Prompt - 'Tsunamis and broken hearts' by

I feel the waves against my broken heart.

Threatening to further shatter it into mere fragments.

The sweet memories of a past never forgotten,

Crash down on me like a building tsunami.

I still feel the pain after all these years.

And I have no will to fight it anymore.

I surrender before the justice of fates,

And close my eyes accepting defeat.

I'll go wherever this raging wave carries my soul.

Be it to the shore of life or to the valley of death.
