"If I was you I would use your free time for finding what activities or clubs you like" He says as we walk through the school

Though I don't exactly know where are we going, I still follow him around

"Oh well Lilli wanted me to audition to be a cheerleader" I tell him and he scoffs 

I furrow my eyebrows "What?" 

"More Kendall minions" he shrugs

"I don't care, I don't do it for her I do like to dance. Still, I haven't even auditioned yet" I say 

"Well If you are really interested cheerleaders is an activity, just like the football team, tennis team, etc; activities are not a must like clubs so you can choose not to be in them, however you have to be at least in one club; you have art club, history club, math club, literature club, music club, and I don't know which other" 

"In which are you?" I ask and he quickly looks at me, confused

"Does that matter?"

I shrug my shoulders "Just curious"

"I'm the basketball leader and Im on the music club" He says and I nod

"Lilli told me to pick wisely-

"Well yeah has sense coming from her, she literally joined the art club because Taehyung joined" He scoffs and I bite my lip not to chuckle

"You just have to pick something you really like to do" he shrugs his shoulders in a -it's not that difficult- manner

"Well, maybe the literature club is it... I like reading a lot" I say earning his staring

"Well didn't expect that" 

"What? Why?" I ask furrowing my eyebrows

"I mean you don't look like the girly dumb girl but neither like a reader..." he looks at me from head to toe " You are actually hard to read" 

"mm... How?" I scoff at him and he smirks 

"Nevermind" he says before opening a classroom door

"Oh- Where are we?" I ask noticing that I pretty much know nothing about the school building yet

My eyes land on a blonde boy who stares at me happily while sitting on the floor

"Wah Yoongi you brought Courtney here, I totally didn't expect that" He stands up and walks towards me "I'm namjoon nice to meet you" he takes his hand off of his pocket for me to shake, which I immediatly do

"Nice to meet you... May I ask how do you know my name?" I walk around the small classroom seeing some instruments and some musical scores

"HAHA" I turn around hearing his loud awkward laugh and he quickly covers up his mouth 

"Im sorry I didn't think u were serious... The thing is, it's not so common seeing people enter this school in the middle of the year though that Hoseok motherfucker did also enter like 2 months ago" It hurted me hearing Hoseok being so hated but to be honest I am not willing to defend someone who acted as if he didn't know me, specially after suffering so much for him.

"And besides your non-expected arrival, you were also seen with Lilli and Kendall which are the most popular girls in our school so pretty much everyone in the school knows who Courtney is" He explains opening his arms a bit 

"Everyone like..." I widen my eyes

"Everyone like literally everyone" He adds determined and I sigh deeply

"Thats also the reason why I said I didn't expect to see you with Yoongi or here" He sits down again while Yoongi turns to me, answering the question that has not even come out of my mouth yet

"Because for the people you are currently hanging out with, we are nobodys" he smirks unbothered

I sit down on one of the empty chairs 

"You guys are overreacting a bit, Lilli is my neighbour and seems nice that's why I am 'hanging out with her' that doesn't make me instantly a mean popular girl, in fact I don't even like Kendall that much but to be honest I have talked like two sentences with her" I shrug chuckling , eliciting giggles from both of them

"Oh I'm sure two sentences is enough with someone like her. Anyways I understand your point, It's actually nice seeing someone pretty down to earth. That is not common here" He scoffs 

"Thanks I guess" I smile happily at him

"Anyways will you guys attend the party Kendall is holding on saturday?" I ask them and they stare at each other for a second before cracking up

"How cute! she thinks we are invited" Namjoon pouts and Yoongi facepalms himself 

"Oh Im sorry" I look down ashamed "I didn't know" 

"It's okay I wish you good luck" Yoongi says taking off his phone again

"Good luck? why?" I tilt my head a bit

"Well Court you see... You are a new pretty girl, suddenly popular out of nowhere- If I was you I would take at least two guns hidden under my skirt" Namjoon says making Yoongi and me crack up 

"W-what?" I hold my stomach trying to breath

"Well yeah it's the truth, boys are lowkey going to try at least-

"Summarized" Yoongi interrupts Namjoon "Just try to avoid Jimin and Jungkook" Yoongi stares at me for at least 2 seconds before going back to his game again

"He's right, take the advice or die" Namjoon adds dramatically and I nod chuckling

"I think they don't have a chance tho" Yoongi speaks earning both namjoon and my attention 

"Don't you like hoseok?" He says eyes leaving his phone to meet mines

Namjoon chokes "No! no you dont do you?" He stares at me with wide eyes

"No I-..." When I stop myself everything that is heard is the tall boys groan

"How could you fall for someone like him!? How did you met someone like him in the first place?" Namjoon facepalms himself frustrated

"It's complicated" I say gaining both of their attentions, Yoongi shutting down his phone

I sigh. Was it worth it to say the truth? After he literally ignored me 

"I guess he is my ex-boyfriend you could say... " I look at the floor shyly as they expect me to continue talking

"But he wasn't this way before... That's why I feel so- shocked? " I shrug my shoulders

"Whatever, he plainly looked like he didn't want to see me so-" I stop myself as I feel my eyes getting watery

aish this can't be happening, not for the second time in a day, not in front of people

"You should give him what he deserves" Yoongi breaks the awkward silence making me raise my eyebrows, tears disappearing luckily

"Not to give you fake hopes but he was pretty much staring at you the whole class, Ignore him, treat him like he treated you - play his game" Yoongi shrugs and I chuckle shaking my head a little

"Its just a bit difficult when it seems like I need him more than he needs me"
