Prior to everything that could go wrong went wrong, each of the gangs had actually tolerated each other, even got along. Before the mishap, all the gangs territories and borders were nearby each other with warehouses in close proximity to each other.  And for now, everything is pretty calm considering that toleration. For the prechapter it will be to develop small relationships in the gangs, but not between the three of them.

(I'm hoping in the next couple days I'll be able to get up the very first chapter, and for this chapter there will only be the separate gang chains and cop chain. Please wait until I make the chains for them!)
