Scorpius was relieved Jagged was back home, safe and sound. There was still the matter of fixing the Dark Dragonslayer though. The trolls have made some progress, but it was going to be the next millennium when they finish at the rate they're going. A day had already passed as Scorpius tried to figure out a way to make the repairs go faster. He eventually came up with the idea that maybe since Tianhe-2 was a robot that he could possibly be able to look at the ship and help with repairs. The trolls were a little wary of the idea however. They said that Tianhe-2 hasn't quite been acting the same as he had been since Scorpius "rescued" him and Obleak from Furori. Been twitching and being all too quiet and such accusations. Scorpius and Kaos didn't think anything of it though, figuring it was just from being "overworked" these last couple of battles.

How wrong they were.

The moment Tianhe-2 was taken out of his quarters and into the sunlight, he immediately started malfunctioning and went on an outrage of fury. He was worse then Obleak had been! He would transform into these random people and creatures and caused a massive amount of damage to the village, and even a majority of the island! Eventually Tianhe-2 decided to change into some flying creature and took off beyond the clouds, leaving nothing but destruction in his wake. Obleak, with his cage destroyed by Tianhe-2 in his rage, took the opportunity and flew off not far behind the malfunctioning robot.

There's no telling where those two could go and what they'll do now...

Later

Ihala: Has that Poltergrin fellow decided if he's going to enroll here or not Sun Dragon?
Sun Dragon: No, he's still thinking about it I believe. He said he'll inform us when he makes his decision.
Pegaslash: I do hope the young lad decides to enroll here. He would make a fine Skylander I'm sure.
Xilas: Yeah! He was like WHAM, and like POW! He was amazing! He took down Furori like a boss!
Kamua: Oooohhhh, I do hope he comes here! He sounds like an amazing friend to be with!
Sun Dragon: I have a good feeling he will make his decision soon Kamua. And whatever choice he makes we'll be sure to be joyful for it, even if he decides not to attend the Academy.
Ihala: And what of Sirin? Will she be joining us or has she decided yet?
Sun Dragon: Oh she's decided, and she chooses not to attend. Apparently the Academy is "too bright" for her tastes. She is one of Darkness after all. I wouldn't worry though. Her being good friends with Eteru, I'm sure she'll at least come to visit.

The group further discussed things of current events and such. Apparently Xilas had finally decided to enroll in the Academy, but only for quote "the food, action, beating bad guys, food, his new bada** friends, and last but most certainly not least, food". At least he's on he right side for the right reasons, am I right? Eteru and Sailiga came up to the group, with Sailiga being as cheerful as ever.

Sailiga: Top of the morning lads and lassies! Boy do I have wonderful news for you all greeko!
Sun Dragon: Oh, and what might that be Sailiga?
Sailiga: Well, not only am I officially enrolled here at the Academy with you lot, but... (pulls Eteru into a side hug) me and little Eteru here are now roommates! Isn't that wonderful *gibberish sounding words*?!😀
Kamua: (squeal) Oh, how wonderful indeed new friend!
Xilas: Whoo! Good deal!
Sun Dragon: That is splendid news Sailiga! You must be thrilled Eteru!
Eteru: Yeah, great. Listen guys, I'm looking for Raven. Do you know if she's around?
Ihala: Today is supposed to be the intended last day of her and Joshua's visit here. They may have left already for all we know.
Sun Dragon: Surely not Ihala. I imagine they would've bid us farewell before they would leave. Have you checked their room Eteru?
Eteru: No, but I figured I'd find Joshua by now.
Sun Dragon: Tell you what Eteru. How about I go along with you and we'll check their room to see if they're there, hm?
Sailiga: Great idea greeko! I'll look around the Academy to see if I see them around! Tata!
Eteru: A-alright. I can show you where their room is. It's supposed to be like a VIP room, so don't go telling everyone about it, ok?
Sun Dragon: Of course. Lead the way!

Sun Dragon left Ihala, Kamua, and Xilas to themselves as he occupied Eteru to Raven's reserved room. He was trying to hide his excitement as Eteru lead him through the main building. I mean, anyone would do anything to find out where Raven was! Eventually Eteru took Sun Dragon down a rather secluded hallway where stood a large blue and gold door. Eteru gently knocked on the door a few times and asked if Raven was there. For a minute it was quiet, but then they heard Raven say to come in. Eteru opened the door and Sun Dragon could see that the room was somewhat larger then the usual dorm room. Raven must've been meditating,  since she was levitated off the ground and with her legs crossed as they would be for meditation.

Raven: Morning Eteru, Sun.
Sun Dragon: (bows) Good morning mistress Raven. Feeling well this fine day?
Raven: Um... yeah, just fine. Thanks(?).
Eteru: Morning Raven. I was worried that you had left. You know... this is-
Raven: I know, I know. Don't worry, I'm not leaving for a while yet. Anything you needed to tell me or...?
Sun Dragon: I imagine this might be a private discussion, so I'll leave you two be. Oh, um, Raven? Any idea where Joshua is? Sailiga looking for him and-
Raven: I haven't a clue Sun. I swear that boy just loves to wake up and leave me in here for the whole of the morning I tell you. I can't figure him out. You might find him with those Senseis though. He seems to enjoy talking to them and stuff.
Sun Dragon: Oh. Well, I suppose with that I'll leave you both be now. See you later Eteru!

Sun Dragon up and left the room, closing the door on his way out. It was just Eteru and Raven now.

Eteru: Listen Raven, I want your advice on something. I'm not bothering you right now, am I?
Raven: Well... *sigh* Not to offend, but I kinda was in the middle of something. You remember yesterday right? With my... other half.
Eteru: Y-yeah. What about it?
Raven: Well, normally my "other half" wouldn't let me remember what happens while it's in control, but something happened yesterday that me and my other half agree we must pursue.
Eteru: ...I think your "other half" did say something to Joshua about some kind of promise you had made. Is that it?
Raven: Yeah. See, I had made a promise to that robot Scorpius took that I'd bring him back to your brother Bazookanine so that malfunction in him would be fixed... and you saw how well I was able to keep that promise yesterday... *sigh* I've been trying to search for him with my Soul-self, but to no avail so far.
Eteru: ...If you're having difficulty with finding Tianhe-2... then let me help you! I have the Soul-self ability too, remember?
Raven: Yeah, but you've yet to use it for searching.
Eteru: So? First time for everything, right? Besides, this is the robot of my blood brother! If I can help in any way possible, then I'll do whatever I can to help! Please Raven! Two is better then one!
Raven: ... (chuckles) Well, I suppose. I might want to warn you though, using the Soul-self's search capabilities is like having an "out of body experience", and it can be a bit disorienting for the first few times doing so.
Eteru: Anything for my brother Raven!😊
Raven: Alright. Get into position like me, and listen carefully...

Meanwhile

Bazookanine was getting anxious. He had explained his connection to Tianhe-2 to Master Flare Wolf, his practical mentor, and was told that Tianhe-2 would be returned to him safely. That was days ago after Tianhe-2's first appearance. Bazookanine was recently told that Xilas was going to be his roommate, and he decided to let Xilas in on his plan.

Bazookanine: Alright Xilas, I'm only going to go through this once. You're not to tell anyone about it, alright?
Xilas: Sir yes sir! What's the deal?
Bazookanine: Alright. So remember yesterday when we were fighting Furori, Obleak, and Tianhe-2. Well, I secretly managed to stick a tracking pin on Tianhe-2, and believe me that was ridiculously hard to do. Anyway, with this device that I developed myself, I have been able to track his position at... the Golden Desert? Just a moment ago it was at the Rainfish Rivera! Where is Scorpius going? Listen Xilas, if Tianhe-2 has any hope of being repaired, we need to act now. We'll have to get to our mechs, sneak out of the area, find Tianhe-2, contain him, and bring him back so that we remove the malfunction and repair him. I call this Operation: Search and Rescue. You in?
Xilas: Hmmm... H*ll yeah!
Bazookanine: You're sure?
Xilas: Hey man, you helped Xilas find real friends! Of course I'm sure!
Bazookanine: Alright. If you're sure. We're going to sneak into the garage for our mechs. If anyone asks, we're taking them out for a mech race, 'k?
Xilas: Oakey dokey smokey!

They went out of their room and made their way to the garage where their mechs were. Since they haven't had permission per say to go into the garage at this time, let alone take the mechs out for a ride, so they decided to sneak over there using bushes for covers. Like a cartoon. And apparently Xilas didn't quite know how to sneak past people realistically.

Note I said "realistically".

Xilas: (quietly) Duh duh duh, duh duh!..... Duh duh duh, duh duh!...
Bazookanine: (quietly) Xilas stop it! We're supposed to be bushes, not a flora and fauna concert!
Xilas: (quietly) But all the people on TV do it all the time! Besides, it helps me stay cool!
Bazookanine: (quietly) Has anyone told you that those people on TV are not experts? In fact, most of them get caught.
Xilas: (quietly) If they're not experts then how come everyone's doing it, huh? Explain dat!
Bazookanine: *sigh*(quietly) Look, just keep it down will you? We're getting close to the garage and I'd like to not draw attention here.
Xilas: (quietly) Ok, ok... (loudly) Oh hello ball and chained friend! 😄
Bazookanine: 😨 Emolition! (Nervously chuckles) H-hey there! Um, didn't see ya! Y-you're probably wondering what me and Xilas are doing, huh?😅
Emolition: ...(muttering) Not really...
Bazookanine: Me and Xilas are, uh... Working on a project! Yeah! Yeah, we're working on what disguise works best for Academy life! Yea!😅
Emolition: ........
Bazookanine: ...You don't believe me do you?...
Emolition: ........
Bazookanine: 😕.... I can explain...
Emolition: ...Normally I'd say something about hating to ask about this, but I have no hatred to speak of, no worries to plague me, and... and no care for anything... (muttering) not even myself...

Emolition walked off, muttering other emotionless things to himself as usual. Bazookanine could swear Emolition was getting worse by the day. Bazookanine and Xilas decided to take chances of Emolition not telling anyone about them and managed to sneak into the garage. Bazookanine was surprised when the hanger door seemed to open all by itself, but he decided that since they were low on time that they should just accept it and go. As soon as both their mechs were online, they bolted out the hanger door and off to the Golden Desert.

And as you can imagine, it was only a matter of time before everyone wondered where Bazookanine and Xilas were. Considering the Senseis were getting reports that there was strange activity going at the Golden Desert, they felt perhaps Bazookanine had went ahead to handle it himself. Master Flare Wolf felt Bazookanine had that sort of resolve. Raven reported that her and Eteru both felt that Tianhe-2 may be behind the ruckus in the Golden Desert. The Senseis decided that the best course of action was to send a team or two of cadets to check the area. Raven convinced them that she'll go along.

Sun Dragon: Now you're sure about his mistress Raven? Tianhe-2 has been shown to be quite dangerous.
Raven: Of course I'm sure! I feel responsible for that robot not being in a safer place today. Besides, I've dealt with psycho robots before. How do you think I met Ray?
Joshua: Ah Raven! Good to see you're already on the case!
Raven: And just where the H*ll have you been Josh?
Joshua: Oh, you know, getting a good look at the Academy and all its wonder... not to mention seeing Bazookanine and Xilas off this morning.
Raven: Huh?
Joshua: See, I just so happened to be in the garage this morning when Bazookanine and Xilas came in. I guess they didn't see me because they seemed confused when I opened the hanger door for them. Now before you yell Raven, they probably would've opened the door themselves without me. Besides, I got some friends to help you lot out.
Flaradise: Please allow me to assist you in your mission. I understand that there's the possibility of this corrupted phoenix I've heard so much about may be with this Tianhe-2 robot. I feel that I can help with him.
Raven: Fighting fire with fire, I presume?
Flaradise: I suppose you could call it that. This phoenix is trapped in a dark place, and I am a free mind in the light. We are birds of the same feather. Surely I could help this poor soul.
Dreamcatcher: And you know I can help gurl! Me and the other Doom Raiders used that desert as our base FYI! I know the place like the back of my head! Besides, I owe you for what you did for me and everyone else yesterday Rae-Rae. Plz!
Raven: ... No said you couldn't Dreamcatcher. Of course. 😏
Monitar: And I feel like I can be useful here. Me being Fire elemental, I can tank the heat of the desert. Plus, there's probably half an army of Undead there, so you'll need all the fire power you can get. Besides, I haven't had much of a chance to show scrub here what I can do. And anyway, Poltergrin heard about this and since the Senseis won't let him come, he asked me to help you guys for him. That enough for ya?
Raven: More then enough. Thank you.
Crocavile: Kekeke! I can help to! Pleeeeeeeeeeaaaaasssssse?
Raven: ...I was on board with this until that thing chimed in.😡
Joshua: Oh Raven, why so mean to him?
Raven: I'm not mean. I just have so many reasons why he shouldn't come along. First, he'll probably try to take Marshadow again for lord knows what reason he has. Second, like Dreamcatcher pointed out, her old mafia group or whatever they were used that place as their pad. There's probably loot leftover from their heists there, and if there's anything this guy wants, it's that loot. And third, he doesn't have the motivation, attitude, nor capability to physically fight anything. Seriously, has anybody ever seen this guy fight?
Eteru: I actually fought him once a couple of years ago. Though I have no clue what he could do besides scratch, tail whip, bite, and whatever a skeleton can do.
Crocavile: And a whole lot more! 😃
Raven: ...*sigh* Quoting John Carpenter movies isn't going to make me say yes to letting you come freak.

Sun Dragon: My neighbor says he can laugh so hard that he makes others laugh uncontrollably. Other then that, I'm not sure.
Raven: Give me one "benefit" that could possibly stem from having this... thing come along.
Joshua: I could do better and give you more then one reason. One: he is a reformed villian, and it would give him credit and karma to helo us. Two: His love for gold and other precious things likely gives him experience with dealing with traps, and there'll probably be plenty of untriggered traps in there. And third: Monitar mentioned that there are Undead creatures there, and Crocavile himself is an Undead. He could probably talk to them and stuff, you know? And even if that doesn't work, he'll probably have a same-element advantage in the Golden Desert.
Crocavile: Need we say more? I don't think so... NOT! Feel free to say more please.😊
Raven: *sighs* Plus you're not going to stop asking me to come along with us until I say yes, aren't you?
Crocavile: Pls pls pls pls pls pls pls pls pls pls pls pls pls pls-
Raven: (mumbling) I should've kept my mouth shut.
Crocavile: Pls pls pls pls pls pls pls pls pls pls pls-
Raven: Okay! Okay! You can come, but don't pour crocodile tears all over me if you get all your bones broken! (Mumbling) Jesus.😡
Crocavile: Oh goody Raven! You won't regret it, and that's no lie! Kekeke! How exciting!
Monitar: Good, so can we go now? We've already lost a good bit of time chatting here. Let's move it!

Monitar was right. They didn't want to waste anymore time. Naturally they took Sharpfin's ship since it was faster. Smaller and less space sure, but more speed. Raven felt she should travel as her Soul-self since it could keep up with Sharpfin's ship(if not go much faster then it) and allow everyone else more space on the ship.

Things at the Golden Desert seemed normal. Scorching hot sun and sand, stones and bones lying around, gold here and there, burnt ground suggesting explosions- Wait a minute, explosions? And what's that roaring sound?

Eteru: That has to be Tianhe-2! That roaring sound must be Tia-
Monitar: Incoming!

Suddenly a large black heatwave came heading straight for them! Raven's Soul-self immediately flew in front of Sharpfin's ship and tanked the heatwave, and within seconds of the impact none other then Obleak flew passed them.

Flaradise: All of you go find our friends and their robot. Obleak is my territory. *screech*

Flare immediately flew off the ship and rammed herself right into Obleak from behind, causing the both of them to crash into some of the ruins of the Golden Desert. Monitar and Sun Dragon reassured everyone that Flare knew what she was doing and that she was likely uninjured by the impact into the ruins. Right now it was Bazookanine, Xilas, and Tianhe-2 that they were here for. They managed to pinpoint Bazookanine and Xilas's location to be somewhere in the abandoned arena, where the roaring also seemed to be coming from. After Sharpfin landed close to the entry into the arena, him and Joshua agreed to stay with the ship until they all returned, as well as to watch for Obleak and Flare.

Naturally the inside of the arena was like a maze. Naturally there were Undead in the place who thought they were grave robbers. And also naturally, Crocavile couldn't keep his boney claws off the leftover treasure.

Crocavile: Hey guys! Check out this here helmet I found! (Puts on helmet)
Sun Dragon: Croc, this is no time to-
Crocavile: *trying to sound dramatic* Call me Vile... Daft Vile. Kekeke!
Monitar: Hey, here's another helmet! (Puts helmet on) Call me Tar Punk! *laughs*
Dreamcatcher: Lol you guys look like that movie TRON or something!😂
Raven: Can you idiots stop messin' around and haul it?! Whatever's causing this building to shake isn't lettin' up anytime soon and I plan on not getting buried like half the mummies in this place!
Crocavile: *mumbling* Spoilsport.😡

Raven was right. The arena would occasionally shake like an earthquake. It had to be Tianhe-2. He has been shown to transform into creatures capable of shaking a building after all. It was around when they heard crashing sounds that made everyone on edge however. They followed the sound to the entrance into the arena grounds, but they were immediately met with a frightening sight. Bazookanine and Xilas were in their battered mechs trying to fight off against a gigantic serpent with a body of water completely submerging any detail of the serpent inside. Tianhe-2's new form was almost too large for the arena! Raven oddly seemed to recognize the creature.

Raven: Oh come on! This thing can turn into those pokemon mutants too!? Grrrr! And I thought this desert heat made my blood boil!😠
Eteru: You know what Tianhe-2 has transformed into Raven? And what do mean by it being a "pokemon mutant"? Raven?
Raven(demon): ...Let's just say my energy has an interesting effect on lower creatures.
Dreamcatcher: Not again Rae-Rae!
Raven(demon): Oh so sorry these mutants are so strong Dreamy! Trust me, you all are doing to need to use your strongest powers against that thing! Any electrical powers we have would be nice.
Eteru: Oh! I got that covered Raven! (Crackles electricity between his hands)
Raven(demon): Good. And Monitar, you're tar powers would be good too.
Monitar: Huh? How's that?
Raven(demon): Let's just say this is the one time I support water pollution.
Monitar: Oooohhhh. I got ya! Let's go make it fall into the deep six!
Sailiga: Ooo! If it's water we're playing with, then what better to fight back then with my plant friends greeko!

With Raven's demon half back in action, the whole gang fought Tianhe-2's new aqua-tine form with all their might. Monitar's tar, combined with the sand in the arena, was starting to slow Tianhe-2 down. Eteru's electrical powers managed to daze him enough for Sailiga's vines to wrap themselves around his large body, tying him to the ground while the vines started absorbing the water covering him. Monitar and Eteru kept up their attacks on Tianhe-2, while the loss of water was making the tar-sand gunk thicker. Eventually it was enough to make Tianhe-2 appear as if he was melting away, but then suddenly he transformed into some mad land shark like creature with vicious looking claws, teeth, and fins.

Raven(demon): Oh come on! You too!? Just how does T2 know about these mutants anyway!?
Bazookanine: *groans* Whatever these mutants are Raven, word must've gotten around about them and Tianhe-2's systems were updated with their information. That's the only way I know how.
Raven(demon): This robot of yours just HAD to be made with the latest tech, didn't it? Whatever, no skin off my back. Oh wait I forgot, these mutants nearly KILLED ME A FEW TIMES! But noooooo, that ain't no big deal! Is it?!
Mixcoatl: Calm down Raven! We get it. These mutants of yours are no laughing matter. Quick, what's strong against rock?
Sun Dragon: If Raven is correct about these being "Pokemon" mutants, then that means rock is weak against fighting and steel typings.
Daphne: Anyone have anything close to that?
Crocavile: WE'RE ALL GONNA DIE! (Running around frantically and sobbing uncontrollably) Oh wait, I'm already dead. Silly me!😆
Raven(demon): Hey bone chomper! Keep crying! Your tears are giving T2 the slip!

Tianhe-2 was having a hard time running with Crocavile's ectoplasmic-tears covering the ground. After Crocavile supplied a landslide of tears(Get it? Because Tianhe-2 is a land shark? Nevermind), Tianhe-2's land shark form eventually fell face first into the wet ground. Monitar doused him in tar again, but then suddenly Tianhe-2 transformed into a fiery beast of a creature, causing the tar to ignite and blow up in flames. Tianhe-2 transformed into yet another mutant, this time it was some kind of knight with a raging fiery mane, a large burning shield, and a blazing sword.

Raven(demon): Really?! Well, at least I don't have to fight with respect with this one!
Xilas: Stand back! This one mine!

Raven immediately charged the fiery mutant and held on tightly to his back, avoiding his attacks and flames as he struggled to shake Raven off. He only reason she eventually let go was so she wouldn't get caught in Xilas's boulder-and-chain swing, which sent Tianhe-2 smashing into the oher side of the arena. When the dust cleared, Tianhe-2 was back to his original robot form at last, jerking and flinched with sparks of electricity fizzing out of him. Eteru, without warning, charged and rammed into Tianhe-2, keeping the robot in place long enough for Sailiga's vines to wrap him in place while Bazookanine ran over carrying some kind of tool in his paw.

Bazookanine: Hold your grip Eteru. I... I'm going to have to shut him down to get him safely back to the Academy.
Eteru: "Shut him down"? In his condition? Doesn't that risk-
Bazookanine: Losing his memories?... Yeah, it does. *deep inhale* Old friend...
Tianhe-2: Ba...zook...anine... D-do it... p-ple-ease...
Bazookanine: *gasp*... F-forgive me...

Bazookanine took his tool and started figiting with Tianhe-2's control panel. Almost immediately, the sparks stopped flying and the yellow light in Tianhe-2's eyes went dark, and as the vines let go of the robot, Bazookanine and Eteru caught him. Seeing as there was no longer any threat, Raven's demon half gave control back to her human half, causing her to almost fall to the ground from a loss of energy.

Sun Dragon: Raven! Are you alright?
Raven: *groans* Y-yeah, I'm f-fine. I let it take over, don't worry. *groans* H-help me up, w-will you?
Sun Dragon: Of course Raven.
Joshua: Well well well, I thought I felt the familiar power of someone's dark half, am I right?
Raven: *groans* Sh-shut up and hold me Josh. T2 knew about those mutants I fought back in the pokemon world. *groans*
Joshua: Oh, I see. Oh good, you got Tianhe-2!
Raven: W-why did his name have to b-be so... "weird"?
Joshua: I believe it's a reference to one of Earth's supercomputers Raven. Does that answer your question?
Raven: 😐... Sometimes I wonder if y-you're a supercomputer Josh. *chuckles weakly*
Joshua: Why thank you Raven😊. Oh hey, I actually came to tell you that we saw Flare and Obleak coming this way. Heck, they should be above us right about... now.

At that moment, everyone heard the sound of birds screeching above them as Flaradise and Obleak fiercely fought with their powers of Light and Dark. Flare managed to pull off an explosion of Light energy as Obleak was about to attack, causing the enraged phoenix to crash down in the arena like a meteorite. After he crashed, he tried to get back up, but he flinched and eventually fell unconscious from weakness. Flaradise flew down into the arena to make sure her fight was over.

Flaradise: *panting* ...There... He'll be out for a while... hopefully... Oh, hey!... Is everyone alright?
Mixcoatl: As much as we'll ever be, I suppose. Glad to see you're relatively unharmed.
Flaradise: *panting* This... is only... half the solution... The hard part... is still ahead... Phew!...
Joshua: And speaking of which, we ought to head back to the Academy and take care of everyone here.
Crocavile: After we do that, can we come bac-
Everyone: NO!
Crocavile: Sheash... tough crowd...

FINALLY!

Jebus. Took me long enough, I know. I know. This took way longer then I expected, I'm sorry!

Boi, I need a real break from this book for a while. I need to work on my Misfits book big time.

Oh, and if you're wondering about what all that was about those pokemon mutants Tianhe-2 turned into, and I'm sure you are, I'm planning on drawing up some pictures of all of them if you want me to.

Phew! Now I know how Raven must feel. 🐉

P.S I'm also completely fine with you guys asking me to draw stuff from this book if youmwant me to. I'm kinda surprised no one's asked me to draw Furori's base by now to be honest.
