Dans POV  (mixing it up ☺)
     Phil dragged me to his house. I didn't ask questions but ran upstairs with him. He ran into his sister's room. Once I entered I was amazed. She had guitars, and books, and posters, practically everything a music nerd would want.
"Found it!" Phil said after a few minutes of silence. He held his sister's phone. He opened up the messages, his face going pale.
"Phil, what's wrong?" I asked cautiously.
"It makes no sense, they love her. I got to talk to Caroline." Phil said semi-quietly. We began to run back to school. We only missed two classes, it's fine.
    As we ran into the school Phil ran the opposite way from our classes. To our suprise, Caroline was outside in the hall, looking at the ground.
"Caroline!" Phil said and hugged her without warning.
"You should have told me, it's ok, please trust me," Phil rambled and he held her tightly. I sworn I could have her her sob through that.
"I'm embarrassed. But it doesn't matter thier right. I'm a loser who shouldn't have done this in the first place." Caroline muttered between sobs. I stepped beside her, cutting Phil off.
"That's not true. Caroline, you seem to have this gift. You are so kind and caring, and amazing. If anything I wish you came here sooner. You and Phil have completely changed my life, so I don't want you to ever listen to them, no matter who they are, understand?" I too rambled. Caroline nodded then pulled away from Phils hug to hug me. Phil looked at me gratefully. He mouthed a thank you, and I mouthed back in reply. Caroline is so gentle, anyone who would make her cry is not worth it.
   I whispered softly into her ear, using every topic I could think of that would make her feel better. Soon enough she did. After we got her back to class, we headed to class ourselves.
"Dan thanks for that, I couldn't do that even if I tried," Phil said. I rolled my eyes earing a what from Phil.
"You're her brother, what you could come up with is way better than I did. Yours would have meant more, but your welcome," I said. Phil smiled as we walked to the door of our class late.
"Wait Dan, why should we stay again," Phil asked. While he did have a point I shook my head.
"We ditched enough for one day, come on let's waste our life's away." I said cheerfully. We entered class and sat down without the teacher noticing. All of our teacher could care less if we were here or not. Half of my classes don't even take roll. Phil looked at me, and I knew that this whole issue with Caroline was only gonna get worse, then her phone rang.....
