Plot: After the events of the SMG4 episode, "If Mario was in Team Fortress 2", what if the Red Heavy didn't take Mario back to where he picked him up at and actually appreciated his hard work in getting the BLU Team's Intelligence to the RED Team Base.

So after Y/n aka SMG5 and Mario got taken by the Red Heavy along with Dr. Healer, Agent Blood (Y/n's Blue Spy) and Heavy Weapon (Mario's Heavy) to the world of Team Fortress 2 and right after capturing the enemy intelligence, Y/n, Mario and their TF2 buddies were all honored in winning the game of Capture the Flag.

However, that wasn't the end of their adventure in Team Fortress 2, in fact, the gang are now a part of the many adventures in the TF2 Universe like taking on the robots of Gray Co. that resembled the TF2 gang as well as the Comedic Duo themselves in Mann vs. Machine, go on some crazy misadventures in the Neighborhood of Spirit Valley (The Hometown where Y/n and the SMG5 Gang lives in Uptown Creation City) or even face off against the Classic TF2 gang that are working for the infamous Announcer.

The possibilities in Team Fortress 2 are endless when it comes to the power of Bullets and Memes.

The Cast

Y/n aka SMG5: As the main protagonist in his own series, he is one the most skilled fighters on the field both physically and mentally as he can use any weapon in TF2, even outside of the game itself, even with his trusty Shotgun Minigun. 

He will do anything in his powers and weapons to lead the team to victory with the help of his fellow comrades in the line of battle with the power of Creativity and Memes.

He would even encounter his own Classic TF2 Counterpart, who turn out to be a member of his own family, his half brother known as the Deathmatch Mercenary as they both together to get rid of the Classic Team Fortress gang and their ruthless leader, Classic Heavy. 

Mario: Most of the time while he is on the field, he can either do something stupid or useful whenever he's in a tight situation with the gang against the enemy. But he's still as good as Y/n whenever he goes into Super Serious Mode to use against his opponent.

Even with his own Heavy Weapons Guy, the two of them make quite the team effort when they both work together to fight against their enemies and eat their favorite fodda, which are Spaghetti and Sandviches and they both like to dance as it is also one of Heavy Weapon's special skills that he can kill any of his opponents with music and the power of Memes. 

Dr. Healer: As the one, if not only the more sane and professional versions of the Medics that still has an official medical license, he is proven to be one of the best well known doctors in Creation City and he has helped the SMG5 gang from time to time whenever they needed some medical attention. Not to mention that he had to go through a lot of trouble going through the test to renew his medical license with the other Medics if he wants to keep saving lives of his fellow teammates.

He also managed to struck a deal with Darku, the Shadow Lord of the Dark Zone after he died with the Red team Medic by the power hungry Classic Heavy and put an end to his reign of terror with a little trickery before Y/n and Heavy Weapon delivered the final blow to Classic Heavy. 

Agent Blood (Blue Spy): After Y/n, received him as a Christmas gift, he is known as one of the most dangerous spies in TF2 and his takes out his enemies in a real professional manner and not in the cheater/hacker way. He also really good with disguises and knows a lot of people that can help him and his comrades in case they ran into trouble like if they needed to score some extra cash or collect some enemy intelligence for a mission.

He is proven to be one of the most stealthiest and dangerous members of the SMG5 gang.

There is also the time where Agent Blood was trapped in a dark world, where he needs to Capture the Intelligence while avoiding the dark, monsterous versions of the SMG5 gang with Y/n as a strange shadow computer virus that is a force to be reckoned with. 

​​​​​Heavy Weapon (Red Heavy): After Mario got him as a Christmas gift, the two of them are like two peas in a pod as brotherly figures and they actually worked together as a team on the battlefield and during their misadventures.

​​​​​​​Heavy Weapon can also be used as a meme weapon as he kills his enemies...with music and dancing that makes a real spicy meme and he will kill anyone who touched Y/n's shotgun minigun cause he knows that the Real Heavy got it for Y/n for Christmas.

He can also make a pretty mean Sandvich and is a great cool even when the SMG5 gang are having a barbecue and just like Mario, he has a Super Serious Mode himself that make him so tough and strong that would make Senator Armstrong look like a chump.

Deathmatch Mercenary (Y/n's Classic TF Counterpart/Brother): As the Deathmatch Mercenary, he has the same type of skill as Y/n by using any form of weapon he can use against his enemies as well as driving any type of vehicle like a truck, a tank or even a spaceship. He's also a very skill military soldier and learned a few medical related techniques in case the medic is down and the team needed medical attention.

He may be a team member of the Classic Team Fortress gang, but he was the only one who did not like what they are planning for money or for eternal life. In fact, he was blessed with Eternal Life and Youth by Creation as he is still in his 20s since the day he joined the Classic Team Fortress gang.

The moment that he encountered Y/n, he soon realized that he was his half brother and eventually decided to betray his teammates and join Y/n's team as he soon learned that their minds are not going well with old age, which would make sense why they wanted to work for the Announcer just to live forever. 

​​​Siege Tales aka The Recruit: How Y/n and Mario met Siege Tales aka the Recruit was during a match in the Escape From Tarkov when dealing with the Scavs and they already became instant friends after that and have been going on adventures in other games ever since.

​​​​​​​Siege Tales is very skilled in terms of combat and use of weapons but can sometimes get a little carried away with some battle features like the Drop-Kick Attack and trying to be the Spy in TF2.

All and all, he may be a bit curious and all that, but he's still the best Recruit he is on Y/n's team.
