A/N First off thank you TheMagicalRaven for being so supportive of this story and all. I promise it will become more crazy soon just you wait. This chapter is a filler but I feel it is important.

Phil's POV
I could hear music coming from upstairs. Dan looked at me, and I shrugged. Why was my sister playing her guitar so late? Dan stood up and grabbed my hand, pulling me up the stairs to listen to the wonderful sound. The only thing is it wasn't a happy song.
"My world's crashing down like a waterfall, nothing is fine at all." I heard my sister sing. I know these weeks has been hard for her. Dan and I stood in the doorway, until she turned around.
"Caroline?" I asked. Dan moved out of the way as I walked in.
"You lied to the cops?" She asked. I nodded.
"What else did you do? I don't like surprises."
"We egged someone's house, stole important files but you knew that. We had flash mobs at lunch, we ditched school, we also had long projects but that isn't anything new." I explained to her. Dan stepped out of the room
"Phil promise me something?" She looked into my eyes and for the first time I realized how stressed out she looked.
"Anything."
"Phil don't do anything illegal. You just aren't cut out for it." She asked. I laughed and nodded.
  I gave my sister a hug and she fell asleep in my arms. I layed her down in her bed then left the room. Dan waited outside. Dan looked at me hopefully.
"Dan you ok?"
"Phil I wanna do something."
"Like what?"
"Follow me." Dan grabbed my arm and dragged me out of the house.
  The air outside was cold since it was December. Dan didn't care though. I shivered helplessly. Dan looked at me then gave me his jacket. He led me to this restaurant that was very fancy.
I looked at him and he knew what thought was running through my mind. What are we gonna do now?...
