Courtney's POV

I was waiting for Yoongi to respond, since he said we will meet at 4 pm and it was already 3:45 pm.

It was saturday after such a tiring week, Taehyung told Lilli about him leaving, and even though Lilli didn't get mad, she is still too affected emotionally, she cries a lot and she pretty much locks herself in her room the whole day, and is barely attending classes. Which worries me a bit, since it might be a great opportunity for Kendall to kick her out of the cheerleader's team.

I flinched hearing a horn from outside, I quickly got up from my bed and looked at myself in the mirror. I was wearing something simple, a jean skirt and a black croptop with just white sneakers. 

I crossed my mum's bedroom before leaving, but she was completely asleep so I just proceeded to make my way to the front door.

I smiled seeing the familiar blonde boy sitting on his black motorcycle.

"Hi" He smiled immediatly tucking his phone in his phone and a smile appearing on his lips.

"Hi" I smiled back before he added;

"Namjoon couldn't make it but," He shrugged "we will still have fun" He handed me a helmet while I sat behind him.

"Of course we will" I smiled back at him as I wrapped my arms around his waist while he proceeded to drive off.

After like 10 minutes we arrived to the still unknown place, he turned off the motorcycle engine and smiled widely.

"I come here often" He called me with his hand as he entered.

"An arcade?" I asked smiling widely seeing all the games "It has been ages since I came to one" I giggle seeing his surprised expression.

"Come here" he grabbed me by the wrist and leaded me to the basketball-shots game "I'm going to show you the basketball team capitan skills" he smiled proudly and I playfully rolled my eyes.

"Let's do a 1vs1 then" I grabbed one ball from the game next to it and Yoongi raised his eyebrows surprised.

"Woah" He lifted his hands defensively making me chuckle "Not so fast-" He stopped talking after pushing the start button and began to shot continously at the speed of light.

"Cheater!" I screamed while trying to catch up with his pace, but it was already late, in matter of 1 minute or so, he had already won.

"I stand no chance" I crossed my arms and he patted my head, making me smile.

"Let's go get some ice cream" He grabbed my wrist again making me furrow my eyebrows a little, is this some kind of habit he has? I mentally asked, and just let it slide.

We left the arcade and made our way to get an ice cream, luckily it was like only block away, so we walked instead of using the motorcycle.

"Let's go to the park" I said after our ice creams were given, pointing to a park in front of us as Yoongi immediatly nodded.

We sat down in some benches as we stared silently at some pigeons walking from here to there.

"How's Lilli?" He asked suddenly.

"Pretty depressed" I admitted as he nodded slowly.

"When are they leaving?" 

"In like... three days? I think so" I shrugged.

"And isn't she like... using the few days he has left to stay with him?" 

"They talk to each other but they think is a good idea that they don't stick to eachother's side because it would be more difficult for both of them when he leaves" I explain, eliciting a 'mhm' from him.

"You haven't told me if you are interested in going to her birthday party" I locked gazes with him as he smiled.

"She is going to do it?" he furrowed his eyebrows a bit.

"I guess so, she bought plenty of things" I shrugged.

"I don't know... I'm sure Namjoon will not want to go" He frowned and groaned.

"Well try to convince him"

"Not an easy task"

"Hmm, maybe if Lilli personally invites him?" I furrow my eyebrows, thinking.

"I don't know if that would work, Namjoon is really antisocial" He shrugged and I laughed.

"Aren't you too?" I raised my eyebrows and he chuckled while scratching the back of his head.

"I will try to convince him I promise" I nod as he raises his eyebrows.

"I don't like parties anyways, why do u want me to go so bad?" He asked, almost scoffing.

I had no idea what to respond, so I just checkily laughed and looked away. I could feel his intense stare on my side profile, probably waiting for my answer, but I clearly hadn't got one.

Maybe because so far him and Lilli are the close friends I have.

The day passed by too fast, I wish It had lasted longer but sadly, that wasn't the case. Yoongi took me to my house and got off of the motorcycle to accompany me to the door.

"See you in school" I greeted opening the door.

"Yeah, take care," He said before grabbing my wrist again "And... I hope you convince Namjoon too" He smiled shyly rubbing the back of his head before letting me go.

I closed the door behind me as I placed my back on it while smiling, what was that supposed to mean? That now he wants to go?

"Woah, seems someone had a lot of fun" My mum wiggled her eyebrows and I rolled my eyes.

"Oh don't worry honey you aren't the first one who had a date today" she shrugged while sipping her glass of wine.

"Oh shut up- Wait what?" I furrowed my eyebrows confused and she laughed.

"Well yeah- Seems like my boss and me have a lot of things in common and yeah..." She shrugged again and chuckled shyly.

"Oh my god Mum!" I smiled widely and ran to her to hug her. "I'm so happy for you!"

"Thanks honey, I hope it all works out. He is a really nice man who lost his wife long ago but is willing to find happiness again. His son is a sweetheart too and he is your age!" She smiled happily making me raise my eyebrows in surprise.

"Wow that's nice, may I know his name?" I asked out of curiosity.

"Oh yes I think he goes to your school dear,

You may know Park Jimin"
