Prompt- ' Tomorrow and a day: ' by csdreamer

This silence that stretches between us, terrifies me,

Even more than the miles separating us.

For I know you only.through words,

And the bond of reality and pain, that we share..

I wish that you would hold on, for me,

Yet is it selfish of me to ask that from.you?

I want you to wake up to a beautiful tomorrow,

And a day after and many more days to come.

So that one day, we shall overcome the fears of darkness and death,

And meet at a place where time and distance, have no meaning.

Barely managed. I might be gone for two days.
