Hey, my name is Alex Hunter and I am a mutant I can shapeshift into any animal or human I ran away from my family because of who I am. Right now I'm on the side of the road with my bag full of clothes and other things I've been sleeping anywhere I can in an alley, next to a dumpster, next to a restaurant you name it now I have nowhere to go.

At the school

Charles: storm there is a new mutant and she needs our help.
storm: where is she at professor
Charles: at a bar downtown
storm: what is her name
Charles: Alex Hunter
storm: ok I'll grab the team and we will look for her.

Then storm went to grab the team. At some bar with Alex

Bartender: what can I get you
Alex: I'm actually looking for someone his name is Rick do you know a guy like that I need his help with something.

Alex then shows the bartender the picture

Bartender: no
Alex: ok thanks

Then before Alex left the bar some dude came up and pushed her up against the counter of the bar

Guy: I know what you are freak

Then Logan came in and saw what happened

Logan: hey let her go
Guy: make me
Logan: ok

Then Logan's claws came out and it scared the guy

Bartender: get out of my bar freak

He said while holding a gun to the back of Logan's head then Alex came up to the bartender

Alex: you could put the gun down now

The bartender didn't listen so Alex grabbed the gun from the bartender and took out the shells from the shotgun

Alex: look I don't want to fight but if you do then go ahead

When no one went for a fight Alex then left the bar after she dropped the shotgun first then Logan followed her.

Logan: hey girl
Alex: I did you a favor
Logan: so let me do you a favor

Alex then stopped walking and turned to face Logan

Logan: are you like
Alex: do I have claws made out of metal no.
Logan: but your something else right
Alex: I'm a shapeshifter

Then storm came in

Storm: you Alex Hunter
Alex: maybe who wants to know
Storm: my name is Storm there are other people like you that can help you and Logan and me are just like you were mutants.
Alex: what do you mean people like me
Storm: there is a school for the gifted like you, me, and Logan we can take you there where you have a place to sleep, food to eat it's your choice.

Alex was thinking about it then she had her answer

Alex: alright I'll go but just to check it out.
Storm: ok follow me

Alex followed storm to the jet looking thing with Logan behind Alex

Logan: really kid
Alex: what
Logan: your really thinking about this offer
Alex: what could happen
