"What did you and Asano talk about?"

"Won't tell you"

After those two sentences between Karma and you, he wasn't talking to you during the rest of the school. He would ask his friends if they knew anything about this, but he was disappointed to find out they didn't. He would stare at you but he would look away if you turned to face him. He would throw paper balls at you, but later would act as if nothing happened.

He was so childish when coming to jealousy.

And cute.

Your inner demon was kind of enjoying that face and poutings of his, no matter how wrong you knew it was. Kayano and Yukiko sighed while looking at you and him.

"What's wrong with you and him again? I thought you were closer... I mean... very close" Kayano said and you giggled.

"Don't worry, everything is going to be okay... I just wanna tease him a little bit today"

"Your confidence scares me..." Yukiko murmured.

After the bell rang at the end of the last lesson, you stood up and turned to face Karma. He looked away again and packed quickly his things, pretending he didn't see you.

"Karma..."

He didn't face you.

"Karma~"

He instantly smiled when he heard that sweet tone of yours, but soon pretended to ignore you again.

You smirked.

"Akabane"

"Hey!"he snapped at you "Don't call me like that"

You laughed at his reaction and he sighed in defeat. After you ranked first in class, it was suddenly easier to beat him in different things.

"So, you hear me now?"you asked and he stuck out his tongue.

"Unfortunately yes. What do you want?"

You searched your bag and pulled out a black phone. The phone you had dropped in the glass with the water. Karma was surprised to see it and willingly took it in his hands.

"Wow, it's still alive?"

"I just dropped it into water, don't worry... it's just... everything is deleted. Pictures, songs, contacts... you'll have to add them again. I'm sorry" you said and lowered your head.

He smiled at you, stood up and caressed your hair. You were the only ones in the classroom.

"It's okay... I just wanna take some photos from your phone. You will also be my first contact... how does it sound? Hey, don't make that face..."he said and giggled slightly.

You raised your head and laughed.

"You smile again"you told him and he clapped his hands.

"Nice game girl... now let me add you to my contacts..." he said and typed at his phone. You tried to look at the name he would put at your contact, but he wouldn't let you see.

"Hey, lemme see"

"No way. I will show you when I want too" he said and you knew you couldn't insist this time.

He pulled out your phone and sent the photos he wanted. You sat next to him and watched what he was doing. All of the pictures were from the trip, and he also took the one from detention. He put it as a wallpaper again.

"You have taken lots of pictures with my phone..."you murmured and he smiled at that.

He finished sending photos and gave your phone back. You were about to stand up and pack your things, but he held your arm and pulled you down again, closer to him.

You did the mistake to breath. His scent almost killed you. It was too attractive and charming, like him.

You wanted to be the only one who would be this close to him...  the thought of another girl being in your place could kill you.

Why am I suddenly this possessive?

"You know... I don't want other boys being this close to you" he said and you internally laughed at the compatibility of your thoughts.

Outside, you had a hard time speaking.

"Karma... do you think... that I am... possessive?"you asked and he looked weirdly at you.

"Why?"he asked, coming a bit closer.

"Cause this is how I feel right now" you almost whispered but he heard everything.

He was kind of taken aback, looking carefully at you to make sure he had understood the right thing.

"What are you saying? I am already yours"

Oh yes, I'm dying. Why the hell did I mention the possessive thing?! Why am I saying all that's on my mind?!

"You... Karma... you don't have to act like that..."

"I'm not acting. I have told you before... I can't lie to you. That's why, Y/N..."

He turned you to face him better, and took a deep breath. He held both of your hands, and then...

...he asked that very precious question.

"Will you let me take on your one week challenge?"he clearly asked.

Nothing was heard for a moment. Your heart was beating so fast. You felt like you were drowned in an ocean of happy feelings.

That red haired boy had finally said it...

And you answered with a huge smile on the face.

"No"

Silence fell upon you again. Karma's eyes were confused and shocked, and you continued before he could ask anything.

"I won't let you date me for a week. Do you realise, dear Karma, that after tomorrow there will be already a week with me paying attention only to you? Your dare, the detention, the game, the two days at the trip, today... one week is already dedicated to you. That's why..."

You approached him this time and winked cutely.

"I will give you only one day. Can you do that? Do you want to be the first one to take on my one-day challenge?"

He was dumbfounded, but in the end he nodded as if he should have expected that. He winked back at you. You wondered why those things only affected you and not him, because that wink of his could have burned a whole nation.

"I won't be the first one. I will be the only one to take on that challenge. Then it's a deal... tomorrow will be the day of the challenge."

You nodded and you both smiled at each other.

"You know..." he murmured "After so many times that you rejected me.. I didn't expect that I would become a challenge-VIP. I feel charmed."

You slightly slapped his arm, but then you realised you had to leave. You quickly stood up and packed your things.

"It's late, I have to go... see you tomorrow" you told him and were about to leave.

But as you were heading to the door he ran to you from behind, turned you around and held your hands once again.

"Can I steal one minute from the next day and become your date now?"he begged and you gasped.

You hesitantly nodded.

He put your hands around his waist and forced you to hug him. You didn't resist.

My mind and heart are going to blow up... Curse you, Karma!

He hugged you back, putting his chin on the top of your head. You could feel his body's warmth. It was a pleasant and welcomed feeling you wished you would never miss.

He looked at you.

"When a guy dates you... how far can he go? I mean... can I do that?"

He leaned in... and gently kissed the top of your forehead.

Do you know how red Karma's hair is? That was the color of your face after his kiss.

"I... I... ONE MINUTE PASSED! SEE YOU TOMORROW! BYE!!!!!!!!!!"

That's all you said and rushed to the exit, leaving a laughing Karma behind. But as you were leaving the classroom, you fell on someone.

On many people. To be accurate, five.

"GUYS!" You yelled at Isogai, Maehara, Nagisa, Yukiko and Kayano who were standing outside the classroom's door, probably having heard all you and Karma and had said. They awkwardly scratched their heads, ashamed of themselves, except Kayano. She stood up and hugged you tightly, while making inhuman sounds (aka. Fangirling)

"YAYYYYY Y/N!!!! I'm so happy for you!!! You are finally going to date Karma!! I'm telling you, he is a very good choice. I'm so happy oh gosh!!!!! You were so cute in there, let him kiss you again!!"

"CALM DOWN GIRL" Yukiko said from behind and pulled your excited friend away from you, letting you breath again.

"I like that idea" Karma said when he came next to you.

"AH EVERYONE JUST STOP" you shouted, more embarrassed than ever and unable to handle it. You pulled Yukiko and Kayano with you and ran away, leaving all the boys behind, and a certain one shouting at you cheerfully.

"SEE YOU TOMORROW~"
