could see your life flashing before your eyes. You started to reflect on your life, thinking about how little you had accomplished.

Y/N: Is this really the end...?! Alone on the beach with nobody to help me...? I've done so little with my life...no family, no close friends...I'm all alone here...I guess this is it...

With those final thoughts, you finally accepted your fate as your vision started to fade. Nothing but darkness.

However, somehow, somewhere from deep within, a small part of you was still fighting. The very core of your being was still holding out to hope, and this was all you needed.

The wild beast from deep inside you was roaring, and this was what caused you to snap back to your senses. A new feeling was now flowing through you.

Y/N: NO!!

At that moment, your eyes flashes into a bright yellow colour, your aura slowly turning green, and your body bulking up as you now towered over this creature with a wild look in your eyes.

With one powerful scream, you blew it away and got it's tail out of your guts. Now standing against this monster with a hole in your stomach.

???: Hidden Power...excellent! However, it's time to put an end to this little game!!

All of a sudden the monster began to power up as well, shining with a prominent golden glow as you faced him. Alone. No Fear, No Regret. Only Pure and Utter RAGE.

???: The Bigger the beast, the more glorious the Kill!

The two of you stared each other down with the full intent to kill one another. The Creature charged up a large ball of glowing energy before firing it directly at you.

???: DIE FOR ME!

Y/N: GRAAAAAAAAAAH!!!!!

Letting out the loudest scream you had ever shouted in your entire life, you put your hands out and fired a large beam of green energy.

The two attacks quickly collided and created a large explosion that could be seen from blocks away. The recoil from your blast caused you to stagger back by a bit.

When the smoke cleared up, the monster could still be seen, but now somebody else was standing before him.

Meanwhile, you had drained all of your energy. Your eyes going back to normal, your aura dispersing, and your muscles shrinking down to their normal size again.

Falling face first into the same, you could only slightly look up as you saw what looked like a man facing against the creature.

???: That's enough. I'm ending this now!
