And there was namjoon, being beaten up by Hoseok and Jungkook while Jimin films, laughing.

The crowd sorrounding the poor boy being kicked in the floor wasn't silent either, they were cracking up, gasping, shouting, filming, but not helping him.

"Corky get used to this" I quickly frown hearing Kendall as my eyes land on her. Her arms crossed over her chest and just staring at how badly his boyfriend and friends physically attacked someone.

My eyes land now on Lilli, but she quickly avoids my gaze probably realizing how shocked I am.

My leg moves on it's own, stepping foward. But I freeze on spot seeing a blonde boy kinda shorter than Hoseok do too. And there was Yoongi, stepping in front of them to protect his best friend.

"Go away asshole" Yoongi speaks while smirking evilly, earning a scoff coming from the other three boys.

"If you don't move we will beat up your ass too" Jungkook says and locks eyes with Hoseok, who immediatly nods while glaring at Yoongi and stepping foward.

Hoseok intends to grab Yoongi by his collar but the crowd goes wild, gasping, when someone stops him.

and that's me.

Standing in front of Yoongi in a protective way while stopping Hoseok's hand with mine.

The dark haireds boy angry expressions disappear, being replaced with confusion and somehow uneasiness.

"Courtney?" Jimin asks confused while lowering his phone and trying to cover his confused expression while looking at his friends.

Jungkook on the other hand steps foward daringly while looking like he is going to kill me.

I lock eyes with Hoseok with my eyebrows furrowed just as his.

"Don't you dare touch my friends" I stat making everyone whisper. The bully's faces in front of me change immediatly.

Anger boils up Hoseok's blood, And for a split of a second he locks eyes with the boy on his right, who slowly bites his lip in a surprised manner.

The dark haired boy on the left seems to analyze the situation, not knowing what to do, not knowing what his friends will do.

"And what are you gonna do to stop us?" Jungkook scoffs and everyone goes silent.

My eyes quickly leave him now landing on the floor. Nothing, I could do nothing. Three boys against me and no one seems to be interested in helping either, except Yoongi.

Everyone stares at us, tension flooding the ambient as Jungkook expects Hoseok to idk, beat me up? that seems to be what he would like to, and Jimin literally wanting this situation to end, he is clearly awkward and nervous.

My eyes lock with Hoseok's, almost pleading, still hoping that maybe the boy I used to know was somewhere present. He eyes me carefully, there is no sign of him retracting himself yet, there was this thing in his dark gaze that pretty much assured me he won't hurt me, he isn't capable of. And just like that, the bell rings, making him look away and leave, followed by jimin. 

And so does the rest, with a last glare Jungkook follows after his friend and the crowd as well disappears.

I turn around facing Yoongi trying to help Namjoon up. Before I could do too I see Lilli slowly approaching me.

"That honestly got in my nerves" she widens her eyes while chuckling a bit "No one has ever tried to confront Jungkook's gang".

"Well guess that changed just now" I shrug my shoulders while forcing a smile. Playing it cool isn't easy, specially being worried about them bullying me.

"Well we have class now are you gonna-

"Im gonna help namjoon" I assure her while nodding my head and so does she, smiling and leaving.

I get under namjoons arm as Yoongi does the same on his other side to carry him to the infirmary.

"Oh my god" The nurse gasps while covering her mouth and instantly going to pick the first aid kit.

"May I know what happened?" The woman sits down in front of namjoon while treating his injuries

Yoongi sighs "Jungkook's gang" the nurse rolls her eyes angrily.

Wait what? So even the nurses know about this? Why isn't anybody doing anything?

I quickly frown while locking eyes with Yoongi but he just checks his phone.

"Okay so guys, Namjoon needs rest it would be the best if you return to your classes" The nurse adds and we quickly nod.

"Thanks court- it was really nice... and unexpected" Namjoon said chuckling and I quickly smiled back at him.

"No problem" I nod at him as I make my way outside along with yoongi. Of course I couldn't just watch him being beaten up, it was just sick.

"What you did was seriously amazing" Yoongi admits while nodding "I know we already get along with each other but I just..." He scratches the back of his head nervously "I just didn't expect you to put yourself against those three idiots for us... You caught me off-guard" He smiles sweetly making me smile back instantly. Yoongi did not smile that genuinely and pretty on my first day at school.

"I just thought it was the right thing to do... but to be honest I'm a bit scared right now" I admit while playing with my fingers awkwardly and he stops grabbing my hand and brushing it with his thumb.

I quickly lock eyes with him, feeling the heat approaching my face as he smiled at me.

"I will not allow them to hurt you, don't worry" he nods again while letting go of my hand as we start making or way to the classroom.

"Anyways, why isn't anybody doing anything about Junkook's gang? can't they be expelled or...?" I ask raising my eyebrows while Yoongi sighs.

"Jungkook is Jimin's best friend since idk, since they breath. And Jimin's dad is the director of the school, so them being expelled seems not to be an option" he stats, leaving a frustrated sigh and so do I.

"Wow that's screwed up, also how could you miss telling me that? It's not a small detail" I glare at him and he rolls his eyes dramatically while groaning.

"I don't have a perfect memory" He complains and I chuckle.

But the smile doesn't last long on my face when I think about him again. It was not only he changed, It was him being an asshole, It was him being the reason I cried and waited for a whole month for nothing, It was him being the reason why namjoon is how and where is he now, Its all him.

Its afterall, not so nice seeing you again, Jung Hoseok.
