*this chapter takes place in the same day as the last chapter*

Scorpius: Welp, this sucks.

Scorpius, Sun Dragon, and everyone had made it to the edge of Furori's base of operations. Apparently Raven was right; the whole place was a floating interconnected set of large platforms surrounded by islands filled with traps. And though Raven apparently deactivated most of the worst traps, this particular trap the gang was stuck at was particularly parplexing to pass. It had to be a large, moving laser trap. Typical of bad guys😒. It seemed impossible to pass. They managed to spot a button of some sort, but of course it had to be on the other side of the trap.

Sun Dragon: Hmm... Ah Camo, you thinking of what I'm thinking?
Camo: I think so Sunny! You and I can totally dance through this!
Scorpius: 😐... (Laughs hysterically) I-I'm sorry, I thought you two said you were going to dance through it!😂
Sun Dragon: We did, we can, and we shall!
Camo: Combine our dancing skills and the limber moves of Dragush, and we'll pass right by this thing with flying colors!
NiGHTS: Dra... gush? What's that? Sounds fun!
Scorpius: It's basically martial arts for dragons Nightmaren.
Fin-Point: Welp, see you two in Heaven. *mumbling* Hope not...
Cynder: Fin-Point! Camo please, you may be the best dancer this side of Skylands, but these are actual lasers!
Sailiga: Oooh! Dancing! What fun greeko! May I dance too?!
Sun Dragon: If we synchronize dance then yes!😊
Bazookanine: Are you out of your minds?! Not even I could dodge that!
Mixcoatl: And not even I could slither pass this laser show, and I'm technically the slimmest of us!
Emolition: Have any other plans to get pass then?.... Didn't think so...
Camo: Right! We're going in!
Sailiga: On your count Sunny greeko!
Fin-Point: Better start saying your prayers now Cynder, cause your bae's fixing to become an Undead like you.
Mayflo: Ah, I can't look! (Whimpers)

Sun Dragon, Camo, and Sailiga then took a flying leap into the laser field and... they were actually dancing through it! Their movements were timed perfectly, the synchronization was flawless, and before long they were on the other side pressing the button and deactivating the trap! Everyone congratulated them on their skill and safety. Now to buzz through the rest of the traps 😧. Suddenly Bazookanine's ears perked up. Was he hearing things?

Terra: Is anything wrong Bazookanine?
Bazookanine: I... I don't know... Wait, that sounds like-
Eteru: BAZOOKANINE!!!😭
Dreamcatcher: GUYS? LIKE, OVER HERE!
Jagged: SCORPIUS!
NiGHTS: *gasp* Reala?! REALA!
Reala: (grunts as NiGHTS ram-hugs into him) *groans* Y-you're constricting me N-NiGHTS...
Scorpius: OhmiGod Jagged!!! You're alright! 😭
Bazookanine: Eteru! Hey, hey, everything will be taken care of, ok? Don't cry...
Joshua: My, quite a reunion here hm?
Voltair: Ha ha! Furori couldn't keep you lot contained huh!?
Sun Dragon: Thank the Ancients you're alright!
Fin-Point: ...Gag.😬
Bazookanine: You know Eteru, you really need to start telling me about what I've missed these last two years. You're friend Sirin gave us a fright earlier when she came to help.
Eteru: Sirin?... 😲 Sirin! Sirin's here!?
Mixcoatl: Yeah she- Wait. OhmiGod where'd she go now?!
Emolition: She must've went ahead...
Xilas: Oh no! This is terrible!... This is bad right?
Terra: Seeing what she is capable of, she'll obviously try to attack Furori head on... and I fear that won't do too well...
Mixcoatl: How so?
Voltair: We tried doing exactly that when Furori caught me and Terra... and You saw how that turned out...😔
Reala: Besides, you have other things to worry about. Your friend Raven was the only reason we were freed from Furori.
Eteru: She made a deal with Furori to let him torture her if he let all of us go! And now she's... she's... (crying) 😭
Dreamcatcher: Even after as many times I've messed with her, she considered me her... her student... omg I think I'm gonna cry...
Reala: She's risking her life for us right now... even me...
Scorpius: Furori's what!? Ooooh, I'mma gonna make mence meat out of him for endangering Marshadow's mom- I mean, for hurting everyone like this!😠
Sailiga: Oh dear oh dear, what a dilemma!
Joshua: Furori's torturing her as part of a deal to let you go? That definitely sounds like Raven, but what could she be- ...Uh oh.
NiGHTS: "Uh oh" ? From you? ...*gulp* That means something, don't it?
Joshua: I think I know what Raven's up to, but it might be a bit destructive... Meh, least she's on our side! Best not to get involved though, or we mignt make things harder on her.
Sun Dragon: See Fin-Point? Things are going to- Fin-Point? Where's...
Xilas: Bossy shark emo said to not say that he was going after Sirin lady, so Xilas can't say where shark emo went... 😰Whoops...
Emolition: I'd say nice job, but that would mean I'd have a sense of humorous timing, and not even that I have anymore...
Joshua: *sigh* Welp, looks like we'll have to meet Furori head on after all. Right, Voltair and Terra, can you lead the way?

Meanwhile

Raven: *panting**groans*
Furori: Ah, what's wrong? Feeling weak? Pain? Hopelessness? Anguish? Good! (Maniacally laughs) Soon I'll have a demon in my ranks, then we'll see what those Worldenders think twice about destroying someone's home!
Raven: *groans* I'm only half demon you a- (screams in pain)
Furori: (Cackles maniacally) Oh what was that Raven? The voltage not painful enough for you and your Soul-self? More coming up then!
Raven: *panting* Y-you know, when you were up in my face earlier... I could see right up your nose... and you know something? (Chuckles painfully) I would use your middle finger to clean it out... (screams in pain)
Furori: I insist you keep it up Raven, because the more power to 'er, the closer I come to having you...😈 Haha! (Howls)

Suddenly Furori sensed something... or someone... He decided to leave Raven to look into this sensation. He walked into the center chamber and looked around. Just the columns that displayed their shadows, nothing out of place... then he sensed an incoming attack from behind him! He quickly turned to counter the attack, and a duel between him and this interloper began. He could tell this girl of shadows was skilled in using her tonfas, but she'd need to do better to outdo Furori. Furori was eventually able to knock the girl's tonfas right out of her hands and hold her in place.

Furori: Ah, what a joy to finally meet you miss Sirin. You're friends with Phobia and Eteru, yes? I remember seeing you around that Aqua Dog village I was experimenting with.
Sirin: *groans* I knew it. You'll pay for what you've done Furori!
Furori: (chuckles) They all say that. I wonder why?
Sirin: You take innocent lives and make them suffer for your cause. How's that for an answer? *groans*
Furori: Oh, well, how else do they expect me to rise an army to fight the Worldenders should they come to Skylands? You know, we really shouldn't speak of these depressing things. Let's discuss you, miss Sirin.
Sirin: (struggle) Oh, so now you want me to work for you? I'm stronger then that!
Furori: Are you? I've seen your dreams Sirin, and you can't hide what appears on those now can you? (Chuckles) You're not from Skylands, just like me, and you have the element of Darkness within you... just like me. Why, you and I are so alike it's uncanny!

Sirin continued to struggle out of Furori's grip, but he was much stronger then she thought. It only made Furori lean in to talk low into her ear.

Furori: You're homeworld was destroyed too, wasn't it? I understand such pain and emotional sorrow, believe me. Wouldn't surprise me at all if you're world was destroyed by none other then those d***ed Worldenders. Tell me, how corrupt was your home before-
Sirin: (struggle) *groans* ...*sob*
Furori: Sssshhhh.... There there, sweet child of mine... I'll make sure they pay for our shared sorrows. My world, H*ll, my whole galaxy was destroyed by them... I only wish to protect this world from them should they believe this... this paradise, to be corrupted. I imagine you wish the same... See this music box? It was a gift to me from the Darkness itself for releasing it from its prison. Many people told me to be wary of its music, but me *mumbling* -and that old clan of mine- (clears throat) have grown quite fond of the notes it plays. It may seem "eerie" and "spine chilling" at first, but you may find that it plays a truly happy tone to your ear.

Furori opened his music box and it began to play. Sirin heard its music, and though she could agree to it playing a happy tone, she couldn't agree with the player. She managed to sneak her hand down to where she had stashed a small knife on her person. She then suddenly managed to break free of Furori's grip enough to stab Furori in his purple eye! He dropped his music box as he staggered back and clenched his purple eye for the second time that day. Sirin sprinted and attempted to reach her tonfas, but Furori saw this and tackled her to the ground. After a brief wrestling, Furori grabbed the neck of Sirin's poncho and held her up as she struggled again to be released.

Furori: Clever girl, you're... you're quite fortunate. Normally I'd have you hanging from my chains by now. Normally I'd be growling at you for such defiance. However... I, for one, have had enough business for one day, so let's talk pleasure for a while now, shall we? You and I are so much alike, and yet you chose to fowl my plans. Why?
Sirin: *groans* As sound as your reasons are, your ways of going about it are unconventional, irresponsible, and insane! No wonder the Darkness trusted you!
Furori: Yes, everyone has been telling me that... but ah, you understand why the Darkness trusted me! You too are filled with the Darkness's power and energy, and few can take such power dear Sirin. You know, a very intelligent person once told me to find one as dark as I to "appreciate"... and guess what? You're my type~.

Furori suddenly started placing kisses along Sirin's neck. Sirin naturally and desperately tried to push him away, but he was too determined not to let her go...

Suddenly something came out of nowhere and grabbed Furori's left arm, yanking him off Sirin at last. Sirin fell to the ground and looked up... it was Fin-Point! And he had Furori's arm in his mouth, swinging Furori around madly like a dog and his chew toy. The sound of something breaking was heard, and Furori was sent flying and skittied across the marble floor. Furori got up and Sirin saw a rather horrifying sight... Furori's left arm was gone... And Fin-Point had something in his jaws...

Fin-Point: It's alright Sirin, it's just a robotic prostatic arm. Look. (Crunch and drops metal arm) See?

Sirin was relieved to see it wasn't bloody or sadistic, what Fin-Point had done. Sirin didn't even know it was a robotic arm.

Furori: How wonderful for you shark boy. Go ahead, try and take another bite out of me! I can't feel pain like you do! (Cackles maniacally)

Furori charged at Fin-Point and Sirin, but then some rockets came out of nowhere and attempted to hit Furori, but he dodged them at the last second. He shook his head and looked as the smoke cleared... the rest of the "search and rescue" team. Great.

Bazookanine: Fin-Point, what were you thinking?!
Eteru: Sirin! Oh Sirin, are you alright?
Sirin: Eteru! *groans* I've been through worse... I'm glad you're safe...
Xilas: So sorry shark emo friend that Xilas told everyone what you were doing!😓
Fin-Point: ...You kidding? I was planning on it!
Xilas: 😕... Gosh, glad to help!😁
Scorpius: Right Furori! It's a dozen against one! What'cha gonna do now, big boy?!
Furori: .... (Cackles maniacally and loudly) ...You just made things better for me... *yelling* Hey Raven! You said you wouldn't call for help! What do you call this, a welcoming party for me?! You broke your half of the deal Raven! But you're in my possession, and I know just how to punish you! (Snaps fingers)

The sound of buzzing electricity was heard from the room over, and within mere seconds after that the whole room echoed a dreadful, painful, blood chilling human scream, followed by the echoing sound of an equally horrifying screech of a bird.

Scorpius: Oh you little coward... You'll pay for this alright!😠
Furori: (Laughs) Ooooo, "what'cha gonna do big boy?" Go ahead and attack, I'm not frightened. Soon I'll have the most powerful of living weapons any one can find in my hand! Then once I tame her, you'll be her test dummies! I've tried playing nice with you lot, but nooooo, you had to think of yourselves and of others' well being! Besides, if I can't have Sirin, then Raven will have to do for a second-in-command. Obleak, Tianhe-2, to my side! Dely them while my mate-to-be gets ready to make her ballroom entrance!
Joshua: "Mate-to-be"? My, this is so sudden! I hate to think what the rest of Raven's "mate-to-be"s will think!😅 You guys go ahead without me, I'm too OP for this fight.

Soon a fight broke out and it was absolute chaos. Xilas targeted Furori for the most part, and who could blame him?

Furori: My Xilas, I see you've never been better! Won't you come back to me and I'll see to it-
Xilas: You tried to kill Xilas, so now XILAS KILL YOU!!!😠

Sailiga, Camo, and Terra combined their powers of plant manipulation and had Tianhe-2 wrapped up. Obleak was burning everything in sight, but somehow it seemed to be in a controlled matter. Whatever Furori did to him, he honestly did it well. In all honesty though, Joshua had apparently disappeared somewhere. Probably trying to find Raven. Furori seemed determined to win. Everyone was honestly determined to win the fight. Raven's screaming only fueled them more.... but then the screaming stopped, and the fight seemed to slow down when everyone noticed. The bird, which must've been Raven's Soul-self, screeched a few times, then stopped. Then the sound of chains breaking was heard... then a rather horrifying sight came into view.

It looked like Raven, but it was obviously something more sinister. Her skin was a pure red, and the eyes that shined from under her hood were a bright and literally burning red. She smiled something terrible with pointed, pearl white teeth, and she had Furori's chains, still wrapped around her wrists and ankles, dragging behind her as she levitated off the ground.

This wasn't Raven... It was her demon half!

Raven(demon): (cracks neck) Ready to throw down with the rest of them Furori? I imagine you're dying to have me around. (Creepy chuckles) I thank you for the new toys, they'll be just perfect for me to DESTROY you!
Furori: (low chuckle) You're welcome love. Now be a doll and hold still...

Raven charged at Furori with no restraint, but then Furori pulled out his chemo-gun and shot Raven dead in her shoulder like he did Obleak. Raven fell to the ground and looked as the liquid in the dart was injected into her. She started shaking, trying to fight this sensation in her. Furori only laughed as everyone was still with fear. Did he actually tame Raven's demon half? Furori walked over to Raven and held her to his face.

Joshua: Um, Furori? I don't think-
Furori: Silence! Now my dear, what were you planning to do just now? (Chuckles)
Raven(demon): ...
Joshua: Furori, you obviously don't know how to handle a demon-
Furori: Silence fool! Now Raven, I believe you can deal with these trespassers yes? Go, and capture them all!
Raven(demon): .... (Cackles slowly get louder then stops)... You're not the boss here Furori...(eye twitches) You don't know what you've gotten yourself into... do you?... (chuckles darkly)

Raven opened her mouth and her now demonized tongue just rolled out in the creepiest way possible. Then the thing that shook and shocked Furori happened. A strange purple liquid slowly drained down Raven's tongue. Furori knew what it was; it was the fear toxin he just shot Raven with, but how?! After letting Furori have a good long look Raven, or rather her demon half, suddenly licked the whole right side of Furori's face, which officially terrified Furori. Furori staggered away from Raven, dropping her, as he furiously tried to wipe the saliva off him. Raven slowly stood up and stared Furori down with that smile of hers.

Raven(demon): What's wrong "dear"? Don't you like big, wet, lickery kisses? (Chuckles darkly) *cough* Ok, that was a bad idea! *couhs harder* Yeah, never trying that demon stereotype again! *coughs harder* Oh God I think I'm having a hairball! (Hacks and spits) *panting* Ok... I'm ok... (Clears throat) So, where were we "love"? 😈
Furori: H-how?! My fear toxin is absolute! Perhaps this will-
Joshua: Don't bother. See, demons and even demonic hybrids have a pretty powerful immune system. It can fight off against things like, ooohhh, fear toxins, poisons, cancer, all sorts of things. Even against sedation chemicals if exposed long enough. Ssssooooo.... you're kinda screwed if you're depending on that thing.
Raven(demon): Something the Devil gave us so we can choose our masters or something. (Giggles) And you aren't my master Furori.
Furori: You... You tricked me!
Raven(demon): Don't worry, I'll fight you with honor. After all, this is one of the few times my human half has ever depended on me... the one who protects us... and that makes you almost as bad as Slade. You kinda remind me of him too. Dark, painless, cold, smart, an odd fondness for tech and heavy metal, likes using chemicals for his own enjoyment. And you know something? I HATE SLADE FOR ALL HE HAD DONE TO ME AND MY HUMAN HALF!!!

Joshua: Oh boy, here we go.

Raven(demon): LET'S SEE JUST HOW "PAIN RESISTANT" YOU ARE!

With an energized flame in all four of her eyes, Raven suddenly swung one of her arms across, bringing the chain still wrapped around her wrist and wrapping it around a honestly terrified Furori. She then swung her arm across again, this time throwing Furori into one of the marble columns and causing it to fall. Raven only chuckled her hardest as Furori managed to make his way out of the rubble.

Raven(demon): Oh my, I just noticed you're missing an arm! Do you need a hand?

Raven suddenly swung her arm to the ground towards Furori, causing a energy construct of a bird-like foot to come up and grab Furori. It threw Furori back towards Raven, who used another one of her chains to whip Furori like she was using a baseball bat, launching him to the other end of the platform and nearly sending him over the edge!

Raven(demon): (Cackles maniacally)
Furori: So... you want to play huh? Alright then! Obleak, Tianhe-2! Let's show her we can play with others!
Raven(demon): Teammates? Sure, why not!? *whistles* Oye, I realize I'm not quite the Raven you know, but if any of ya have a reason to fight Furori or his goons then step right up! If not, then stay to the side and make sure you take care of whatever wounds you may have!
Joshua: I'd listen to her if I were you lot. She may be a demon now, but she's still Raven and still on our side. I wouldn't be here with her if she wasn't to be trusted, and I know you all are thinking the same thing. You all knew she was a demonic hybrid to begin with anyway.
Bazookanine: No one said we wouldn't help her now when she's done so much for us before. I need to get Tianhe-2 back and fully operational again like he was before!
Xilas: And Xilas still wants a piece of nasty wolf man! (Cracks knuckles)
Raven(demon): Ha! Nice to see you all still like me! Now let's see if the whole teamwork baloney is still all it's cracked up to be!
Furori: Tianhe-2, transform! An alien of powerful origin!

Upon receiving the order, Tianhe-2 slammed his hands to the ground and began to transform. His hands became black and three-fingered, his feet became black and red and oddly shaped, his head growing somewhat larger with three sets of quill-like "horns" hanging low behind him, and he suddenly gained a pale mussel with orange teeth bearing out, along with a devil darling pointed tail sprouting forth. He opened his eyes, and they shined with pupils that seemed to burn with a literal blaze in them. Four strange creatures appeared around him as he stood on his legs again, smiling devilishly.

Raven(demon): Yo Joshua, mind telling my what the heck the robot is now?
Joshua: Hmm... Looks like Eclipse to me.
Raven(demon): 😐 Am I supposed to know who that is?
Joshua: Well according to Archie Comics, he's like Shadow's brother. You remember Shadow from when we visited Sonic's world?
Raven(demon): Yeah I remember. Guys got a bro huh? Man, even that crazy hedgehog got a better family situation then me...
Joshua: Just focus on the fight, will you?😊

And focus on the fight she did. They all did. Apparently the real Eclipse must not only keep these little creatures that Tianhe-2 has now, but be able to fuse with them for new powers. One for a laser, another for strength, another for defense, and yet another for flight. He was powerful enough without those creatures with him. They tried to grab the creatures, but they were apparently just holograms for the sake of being accurate to Eclipse for Tianhe-2. Bazookanine was targeting Tianhe-2 more then anyone. Xilas didn't seem to mind too much that everyone was trying to get Furori. He was preoccupied with Obleak to really notice.

Xilas: Freeze birdy!
Obleak: (SCREECH)
Xilas: Xilas said FREEZE BIRDY!!!

Xilas suddenly pulled out a flamethrower looking machine and fired it, but instead of firing fire it fired ice, literally freezing Obleak in a prison of ice! Xilas felt so proud of himself.

The fight continued for a while. Sun Dragon was suddenly tackled by Furori himself. This wasn't going to be good.

Furori: So mister sunshine, got anything to say before I use you to escape from this failure of a base?
Sun Dragon: Only that you'll just make another base that'll fail. After all, one who doesn't learn from their mistakes are doomed to repeat history.
Furori: Well, unlike most with "evil intentions", I will not screw up again. A general of my high ranking can't afford such repetition. Now, you better stay silent while I make my getaway unless you like the feel of steel slashing your neck.
???: DON'T YOU DARE FURORI!!!

Out of nowhere, a red laser came and blasted the ground, heading straight for Furori. Furori managed to jump out of the way, only to get hit with a flying kick. Everyone recognized this new comer to be a Cyclops Dragon, a somewhat rare creature even amongst the Undead. However, Sun Dragon and Camo were especially shocked and seemed to know who specifically the Cyclops Dragon was.

Camo: *gasp* P-Poltergrin!?
Furori: Poltergrin! How lovely to see you again! Are you ready to capture the Wyrmillion for me now?
Poltergrin: I have no idea what you're talking about! You've killed both my parents! Why should I help you?!
Furori: First off, I told you that your father was about to kill me when I did what I did! It can be debated that I killed him out of self defense. As for your mother child, she was terribly sick and was likely not going to live much longer when I first met you. A mere coincidence!
Poltergrin: Liar! You infected my mother with that disease didn't you?!
Furori: *mumbling* Ah H*ll, he figured it out. *yelling* Alright, but let's consider the reasons!
Poltergrin: Screw your reasons! First you kill my parents, now you try to kill my friends?! You'll pay for what you've done to everyone!
Furori: *groans* Why is everyone seriously telling me that? Isn't it an old enough cliché as it is?
Sun Dragon: What better to describe how you're going to find the aftermath of your deeds! Poltergrin, long time!
Furori: (Laughs hysterically) Yeah, tell that to your demon friend over there!

Apparently while most everyone was occupied with Obleak (who broke the ice by now) and Furori, Tianhe-2 had been fighting with Raven and now he held her in his grip, threatening to shoot her with his laser ability. Everyone was stunned. Everyone pretty much stopped what they were doing so they wouldn't trigger Tianhe-2's laser threat.

Furori: (chuckles) Nice job Tianhe-2! Now, let's discuss my terms for release.😈
Raven(demon): (quietly chuckles) *whispers* Nice job pal, everyone's fooled. Now you're sure you can take the power surge?
Tianhe-2: (wires short circuit) *whispers* A-anything to-to get this mal-malfuction out of m-me. Be-besides, I ca-can take high a-amounts of en-energy quite e-easily.
Furori: ...If you all feel that way, then I guess I'll just have to punish Raven one last time for her defiance! Tianhe-2, NOW!

Tianhe-2 began to charge his laser and pointed it at Raven. Everyone on Raven's side was freaking out, minus Joshua of course. He must really think that Raven can get herself out of any situation if he- Wait, why was Raven smiling that freaky demon smile of hers? Furori was too busy cackling to notice Tianhe-2 suddenly aiming his laser at him! Raven put her hand on his chest and transferred some of her demon energy to Tianhe-2, increasing his power tenfold! And it was a direct hit on Furori! He was blasted and he fell in between two columns, and as he got up, he spotted Scorpius and Poltergrin were behind the columns next to him. Furori didn't like where this was going.

Poltergrin: This is where your plan ends Furori!
Scorpius: This is what you get for hurting Marshadow's mommy!
Furori: Oh no...

Furori lowered his ears as Poltergrin kicked his column onto Furori while Scorpius tail whipped his column onto Furori, causing the canine to be buried under marble rubble (try saying that five times fast. Marble rubble marble rubble...) and an uproar of cheer to be heard! Furori managed to crawl half his body out of the rubble, but he was out of energy and strength after that.

Furori: *groans*
Joshua: Sorry Furori, but there's already one white wolf running things around here.😉
Furori: *groans* Fine... I quit... you can have the phoenix and everyone else I have under my power... Not like it'll matter now...
Scorpius: I got Obleak, so no one panic.
Camo: Hot diggity, it feels like forever since we last saw you!
Poltergrin: Good to see ya'll too!
Sun Dragon: Haha! Wonderful job Poltergrin! I've always known you were more then meets the eye! Oh, um, no pun intended of course. Scorpius, aren't you happy to see Poltergrin again?
Scorpius: 😐 ...Do I know him? And before anyone is offended, I lost some memories ssssooooo...
Camo: Oh yeah, I forgot you explained that to me😟.
Sun Dragon: 😧 We'll explain later Poltergrin. Let's just say you missed out on a lot of things.
Cynder: You... know this Cyclops Dragon, Camo?
Sun Dragon: We knew each other back when the lot of us lived in Dragon's Peak!
Xilas: Whoo! RIKI TIKI TAVI MY DUDES!!! High five shark emo friend!
Fin-Point: Um... First off, I don't want to. Second, I literally can't even if I wanted to because I don't have hands, you idiot.😒 And third, please for the love of God get my name right!😡
Xilas: 😕... Xilas forgot! (Nervously chuckles)😅... I know, let's head bump!
Fin-Point: What?!
Joshua: Well, all's well that ends well, eh Raven? Raven?
Raven(demon): Hang on, I'm throughly investigating this chemo-gun thing of Furori's. Stupid piece of- (zapping noise) Ow! F**k!
Joshua: (chuckles) Like I said. All's well that ends well.
Raven(demon): Hey Bazooka, think maybe you can work on this thing after you fix Tia...howeveryousayit?
Scorpius: I'm sorry but there's just one small problem with that.

Scorpius suddenly tail swiped everyone near him, then he grabbed Tianhe-2, told Jagged to jump on his back, and ran to the edge of the platform. He turned around to face everyone.

Scorpius: Sorry lot, but now that the immediate threat is over, I can get back to my life goal to eradicate the whole dragon race! Sorry if I did know you before Poltergrin, but you have missed out on a lot since I apparently last saw you.
Poltergrin: Scorpius?!
Scorpius: (chuckles) Give my regards to that sweetheart Marshadow of yours Raven! Ciao!
Raven(demon): Oh h*ll no you mental case!

As Scorpius fell over the edge, Raven ran and mumped after him. As Scorpius fell through the air, he unintentionally started crushing Tianhe-2's chest. Now what happened next is rather unknown to us. Did Furori's reprogramming fully kick in? Was the demon energy Raven had exposed him to finally taking its toll? Was it just a matter of his malfunction worsening? A mixture of all those reasons? Whatever it was, it caused what little of the Tianhe-2 that Bazookanine and Raven knew... to be submerged into a dark place.

Scorpius: What'cha gonna do when you catch me Raven? Spank me? Won't you just do the easy thing and snitch on me to your DADDY!?

Scorpius suddenly threw Tianhe-2 towards Raven, and he transformed into none other than Trigon as an Anti-claw ship caught Scorpius. Before Raven even realized what just happened, Tianhe-2 used his enlarged form to throw Raven harshly to the side and zapped her, stunning her. Tianhe-2 then transformed into the kaiju Rodan and flew after Scorpius's ship, and disappeared into the cloads. Raven probably would've fell through the sky due to her stunned condition if NiGHTS and Reala hadn't flew after her, caught her, and and flew her back up onto the platform. She wasn't knocked unconscious, just disoriented. Proof being how mad she was. While everyone was dealing with the madness that had just occurred, Sirin took the chance to personally talk with a still trapped Furori.

Sirin: Well, looks like you're not as good a general as you claimed Furori.
Furori: (scoff) Really? I'll just come back and do it again. I truly wish to protect this world from them Sirin, you know that.
Sirin: If you did, you would've went to the Skylanders about it.
Furori: They don't know what a Worldender is. How could they help when they don't understand?
Sirin: You could've at least tried. *sigh* Maybe you'll understand after spending an age in Cloadcracker Prison Furori. Oh, and your music? Not my type.

Sirin dropped Furori's music box to the ground in front of him, let him have one last look, then used her tonfas to destroy it. The musical component played its last few notes before it stopped. Sirin left Furori with the broken pieces so maybe he can think to himself of it.

Later

Everyone was celebrating the defeat of Furori. His prisoners free at last, his madman antics ended, and all were worry-free of him! Raven, or rather her demon half, did manage to find a way to work Furori's chemo-gun and, well, gave him a taste of his own medicine. After seeing how much Furori screamed, Joshua convinced Raven to use her demon capabilities to get he toxin out, but Furori probably thought that was worse considering how much he screamed during that. And trust me, it was practically nasty.

Joshua: Well, I guess you're not sorry for doing that Raven?
Raven(demon): You mean traumatizing him? Naw. For not saving Tianhe-2, now that's different.
Joshua: Oh? How so?
Raven(demon): *sigh* I promised the thing that I'd get him back with Bazooka so that malfunction can be deleted or whatever after the fight with Furori. And even demons are willing to go through with promises to the death Josh. I should have saw what Scorpius did coming.
Joshua: You don't know Scorpius like everyone around here does, and they don't even know that much about Scorpius yet.
Raven(demon): I know, I know. Don't blame myself, right? Well, it still doesn't feel like it wasn't my fault somehow. You know?
Joshua: ...More then you think Raven. Say, there's always tomorrow! You can look for him then! Just make sure you let your human half know what happened hm?
Raven(demon): Right... Hey wait a minute. Where's Marshadow Josh?
Joshua: Oh, he's in good hands! Look.
Crocavile: Who's a good boy? Who's a good adorable boy? You are! You are!
Marshadow: *giggles happily*
Raven(demon): 😲 ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR MIND JOSHUA?!?!😠
Joshua: Isn't it amazing how the innocence of one can warm the cold heart of others?😊 I'm telling ya Raven, I asked him to watch Marshadow and he took one good look and... he just started playing uncle.
Raven(demon): *growls*.... Well... I guess he would've done something to him by now if he was serious about the whole kidnapping thing.😞
Joshua: There you go.
Eteru: Um... any particular reason you're still... *gulp* in your d-demon form, Raven?
Raven(demon): Hm? Oh, Eteru. Well... my human half doesn't let me out very often. I kinda just want to live a little bit, you know?
Eteru: Uhhh...
Raven(demon): It's kinda like a split personality thing. And believe me it sucks. My human half has more dominance over me, so I'm forced to be submerged in the subconscious mind. It's real complicated kid.
Eteru: 😐 Uhhh...
Raven(demon): *sigh* And no one appreciates me. I get it. Alright, I'll give up control now, but I took alot of energy so my human half will probably fall out when she takes control. And Joshua make sure you catch me this time ok? Believe me, I'll know.
Joshua: You need only ask Raven.

Raven took a deep breath and closed her eyes, and immediately after doing so her skin went back to its usual pale color. But then she started to fall back, but fortunately Joshua and Eteru caught her and started taking her back to her and Joshua's room. Sun Dragon and Camo were busy explaining to their old friend Poltergrin what they think happened to Scorpius. They figure that when he was kidnapped by Malefor, the torture he was subjected to was so bad he lost some of his memories. Poltergrin, after explaining what all had happened to him, decided maybe he ought to consider going to the Academy so he could help bring Scorpius back to himself again. Everyone was doing something or another for the occasion. Including Sailiga, who had just enrolled into the Academy, but his way of spending his time was rather... unorthodox?

Sailiga: Well Carina greeko, things are going just swimmingly here! We just caught that nasty Furori fellow Rosette let run away *gibberish sounding words*! And don't worry, your son's safe! Oh I knew the whole time about Eteru Carina! I also know that Rosette is not to be trusted greeko. I'm sure she's trying to do something with Eteru so she may reach the Apex ranking greeko. I'll have to gain more of Eteru's before I'm absolutely sure, but I think I ought to tell you now that Rosette has indirectly made me more involved then even, I feel, she realizes. Keep an eye on her will you *gibberish sounding words*? Oh? Ah, your son's doing splendidly Carina! And he looks charming I tell you greeko! He's got your star-lit scales and iridescent frills, and many of your powers too! You and his father would be proud!😊

Well, anyway, at least things are finally starting to settle down around the Academy again.

Meanwhile, elsewhere

???: The robot transformed into me you say?
???: Yes brother, and he was pretty accurate too. Your moves, your voice, and even your Black Arms.
???: Wow, really?! Not sure whether or not to feel honored by that.
???: Well Eclipse, the point is that Poltergrin finished his training and got Furori. That's all that matters to me right now.
Eclipse: Well good! Hey, does this mean you can finally come back to Mobius now Shadow brother? Even Knuckles is starting to wonder about you, and you know how he is.
Shadow: I don't know. Raven and Joshua are here at the moment, and I really still haven't figured Joshua out yet. He's something... something but human.
Eclipse: Oh come on brother! Tell you what, I'll stay here for a while for you! Yeah, you can take a break and I'll hang around here for a while!
Shadow: Are you sure? No one knows about us here Eclipse.
Eclipse: I want to Shadow! I want to see Skylands for myself anyway. It's so fascinating to me, and I'd like to see what all this place has in store! Come on, please brother!
Shadow: *sigh* Alright alright, you can fill in for me. Just make sure you and your Black Arm things don't get too involved with these guys alright. Poltergrin doesn't know our true identities and I'd like to keep it that way.
Eclipse: Oh thank you brother!
