Eventually your nerves shut down as your mind was inserted into the world of Sword Art Online

After setting a few things up in the game, such as language, name, creating an avatar, and a few other things, you suddenly appeared into the world of Sword Art Online's Town of beginnings

Y/N: Woah...! This is so awesome...!! It feels so real!!

With that you ran into the town and began to grab some gear to equip for your unforgettable VR journey

Time Skip

Y/N: Ah! Now this is more like it!

You were currently walking in an open space, equipped with some beginners Armor and a basic sword, the sun was beginning to set as you looked at the sky

Y/N: Well...It's already been a few hours, might as well log out for a bit and take a quick shower before coming back!

With that you opened up your menu only to see that the log out button was missing, you went wide eyed and rubbed your eyes thinking that they were messing with you, but they weren't, the Log Out button was gone

Y/N: T-This has to be some sort of bug!

The game literally just came out today...

Suddenly a very loud bell could be heard ringing in the distance as you were suddenly warped to the central place of the town of beginnings, along with every other player in the game

Y/N: What's happening?!

Everyone in the area was crowded and confused by what had just happened, the bell suddenly stopped ringing as the sky went completely red due to the error panels that appeared in the sky

Everyone in the area began to panic thinking something bad was happening as you could hear murmurs around the crowd

Guy: What in the world?!

Girl: I-I'm scared!

Red liquid that looked almost identical to blood began to leak from the sky, eventually the liquid began to pour from the sky forming a ball that soon formed a strange being in a cloak

Y/N: Y-You're kidding right?!

Game Master: Attention Players, My name is Akihiko Kayaba, and as of this moment, I am in control of this world.

Y/N: Mr.Kayaba's here?!

Game Master: I'm sure most of you have already noticed an item missing from your main menu's, the Log Out Button...

The Game master suddenly opened up his menu as everyone saw how his Log Out button was also missing

Game Master: Let me assure you, this is not a defect to the game, I repeat, this is not a defect, this is how Sword Art Online was designed to be.

He continued to speak as you discovered that you could not log out without dying, dying in the game means you die in real life, and the only way that to log out, was to clear the game by beating the boss on the 100th floor

There was a short yet dead silence as everyone was in complete shock by the news that they just heard, suddenly the game master pointed straight towards you making you flinch

Game Master: I see a player in the crowd who's the son of a very good friend of mine, Y/N, please make yourself known...

You hesitated before slowly walking towards the game master with an unsure look on your face, eventually you were right in front of him as he looked down to you

Game Master: I'd like to personally thank you for deciding to play my game, and welcome you to the world of Sword Art Online, now I've placed a little gift in each of your inventory's in your main menu's please take a look.

Just like that, everyone including you began to look into their inventory's to find a mirror, everyone brought it out and looked into it as everyone began to glow blue before being transformed into what they looked like in the real world

Guy 1: What the hell?!

Guy 2: You're not 17!!

You looked to see that your looked had changed to what you look like in the real world

Y/N: This is so weird...! And Creepy...!

Game Master: Now, Y/N, Before I go I shall give you a personal gift.

Suddenly the Game Master raised his hands into the air as particles of golden energy began to form around you

Everyone surrounding you went wide eyed as you were Given a new outfit, a weapon, and a small pouch full of beans

Y/N: What the...?!

Game Master: I have given you a weapon, healing items, a new outfit, and some special powers as well...you are now a Saiyan my friend...

Y/N: Saiyan? the Saiyans from Dragon Ball Z?!

Guy 1: Dragon Ball Z?! I watched that!

Guy 2: Aren't the main characters super OP?!

Game Master: Yes, this sudden transformation alone was enough to boost you to level 6, I'm leaving you to learn the rest of your skills...This concludes the end of the tutorial, and the official launch of Sword Art Online, Players, I wish you all the best of luck.

With that the giant cloaked figure began to fade away into smoke before floating into the sky which soon turned back to normal, there was yet another dead silence for a short while until a girl in the crowd screamed causing everyone to panic

Scary thoughts began to race through your mind as your eyes had been widened for quite some time now

Y/N: I'm stuck here?! I'll die in real life if I die here?! This is crazy!!!

About to undergo a panic attack, you leaped into the air and flew off, not even aware of what you were doing, causing everyone to stop with their screaming

You landed in a small alley way as you began to take some deep breaths

Y/N: Okay Y/N...Calm down...panicking isn't gonna get you anywhere...

You suddenly looked at the sky with a straight face as the moon was completely visible

Y/N: I need to come up with a plan!
