"I... Hannah we have a baby... Just look at her." He mumbled, in a state of awe.

"I know Lew." She smiled, shaking slightly. Her face still sweaty but, happy. "I know."

As he was about to scoop up their little one, Lewis' phone emitted a loud sound, alerting him of a text.

"Lew don't check it. This is more important." Hannah forced a smile. He always did this, put everything before her. Not this time.

"...It could be important." He mustered after a long pause, fidgeting. He sighed, and checked it.

Simon's been given bad news. You need to get to YogTowers. Quick. -D

"Hannah I need to go." He said quickly. "I'm really sorry."

Does he even care?!

"Lewis your daughter was just born! Please! This one time, put me before them!" He yelled, raising her voice.

Arguing again.

She was already physically tired, she didn't want to be mentally tired.

Before Hannah could grasp his arm, he dashed out of the room. She forced herself to tell herself it was important, he still cared about her... she hoped.

She sighed deeply and cast her gaze down to the girl. She felt a strong feeling. A protective feeling. A need. A feeling of love. She thought Lewis didn't have that for her anymore. She knew he didn't.

She knew he couldn't be the father this little girl needed. Never. If was just gonna leave her when she was born, who was to say he wouldn't do it again.

She knew what she needed to when she could.

But if only she saw Lewis' side of things.
