6 months ago Disney Announced they were acquiring FOX for over $50 Billion.

Then today Comcast, one of the Biggest and Most Hated Companies on earth, which owns the cable company Xfinity, Movie Studio Universal Pictures as well as the Theme Parks, and the Animation Studios DreamWorks.

Eh, they're okay, I do love the How to Train Your Dragon Movies.

And Illumination.

The Studio responsible for the Despicable Me Minions? Oh No!

Yeah, one of the most hated companies on earth, is now at a Bidding War with one of the most beloved companies on Earth.

There's a reason why I want Disney to own 21st Century Fox over Comcast, its not about Comic Book Movie Rights to X-Men, Deadpool, and Fantastic Four or The Stake in Hulu or whatever, it's because Disney Knows What People Want, They also know how to treat a company they purchase the right way, HAVE YOU SEEN THE RECENT STAR WARS AND MARVEL CINEMATIC UNIVERSE MOVIES?

Comcast on the other hand, loves to shove those Minions from Despicable Me in our Face, and try to go, YO WE ARE MORE MATURE THAN DISNEY MUTHAFUKAHS!

Don't believe me look at this commercial:

They're basically saying, are your kids in 3rd or 4th grade, TAKE THEM HERE!

Even a Teenager would rather go to Disney World over Universal Parks.

I know I did!

Also this goes MUCH further.

Back in the 2000's Comcast tried to Buy Disney But Disney was like, "yeah, no."

I would talk more about that but this best explains it:

So Comcast decided, you know what We Hate Disney Now, lets buy that Studio that has always hated Disney.

So in 2009, Comcast Bought NBCUniversal, a studio that has always hated the Walt Disney Company all the way Back to the 1920's when Walt was still an Early Animator.

Basically the fight between Disney and Universal is almost 100 years old.

That s pretty much the only reason why Comcast wants to Be in a Bidding War against Disney, a Pissing Contest that has been going on for almost 100 years!

Except we all know Disney would Win, hopefully, why? When you fight the Mouse, your going to lose no matter what, Why else you don't see Warner Brothers have Bugs Bunny call out Mickey Mouse.

Then how come they have DC call out Marvel?

That does not count! Comic book fans been doing that for years.

Plus, Comcast really can't get Fox, why?

MONOPOLY LAW!

Theu'll break the Monopoly Law, not because they'll be buying another movie studio. Its because Fox Owns 2 Major Cable Companies, they partially own Sky Cable in the UK, and STAR in India, there could be more but I'm too lazy to look up what they own.

And if you own a huge hunk of the market, your breaking the Monopoly Law.

Then what's Disney's Excuse.

They're only doing it to get Star Wars, X-Men, Deadpool, Fantastic Four, Avatar, and The Simpsons, the rest is filler. So for now Who cares?
