"Finally! Where the hell have you been?!"you heard Maehara's voice as soon as you arrived outside the train station.

He seemed pretty angry. Nagisa and Kayano were next to him, not happy at all, and behind them Isogai and Yukiko were silently talking to each other, also with annoyed faces.

"Guys... why are you like that... I am sorry, okay? It is just that some things happened and we were late..." you said in regrets and teary eyes. You couldn't stand having your friends angry at you.

Maehara just shrugged it off.

"Okay, okay, don't worry, we can tease you later about the fact that the two of you arrived together, but now we have more important things to worry about..." he said and the others nodded.

You and Karma looked at each other, having no idea what he meant.

Right then you heard many steps coming from behind and at the same time, your friend's eyes narrowed furiously.

Karma and you turned around, and you were taken aback to see who was approaching you.

Asano Gakushu and six more guys from class A. Asano's eyes were on you and he smirked when seeing your shocked face; however, he glared at Karma when he noticed he was standing next to you. You glanced at the red-haired boy to see he was also glaring back at Asano. It was as if fire had been spread around those two.

"Why are they here?" Karma asked, not looking away from Asano.

"The contest had two winners. The one was Maehara, and according to Asano, the other winner decided he didn't want the trip and Asano managed to take it. Well, we all know it was because of his money... he really does anything he wants..."  Isogai murmured.

You suddenly remembered...

" Because I... didn't know who you were with while... being away form me... Afraid you were with... Asano"

Akabane knows Hiro... so he probably knows what happened with my ex boyfriend... but how could he know it was Asano? Maehara knows... could he have said it?

You looked at Karma again. He had moved slightly in front of you, in a protective manner, which wasn't ignored by Asano's gaze.

Akabane... why hadn't you shown such a side of you all this time?

Asano stood right in front of you and your friends. His classmates were standing behind him, smirking in amusement of your annoyed reactions.

Asano had talked to you the day before, but all you had in mind was Karma's accident, so you had totally forgotten about it. Seeing him from up close again, you felt anxious and at the same time angry, but the worst was that you couldn't really hate him because of the love you were once feeling for him. Instead, you hated yourself for being such an idiot.

Besides that, there was not a single person in E class that liked him. He was everyone's most hated person because he was always picking up on your class. However, after you broke up, he wouldn't even look at you or approach you, that's why for one and a half years you had been only watching him from afar...

In the beginning it was really difficult. Your eyes were meeting his figure everyday at school, your heart was beating fast every single time but at the same time you were feeling strong pain. Your friends' and Hiro's help was what gave you strength to move on from that love. But yesterday after the game, Asano suddenly was willing to talk to you again... what the hell was that? And now he would come with you and your friends to the trip?

"It looks like we will spend our weekend together, Y/N... and others" Asano said looking at you smiling, and you remembered how much you once adored that smile of his. Now, it could only bring you annoyance and a strong will to slap him in the face.

"Oh, really?~" Karma said playfully and approached Asano "That's amazing! Lets be together all the time, Asano-junior! I am sure you'll enjoy our group!"

Asano looked at Karma in disgust, something that you really enjoyed. As far as you knew, only Karma was able to annoy him that much.

"As if I want to see your faces all the time... hey, Yuuma..." Asano said, pushed Karma away and looked at Isogai"I heard you managed to get a beautiful girl as a girlfriend... it is funny, considering you have nothing to give to her."

Isogai was poor, and Asano loved making fun of that. Yukiko glared at Asano and hugged Isogai's arm tightly.

"Jealous because  you won't ever get one?" Maehara said, pissed off whenever someone was bullying Isogai because of this matter. However, everyone knew how popular Asano was among the girls, so even Maehara wasn't so confident when he said that.

"I wouldn't say so. Y/N..." he said and you looked at him, his purple eyes concentrated on you "These people are not for you to be friends with... you should be with those of your level."

He was about to grab you hand, and at the same time Karma was about to stop him. In the end, it was you who grabbed his hand and almost turned it the other way around, causing him pain. Karma and the rest looked at you astonished.

"You, Asano, had the chance to talk to me one and a half years ago. I don't want to play anymore with you, so leave me and my friends alone, okay? And the last time I checked... you had put me in the bottom-level."you said and let go of his hand. You turned around as if nothing happened and looked at Maehara.

"When is our train leaving? Won't we enter the station?"you asked and he gasped, a little scared but at the same time amused by the way you had treated Asano.

"Um... we are not taking the train. A bus will take us there.  It will be here in five minutes..."

You looked at your watch -since you didn't have phone-.

"But in five minutes the time will be 7:30" you said and he nodded.

"That's when we are leaving. I told you we leave at 7:00 because I wanted you all to be here on time" he murmured and you glared at him, considering how much you had to hurry in the morning.

When the bus came, Karma sat with Nagisa, right behind them you and Kayano and behind you Isogai and Yukiko. Maehara was next to the driver, helping with different kinds of things.

The A-Class students had taken the seats next to yours, commenting on yours and your friends' actions all the time. Asano had sat next to your seat, that's why you exchanged seats with Kayano. You took the seat next to the window.

"That was amazing, Y/N!"Kayano said excitedly"you really caught Asano off guard because normally he would be able to save his hand. Unfortunatelly, you are still his target... he is looking at you even now"

"Ignore him" you said and sighed, wanting to forget all that happened with him. Right then, Kayano's phone rang, meaning she had a message. She looked weirdly at you.

"Um... what do you thank me for?" She asked and you looked at the phone's screen. There was your name, and a message saying' Thanks'. You sighed deeply.

"Um... can I text myself?"you asked, meaning to take her phone and she looked at you as if you were crazy. You pointed at Karma's seat, and she saw him holding your phone. You promised to explain to her later on and she gave you her phone.

You unknowingly smiled to yourself. Kayano and Asano happened to be the only ones who noticed.

"You know what?" Kayano whispered to you "it feels ridiculous having our names in this chat of yours..."

You kicked Karma's seat and he giggled. The whole bus turned to your place and looked weirdly at you. Asano bit his bottom lip in annoyance. He took out his phone and texted you.
