A ray of light peeping through the blanket of darkness,

One becomes manifold, turning the sky into a kaleidoscope of colors.

New hopes flutter in the soul, waiting to soar high in the horizon.

Will this be a dawn of bountiful good luck or will it be doomed, like many others?

Hardly a poem (sigh!)
