       THIS IS THE STORY of how Noda Jun died.

       The odor of death had clung to Jun ever since she was a little girl, ever since her cursed technique had manifested. Yet no one had known that death slumbered within her, only waiting to be awakened. Not until, upon her first entering the halls of Tokyo Jujutsu High, Gojo Satoru's Six Eyes found her, looking straight through her soul and seeing a void of untapped potential. Never had he seen anything like it. It was intriguing, to say the least — she was intriguing. So, Gojo Satoru decided he had to get to know her.

       He didn't expect her to avoid him like the plague, though. And it infuriated him even more that she seemed to get along well enough with his best friend, Geto Suguru. They had found comfort, a shared understanding, a home within each other's hearts. A feeling completely unknown to Jun, to be accepted the way she was, with all the darkness she carried around with her. Yet while Suguru joined her in the dark, Satoru led her into the light.

       Until death came for her.

       Blood trickled down her stomach, soaking her clothes, as she looked into her mother's face. What was more poetic than the woman who gave you life being the person who took it away? As Jun collapsed on the cold concrete floor, she watched as her mother nodded and said, "You'll thank me one day," before leaving without sparing her daughter another glance. And as her eyes fluttered shut, about to close forever, she heard the voices of the people she loved most in this world calling her name: her father, Geto Suguru, and Gojo Satoru.

       A few minutes later, her eyes snapped back open, a new darkness glistening in them, death engulfing her in an endless hug, filling the void within her. This was not the end of Jun's story. No. Tragedy was written in her blood. There was no way to save her. And there was no way to save the people around her. When death opened its arms for you, it would not let you go again. No amount of praying and begging on your knees could change your fate.

       This is the tale of Gojo Satoru, Geto Suguru, and Noda Jun — they weren't destined to find each other, they were doomed to.

     note: Okayyyy the brainrot has taken hold of me and I am so obsessed with JJK now it's not even funny anymore, it consumes my every thought, and I fell head over heels for Gojo Satoru and I regularly cry over SatuSugu so this is what came out of that. I feel like the synopsis is a little all over the place but I still kinda love it?? I kept it vague on purpose because there's a lot going on in the story and I don't wanna take too much away beforehand. There are a few things to know before we get into it, though:
🪦 This story starts before the Gojo's Past / Hidden Inventory Arc, so we have an AU act where we get into Jun's backstory (& relationships 👀) before getting into canon events. So after the AU act, we get into the Hidden Inventory Arc, then JJK 0, and then seasons 1 and 2, so we're doing this chronologically (because flashbacks stress me out).
🪦 I'm also adding some of my own lore to the world *cough* Jun's family *cough*, so I'm very excited to get into that.
🪦 This is NOT a love triangle! It might seem like one in the beginning but it's not, I promise. It's a lot more than that.
🪦 Lastly... Do I have to mention that this story isn't gonna be all that happy or is the fact that this is a JJK fic a big enough indicator? (Gege is allergic to happiness fr.)
