Kuro held his head for a bit, and he shook it, as a bandage is shown to be around his head. He looked a little bit annoyed at what he had almost had gotten himself into by doing that, crashing onto his ceiling. This act would have exposed his neighbors to what is really going on and maybe might have some disastrous consequences, because they somehow heard him crashing onto the ceiling and he did not explain what has happened. He rubbed the side of his face, as Kuro spoke out.

"Today is not my lucky day at all."

Amatsu then appeared next to him, as he spoke out with his arms crossed.

"No, of course not. And I really should have warned you that you might go way too fast with that. So that is somehow on me to an extent. But...we still have some others to mention."

Kuro shook his head, as he spoke out.

"Can we at least take a freaking break in this. U think I have had enough excitement for one day, and I think I will be forced insane by another hour of practicing my powers all because some supernatural obsessive creatures want my ass for an idea that I have no idea about."

Amatsu looks down at him and shrugged his shoulders, as he spoke out.

"Eh, why not. Very well, you can rest, and I will make sure that Yukari does not invade your dreams, I can promise you that."

Kuro nodded his head, as he then stood up and goes into the bathroom, as he began to slash his face into the water of the sink, due to the fact that he felt his eyes feel a bit dry for some reason and he does not know exactly why. But as he did and he looked up, he noticed and saw that his own reflection is smiling back at him. This made Kuro confused, and he felt his own lips, and he felt that his mouth is not smiling.

"Uhhhh...what?"

The reflection waved at him a bit, as if he is greeting an old friend in the form of Kuro himself. This made Kuro confused, as he then shook his head and walked away and went out of the room, as he puts his hands inside of his pockets, and he then goes into his room, before he looked up and stared up at the ceiling, before he then sighed and spoke out.

"Geez...how...how in the world did I get into this mess? I thought I was going to be having a normal life this whole time, or at least gain something that is the closest to having a normal life. But it seems that I am not on a different world where I cannot have some form of normalcy at all."

He then facepalmed a little bit, as he then spoke out.

"Seems like there ain't any turning back now from what I am about to get myself into. I'll need to find some way to get used to living on this new situation that I am inside of right now."

Kuro then turned his head to the side and laid down onto his pillow, before he then closes his eyes for a bit, and he felt his own eyelids starting to feel a little bit heavy, as he felt himself wanting it close his eyes and sleep for a little bit. Although Kuro tries to fight back against the feeling of drowsiness, it is all in vain, as he then closed his eyes and began to snooze off for a little bit, as he rests for the next day, so that he can have some form of strength to keep on moving when he is rejuvenated and ready to fight practice with the supernatural again.

Somewhere in Gensokyo...

Yukari is shown to be having some form of fun right now.

Yukari makes a gap and holds onto what seems to be a sort of wheat in her hand, as she then moved it to make Chen play with it. And oddly enough, Yukari seems to have some sort of enjoyment in doing that, as it seems fun to her. And Chen, although she is aware of this, does not seem to care a single bit, as she continued to play with what is in Yukari's hand, much to her amusement.

As Yukari smiled a bit and played with Chen, Ran goes up to the both of them and picked up Chen, as Yukari looks at Ran, who spoke out to her.

Apologize, my lady. I need Chen for something really important. Do you mind if I can borrow her for a little while?"

Yukari looks at Ran in the eyes, and seeing that she is not lying, she nodded and spoke to her.

"Of course."

Ran nodded her head, as Chen whines a bit while being a carried away by Ran, clearly not fun that her fun is being ruined by her own master of all people.

"Uwaaaaah...I want to keep having fun still!"

Ran looked annoyed a little bit but smiled, as she continues to carry Chen away, with Yukari watching them disappear elsewhere. Yukari smiled a bit herself, as she then spoke out.

"Now that they are gone...perhaps it is time to see what is inside of that boy's mind. But...it is obvious that there will be someone else inside of his mind as well to protect him. So...instead of speaking to him for now...perhaps I need to see what is inside of his mind that is so important for the other Yokai that tried to hunt him down."

Yukari smiled a little bit, as she sees that perhaps that this is something that can make her figure out what makes him so special. She goes onto her knees, as she spoke out.

"Well now...let us see what is inside of your mind."

She then made a gap and floats down into it, as the gap closes, before she then appeared inside of a familiar realm that has different paths that are made of stars. She is now inside of the mental realm that Kuro has within him, back when she tried to meet him when he had dreamt in order to talk to him, only for him to keep avoiding her because some unknown Yokai kept getting him to avoid her. But right now...she needs to find something inside of the mind.

She then goes and walks around the pathway, as the eyes appear inside of the black void above that acts as a sort of sky. Her parasol opened up a bit, as she continues to stroll onto the pathway that she is walking upon, a smile present onto her face continuously, as she continues on, and as she did, she then felt something. Something that is very powerful that made her turn to the side at the direction of where the source seems to be originating from. This made Yukari intrigued, as she spoke out.

"Oh my...I believe I may have found it..."

She then walks out of the path and goes to the direction of where the source is coming from. As that happened, a pathway made of eyes appeared behind her, as it followed her footsteps. She continued to move onwards inside of the path, as she goes into what seems to be the darkest depth of his mind, interested to see what she would find at the very end of this path, in order to see what the source of this strange power is that she has been sensing now.

After a few minutes of walking, she finally stopped walking, as she sees what it is that is causing this power before her very eyes, and she ready looks intrigued at what is before her very presence.

Inside of his mind, Yukari sees what seems to be a black sphere of some sort, with symbols of the occult and rituals present, and they are spinning fast. Yukari gawked her head to the side, as she steps forward and looks at it, and she spoke out at this.

"Oh my...what is this?"

She then raised her hand, as she spoke out.

"This must be why that other Yokai wants to hunt for him."

She then touched the orb, and then...she felt it. A knowledge of a ritual, one that affects the human world as well as Gensokyo itself, and how it is activated. When she saw that, she retracted her hand, and had a bit of a frown on her face, as she spoke out.

"Hm...that does not seem very good at all. Perhaps I should watch over this boy, so he does not let someone take him for this."

She then stepped back, as she made a gap appear behind herself, as she spoke out.

"After all...it is not often you can find something like this inside of a human."

She then went inside of the gap and disappeared into it, as the gap closes, but Yukari will not make it her last visit inside of this place. She will return, in order to figure out more about this...idea. And besides...now that she knows, she will make sure to visit and speak to him whenever he is not by himself.

The next day...

Kuro is now shown to be up, as he is cleaning a counter in the kitchen, as he sighed.

"Well...at least that Yukari lady didn't try and see me. I have no idea what else to do if she were to see me."

She sighed and pinched his nose a little bit, and he shook his head, before he then looked at his hands, and he clenched it. But accidentally, a ring of red energy appeared around his hand, like it is a sort of chakram. Panicking, Kuro opens his hand, and the energy ring is gone, as Kuro looked at this and spoke out.

"Woah, what did I just do?"

Amatsu appeared next to Kuro, as he spoke out.

"Huh, you manage to summon a power by accident, without even needing my instructions in how to do it."

Kuro looked at Amatsu and spoke out.

"What did I just summon?"

Amatsu looks at Kuro and spoke out.

"It is another attack that is made of plasma. This one you throw and it cuts through anything in your way. Basically, sort of your ranged weapon to an extent."

This made Kuro a bit weirded out, as he then spoke out.

"You have made some very strange powers for me to use."

Amatsu shrugged his shoulders little bit, as he thanked spoke out.

"Well, can't argue with that. By the way, did you notice Yukari try to speak to you?"

Kuro shook his head, as he spoke out.

"No. I was inside of that room in my dreams and I did not see her make a gap to try and meet me."

This made Amatsu confused, as he held his chin and spoke out.

"That is odd. She should have been able to speak to you, or at least tried, and Aizen should have been able to detect when she decides to speak to you..."

Amatsu looked down, and then it hits him like a train, as he then realizes what must have happened.

"Unless she didn't decide to...and instead searched for something else inside of your mind."

Kuro looked unease, as Amatsu spoke out.

"I don't think she wanted to speak to you this time. I think...she decided to try and find that idea of the ritual that I mentioned to you before in the past. That is not good."

Kuro then flinched and realizes what this meant, as he spoke out.

"You mean that...she must have seen the idea and saw how the ritual works?"

Amatsu nodded his head, and spoke out.

"Most likely. And if she does know, then I think this means you will have a problem in your hands. And what she will do with you, even I have no idea. Let us hope and pray that she does not try and use you for whatever plan she can come up with. Even I know her that she has a very notorious way of thinking, more than almost all Yokai that exist."

Kuro looked down and looked a bit nervous, as he spoke out to Amatsu.

"So...what do we do, Amatsu?"

Amatsu looked down and sighed a bit, as he spoke out.

"Okay...listen up. It seems I will have to tell you a couple more moves for you to use. And they will be important when you fight against someone that is of your level or higher. So pay attention, okay?"

Kuro looked a little bit nervous, yet despite this, he nodded his head, as Kuro spoke out.

"Okay, I'll pay attention."

Amatsu nodded, as he then spoke out.

"Good. One of the powers that you possess is that you have the power to fire a beam of light from your hands, being powerful enough to cause massive damage to all surrounding area and ignite them. It's sort of as powerful and as hot as the sun itself in a way."

This made Kuro looked a bit nervous, as he spoke out.

"How do I do this?"

Amatsu then grabbed his hand gently, and make a portal, as he spoke out.

"Like this."

Then, Kuro felt something ignite inside of his hand, as a beam of light fired out from his hands and fired through a portal, and the floor almost ignited. Luckily the attack ended before it could happen. Kuro looked a bit unsure, as he spoke out.

"Woah, I best not do that inside of my own house."

Amatsu sweat dropped a little bit at the sight, as he spoke out.

"Okay...maybe best not do that. And the last power...it is admittedly not that useful, but I figure it will have some uses in it. This power is mainly just the power to have night vision, but that is it. Other than that, it isn't that useful, especially since there are opponents who can manipulate darkness that can bypass that power."

Kuro looked annoyed at Amatsu for a little bit, as he shook his head and spoke out to him.

"You seriously had to put that onto me? Well, nothing that can be done for now."

Amatsu then spoke out.

"Well, you are going to be traveling at night, and it might be needed for when say...an enemy is about to attack you, and you will need to find a way to know how to go against them."

Kuro sighed and shook his head, as he is clearly not at all happy with this, and while he knows that Amatsu means well, he feels like having this power is just straight up unnecessary for him to use. Well, he does hope that it does not get in the way of what he has.

"Okay...so...we got this done, what's next? Do I leave now?"

Amatsu looks at Kuro, as he spoke out.

"Well, you can leave whenever you want to."

Kuro looked down and closed his eyes, as he sighed, as he knows that once he does this, it will be a long time until he is done with this place, and although he knows that Amatsu can allow him to leave this place, he doesn't know if Kuro can bring him into the same place after a long time of being away from Gensokyo. After a bit, he spoke out.

"Maybe it's best I check to see if I have got all the stuff I need and put it in my backpack. After all, the last thing that I want is to be unprepared for what is about to happen once I get into Gensokyo.

Amatsu nodded his head, as he then spoke out.

"Yes, that would be for the best. And you don't need to do that, Kuro. I can do that for you.

Amatsu then goes up to Kuro room and began to check on all that he has, and put them in his backpack. Kuro looks down and held his hands a bit, as he began to wonder if he can in fact be able to do this, as he spoke out.

"If I go into this...Gensokyo place...just what chance do I have in surviving it? Am I even able to be strong enough to be able to go through with it without a Yokai killing me or something?"

As he thought that to himself, Amatsu came back with the backpack in his hand, as he spoke out to him.

"Okay, I got the objects that you will need inside of your backpack. Here, put it on...and put the ring on also."

Kuro nodded, as he puts on both ring and backpack, and Kuro looks at Amatsu, who then spoke out.

"So...you ready to go down to Gensokyo?"

Kuro nodded, and Amatsu, closing his eyes, spoke out.

"Then let's begin."

He then made a portal appear onto the ground, and tentacles wrapped around Kuro, as they dragged Kuro into the portal, which closed, and Amatsu then vanished into the world that he created, but only so Yukari does not know he is following him.

With Kuro, it felt sort of weird for him to be like this, as he sees only darkness. Despite this, he is still going through the portal, waiting for the other side to pop up. Suddenly, a light as bright as the moonlight appeared, and Kuro felt himself lift up, as he then lifted up again, before he is gently put down to the ground. After that, he looked around and saw that he is in someplace...that he doesn't think he is supposed to be in.

"Uhhh...what?"

Kuro cannot help but say it at the sight that is before his very eyes, as he sees that he thinks he is lost in someplace...that he isn't supposed to be in.

Kuro looks around, and he sees that he is in some sort of forest, with a full moon outside, the forest itself mostly having bamboos of a sort onto it. The entire area seems to be flat, and the entire sight before him, seems to go on for miles. Kuro looked at this sight in sheer uneasiness, as he then spoke out.

"Okay, that does not look like a good start at all. Like, which direction should I go?"

Amatsu looks at Kuro and spoke out.

"Oh...oops. Seems I may have brought you to the Bamboo Forest of the Lost. This is not the location that I wanted to bring you into. Well, my bad."

Kuro looks at Amatsu with a flabbergasted look on his face, but said nothing, as he facepalmed a little bit, as he spoke out.

"How in the world did you make this happen all of a sudden?"

Amatsu looks down and spoke out.

"Was trying to make sure Yukari did not notice you. But it seems I let myself get distracted. Well, nothing that can be done for now. Look, Kuro. Just...just go straight. The entire area is flat. So walking should not be a problem. And if you want to take a break, just summon your sword and point it at the direction that you were just walking to, so you don't forget or get confused with what direction you did not go to...or you could use the moon as your compass in a way. After all, it is easy to not know where you are going inside of this world. And if you are wondering if you can fly out of the forest...that would probably make it easier for Yukari to spot you. So...don't do that.

Kuro looked down and nodded his head, as he then sighed a bit, clearly not too happy with what has happened, as he than spoke out.

"Guess I better get moving then."

Kuro then looks and sees the direction that Amatsu tells him to go to, and without a second thought, began to walk in said direction, the hands in his pocket, as he began to try and find his way out of the forest, all by walking in a single direction. He does not know how that is supposed to work, but he is not complaining here. He puts his hood over his head, since he does not like his ears getting cold, due to the winds here, as he walks.

Kuro began to look down, as he began to think of all that has happened, how his life had taken such a massive change due to something that he has that he never wanted. It is sort of upsetting to him that he is now forced to leave behind his normal life away, but now he is a little bit curious where his new life is going to take him too. In all honesty, he sort of wants to know why he is given such a life in the first place that led to this point, as well as...why he has the idea of a ritual that had been planted inside of his own mind, especially since he did not do anything that made that happen in the first place.

As he continued to walk, looking at the moonlight above him in order to go to the direction that he needs to go, he felt something...odd. Like there is someone that is watching him and he cannot see him. This made Kuro paranoid and he wanted to take his swords out in order to threaten someone in coming out. But Kuro...he just didn't, because he thinks that it will make the situation that he is already in to be much worse than ever before and did not want to risk giving himself away, especially since Yukari might find him sooner than expected.

As he continued to walk, a dark mist began to form around him, and this made Kuro stop, as he looked around and saw it began to rise above to his waist. This made Kuro surprised and even a little bit uneasy, as he began to float up into the air in order to see if he had been hurt from the waist down. Luckily, he is not hurt. Kuro looked around and is a bit unsure of what is supposed to happen. But than, all of a sudden, something whizzed past his head and hit the bamboo tree behind him, breaking and knocking it to the ground, as Kuro, not wanting to waste time, flied away as fast as he can, as more and more bullets made of darkness tried to hit him, especially in the legs, yet Kuro always managed to avoid them with whatever he could.

As he continued to fly, a wall made of darkness appeared and formed in front of him. Not wanting to find out what will happen next, Kuro summoned his Plasma Sword and sliced through the wall, dispersing it, as he almost landed down onto the ground, but flied back up as to not touch the ground, not sure if it is still safe grounds to walk on, as a female voice spoke out, clearly not a friendly one at that.

"Hmhmhmhmhmhmhm...it seems that I have found new human prey for me to take. How sweet."

This made Kuro blink and turns around to see a blob of darkness approach him, and he raised his Plasma Sword, the light it emits somewhat dealing with the darkness of the area, as it dispersed a little bit, and it showed to him who it is that is the source of the voice that had spoken to him, as well as having attacked him inside of this place.

Kuro looks and sees a girl with blonde hair and red eyes, who is wearing a black dress of some sorr, and Kuro made his sword point at the female in front of him, not sure of what to think or what he should, although he knows what the obvious answer to that is, as Kuro spoke out.

"What the hell? What sort of Yokai is that?"

Amatsu, noticing this and recognizing this specific Yokai, spoke out to him rather unhappily.

"Not good, not good at all. Kuro, you need to be careful with this one."

This made Kuro confused and whispered out to him

"Why?"

Amatsu than took the time to speak back and explain what this Yokai is about.

"This is Rumia, and is a Yokai that has the power to manipulate darkness to the point of covering the sun. She is also a Yokai that eats humans. Do not let yourself be defeated by her or she will truly consume your body."

Kuro looked and felt a bit revolted at what it is that he had just heard from Amatsu, to the point that he decided to raise his plasma sword, who is going a very bright blue light and points it at Rumia, who smiled at Kuro at seeing that he is rising to the challenge in going against her, and she then spoke out.

"Oh, so the human has the power to fight back against me, huh? Well...hehehehehehehehe..."

Then, the area darkened a bit, and a spherical circle is shown in the region, as Kuro's eyes glowed a bit of a yellow color, and narrowed his eyes, before he than spoke out to her.

"Let's skip the introductions and get to the point. You are not going to take me down easily."

Rumia smirked and spoke out.

"So that a fact?"

Kuro clenched his fist, as he thanked spoke out to her.

"That would depend on what you see as 'fact.' Now come on and get straight to it."

Rumia smiled, and darkness began to form around her, as she spoke out.

"As you wish. I hope you are ready...to become my next snack!!"

She then began to form bullets made of darkness, as he prepares to fight against Rumia, and is not planning on backing down anytime soon.
