Jason was looking outside the window as his ride entered through the gates of the house of Rogers. He was feeling confused as he was being driven on the grounds of Sebastian's house. He couldn't believe Wisteria had not forced him to go with her on her shopping trip with Wyatt and Savannah. Apparently it was a family bonding affair that Savannah had insisted on.

Jason spotted Sebastian walking towards him. He waved at him "Hey... How did you manage to set me free?"

Sebastian said "Savannah's idea. Its good to see you alone... Your help is urgently needed and there is so little time.. Follow me..."

Jason asked "What kind of help do you need?"

Sebastian said "Long story... I will show you what you need to do..."

Jason followed Sebastian "I bet what you want me to do is illegal..."

Sebastian said "Bingo..."

Jason followed Sebastian into a building away from the mansion that was one of their guest houses. "Well... If I do this for you I expect you to help me too you know... I want to sneak out of your place at some point maybe in the middle of the night to see the Scandinavian princess to confront her... She even didnt tell me she was coming over. I thought we were friends..."

Sebastian said "I will tell Savannah... But its risky... If Wisteria finds out she will challenge that poor princess..."

Jason said "Well... Savannah managed to convince Wisteria to leave me here with you while she went shopping with your sister... I bet she can manage to do some more..."

Sebastian reached a door in the guest house and unlocked it with his fingerprint.

As the door opened, Jason felt an aura that belonged to Lisa and someone else... He sensed a presence of someone who was of same rank as Lisa. She then saw Lisa sitting on a sofa in a living room.

Jason said "Hello Lisa... Its good to see you again..."

Lisa stood up "Hi... Thank you for agreeing to help..."

Jason turned to Sebastian "Does Lisa need help? What kind of help?"

Sebastian said "You need to help her twin brother..."

Jason said "Oh... So thats the boy I felt nearby....I knew the auras were similar... I didnt know she had a brother..."

Sebastian asked "You felt him? How? Me and Savannah put a shield around him..."

Jason shrugged "I only felt him now... In close proximity a lycan of my rank can feel his presence.... So you better keep the Watkins twins away from this building... They will be able to sense him from abit further away from here... It depends on how much they concentrate..."

Sebastian asked Lisa "Where is Levi?"

Lisa said "He is having a shower..."

Sebastian sighed "The guy knows no timing... Every minute counts.... Savannah will keep Wyatt and Wisteria occupied while Jason helps us... They could be back any time... Doesnt Levi take anything seriously?"

Lisa looked down and shrugged.

Suddenly Levi appeared coming down the stairs "The best shower I have had in months... And the hair dryer is so good...It almost blew me away" He then laughed at his own joke and then froze as he felt the force of the two powerful lycans in the living room staring at him. He took a step back and his back hit the wall waiting to be addressed.

Sebastian said "Jason. Meet Levi. He is Lisa's twin brother..." He then narrowed his eyes at Levi "And you... Meet Jason... The only hope you have to help you... And you kept him waiting...."

Levi felt his full force of displeasure. "He looked away and said "Sorry." Damn. What was wrong with him and angering top lycans. At least Jason's aura was not angry.

Jason chuckled and turned to Sebastian "Tsk tsk....A fugitive? Seriously? You want me to help him? I never knew you had it in you to betray the ruler this way..." He laughed to himself as he walked to a sofa "Oh boy... Does Wyatt know you are housing this fugitive here where he will be having a sleepover... The irony...."

Sebastian was shocked at Jason's comments. He walked to him "How do you know? How do you know he is a fugitive?"

Jason sat down and said "Well, I live and breathe security on a daily basis... Hello.... My grandfather is General Kingston... The head of Lycan Defence and Intelligence..." He then grabbed a laptop from the table "Let me guess. You want me to clear his record... Do you know the risks? I will see what I can do... Nothing is impossible. But it's risky.... His records are kept in highly classified areas and cracking them are almost out of my league. The security measures around records like Levi's are hard to crack... But I can try...."

Sebastian sat near Jason on a sofa "I am sorry I have involved you in this case.... There is no one else I trust to help here..."

Jason looked at Sebastian "You can ask Wyatt and he can sort it out within minutes. The House of Watkins have judicial powers no one else can dream of because of their formidable powers and status..."

Sebastian said "Hell no..."

Jason sighed as he was typing on the laptop "I am telling you. Wyatt is the only one who can help you..." He then looked at Levi "You... Why are you standing there? Come sit here.... I wont bite..."

Levi nodded and moved shyly from his position on the stairs. He had never been in the same room as two powerful lycans. He did not dare move unless addressed. His sister obviously was sure these two werent going to hurt her but even she had sat in silence glancing around the room.

Levi walked to his sister and sat down next to her. He could feel the tension in the room. He said slowly "I am sorry if I have caused inconvenience..."

Jason stopped typing and looked at Levi "I find your record fascinating.... How did you manage to commit so many crimes within such short space of time and then evade capture? There is Vandalism, insulting the ruler, freeing prisoners and setting fire to government property on your record?... The list goes on..." He shook his head "How am I supposed to clear all of these without getting caught by a security trojan software guarding your records within the short time that we have..." He turned to Sebastian "You have to move this guy... They may locate him...I dont think I can finish this tonight... Do you know how many software I have to download? You want fast results and I simply cant deliver with little facilities that I have...."

Sebastian asked "What are the chances you can succeed without any software? That can take a long time to download...."

Jason was typing as he said "Very very low chances... I need time to strengthen my cybersecurity defences. I need to download these programmes over night and then see what I can do... But if the defences are too high we are looking for a longer wait..."

Sebastian said "You need to finish the job by tomorrow. Savannah and I cant hide him here for very long... He could get tracked here because I have moved him here across the city..."

Jason turned to Sebastian "Look. I cant just hack the system expecting no retaliation. If I attack the system with no back up, you can bet your backside, the agents will track my laptop to your house here and agents will be all over us within minutes... Only Wyatt will be able to help us... He is a Watkins. Only the Watkins family members can give direct orders to clear up records."

Sebastian said "He won't agree to it... He has no reason to..."

Jason said "Unless you ask Savannah for help..."

Sebastian said "I dont want Savannah to owe him anything.... I want you to try all night.... I believe there is nothing that you cant do Jason when it comes to technology..."

An hour later, Sebastian looked at his watch "Savannah just sent me a warning text. They coming back. They are around the corner..."

Jason said as he was typing "This will download overnight.... But think about my suggestion. Get Wyatt to do something to help... He wont say no if Savannah asks..."

Sebastian said "No... I dont want my baby sister to owe him any favours... Can you imagine how he will exploit it?"

Jason said "Then you are facing the prospect of this guy getting caught and sent to a detention centre for life... Thats if he is lucky and you get him a good lawyer... He has so much on his record..."

Sebastian said "Thanks for the concern..." He the checked his phone "Savannah says she will keep them busy by taking the food inside and you can spend some more time here..." He stood up "Lisa and I will go back in... You stay Jason.... She will buy you time so Wisteria will give you peace..."

Jason said as he was typing "Good... I need all the time I can get..."

Sebastian and Lisa left. That mean Levi was alone with Jason.

Jason said "I wont hurt you Levi... Stop the nervous waves of emotion..."

Levi whispered "I cant help it... You are.... You are a K..."

Jason sighed "A Kingston? I know... My bloodline consist of some of the most dangerous characters in Lycan history... I know... Most of my family are decorated military and intelligence service agents who train others on how to go for world domination, fight and interrogate the enemy.... I know... But I am no threat to you... Your sister is getting used to being around lycans... You should too..."

Levi took a deep breath. He felt terrified. Jason was so oblivious to his waves of power. He was dangerous. Levi knew the Kingstons were all gifted in arts of inflicting pain.

Suddenly Jason froze "Oh my god... Hide..."

Levi asked "Hide?"

Jason said "Yes... I can feel her close..."

Levi asked "Who?"

The door suddenly was broken down and Wisteria walked inside.

Jason stood up "Wisteria...."

But Wisteria was not looking at him. She was looking at Levi. She walked right towards Levi.

Jason wanted to interfere but Wisteria had no ill intentions towards Levi. She had waves of curiosity. Jason decided not to say anything. He was powerful enough to dare interfere with the business of a Lycan from the house of Watkins. But he chose not to.

Levi couldn't move. He was sat on a sofa and didnt dare look at who had entered. In fact he shot his eyes as the powerful waves hit him hard. He felt like fainting. He tried to resist fainting. The waves were unbearable. Then she felt in. Her touch. Her electric touch under his chin.

"Open your eyes..." Her voice asked calmly but firmly.

Her command forced Levi to open his eyes. His eyes then met hers. This was Wisteria. The ruler's niece. Sister of Wyatt. The sister of the future ruler. Wisteria asked "Who are you?"

He started shaking hard. He couldn't form words.

Jason cleared his throat "You could turn down your power waves you know... He is a beta... Not a lycan..."

Wisteria's stare didnt leave Levi "I asked you your name... Who are you?"

Levi stuttered "Please.... Please.... Dont ... Kill me...."

Wisteria said "I wont kill you... Why would I kill you.... I need to know who you are... Where are you from... I feel some kind of bond with you and I need to get some personal links to strengthen it... Its a sudden urge I cant explain..." Wisteria the closed her eyes and sent a wave of energy to Levi.

Levi suddenly got so overwhelmed and fainted.

Wisteria watched as Levi fell back into the sofa unconscious. "Damn it.... Wake up..." He turned to look at Jason "Can you wake him up? What's wrong with him?"

Jason chuckled shaking his head "You just almost electrocuted the guy and you are asking what's wrong with him... Its a big shock to him... He is not me... You cant throw wave after wave at him and expect his body not to shut down and heal... You are. Watkins.... He is a beta... Even my body was having a hard time when you used waves on me to force a reaction from my instincts... Give him time..."

Wisteria pointed to Levi "Who is he? I need to establish a bond.. I do have a bond with you which you insist on keeping it as friendship... But the bond with him seems quite advanced... What is it? I dont know.... But tell me about him..."

Jason said "Wisteria... He is Lisa's brother... Levi... And Lisa is important to Sebastian so dont go hard on the poor soul... He is a beta... Be gentle..."

Wisteria rolled his eyes "I am gentle... Why is he hidden here behind all this security. I had to break down the door to get in here when I felt him... What has he done? Is he in trouble? Is he running from someone? Who wants to hurt him?" Her last question came out with some waves of anger.

Jason asked "Oh.... Do I feel concern?"

Wisteria said "Jason. This is serious...."

Jason said "He is Lisa's brother. You cant hurt him Wisteria... What do you really want with him?"

Wisteria said "I have never felt like this before... I need to know the answer... I cant let anything hurt him before I figure out what he means to me... My bond with you is friendship so far but with him it can be something much more significant... I have to explore it... My instinct wants to know him... I wont hurt him... I can feel you care about him... So do I... Its important you tell me the truth... Who is after him?"

Jason stated "Fine... He is a fugitive..."

Wisteria said "Go on..."

Jason said "What do you mean go on? He is a fugitive. Government agents want to arrest him. He is a run away... If he gets arrested he will be sent to a detention centre in the best case scenario...."

Wisteria asked "What else is threatening him? It must be alot worse. Why else would anyone try to hide him here under so much protection? I had to break so many shields and get Wyatt to help me..."

Jason said "Hello? I said government agents are hunting him down to lock him up... Its is pretty serious... But wait... Does Wyatt know you felt something here? Does Sebastian know you are here ambushing Lisa's brother?"

Wisteria rolled her eyes "I havent ambushed him... I need answers... He is so familiar... I have never met anyone like him... Tell me... What else is threatening him?

Jason said "For the last time... He is a fugitive and government agents want him... Isn't thats serious enough?"

Wisteria shrugged "Not really... What's the big deal?"

Jason said "Oh... Of course you will say that... To you its nothing and makes sense... If it's no big deal, do you mind clearing his record then? You can.... You can grant pardon... Will you do it?"

Wisteria said "Sure..." She looked at Levi "He wont wake up any time soon so I might as well clear his record now..."

Jason said "Good choice...."

Wisteria grabbed the laptop from Jason and sat down. "What do I need to do? How bad is the record?"

Jason said "You need to log into your royal account and grant pardon... It is that serious..."

Wisteria started typing and smiled "He is a rebellious one isn't he... I like him already..."

Jason said "Oh yeah... Will you break up with me then?"

Wisteria didnt respond as she was typing.

Jason sighed "Please... You have found two matches that you like... I am someone you like as a friend... He can be much more...."

Wisteria said "I decide when he wakes up and I investigate more about my bond with him...."

Jason sighed "Damn you Levi..." He walked towards Levi "Wake up..."

Wisteria said "Its not that simple... Done... I cleared his record..." She put away the laptop and walked to Levi.

Jason went out of the way "Come on Wisteria... Wake him up and see if he is more of a match for you than me so I can be free ..."

Wisteria reached her hand to Levi's hand and held it in hers. She took a deep breath "I can feel the electric pull... He is so drained of energy..." She the closed her eyes and suddenly jolts of energy in forms of sparks entered Levi's body.

Levi screamed and opened his eyes. He was looking at Wisteria with wide eyes.

Wisteria looked into his eyes "Where have you been all my life?"

Jason asked hopefully "Am I free?"

Wisteria rolled her eyes and turned to Jason "You are my second best match... If Levi dies, then you will be mine..."

Suddenly felt free. He could feel less pressure on his shoulders "See you around Wisteria..." He was in the clear for now. Unless Levi died. He was second best match for Wisteria. As long as Levi was alive, he wasnt going to be targeted by Wisteria again. That meant he could pursue his relations with the Scandinavian princess and let his inhibitions go.

As Jason left the building he sent a text to Sebastian to explain what had happened. He then closed his mobile phone and asked to take one of Sebstian's cars for a ride. It was time to confront the Scandinavian princess who he hoped he could form a connection with.

Levi walked shakily next to Wisteria inside the luxurious mansion that belonged to Sebastian and Savannah's family. He was afraid. Fear was a feeling that was strange to him. He was a rebel. And here he was standing next to a lycan who was out of his league in terms of power. He felt close to death. He just did. 

When Levi and Wisteria entered the room she smiled at the room. 

Sebastian and Lisa were sitting next to each other staring at Levi and Wisteria with their mouths open. And Wyatt was seated next to Savannah at the other side of the room with a bowl of pop corn on his lap that Savannah was sharing with him. Savannah looked unsure and shocked just like Lisa and Sebastian. Only Wyatt did not seem shocked. He just stared at his sister while eating his pop corn. Wyatt said dismissively "Come sit... Jason texted Sebastian and told him you found another match..."

Wisteria corrected "Not another match... A closer match..." She walked to a sofa and Levi followed her shakily. 

Lisa was shocked to see it with her own eyes that Wisteria fancied her brother. When Sebastian had read out Jason's text she had difficulty believing it. What did this mean? She was confused. Sebastian had warned her not to say anything unless addressed with Wyatt and Savannah around. Not only the lycans outranked Lisa who was just a beta but also the matter of finding partners was too personal for anyone to interfere with. But Lisa did not think she could talk even if she wanted to. She was shocked. 

 Wisteria turned to Sebastian "Sebastian, exploring this place has brought me so much joy..." She then looked at Savannah "I am so glad you invited me here Savannah..."

Levi was shaking badly and was looking down with his eyes downcast. He could feel Wisteria deflecting auras from Wyatt. She was protecting him. But of course she could not protect him against Wyatt's aura if he decided to hit him hard.

Wisteria said "Wyatt... Other lycans here show consideration to the two betas here in this room and dont release their strong emotions his way...  Can you tone down your waves of power?"

Wyatt stated "I have never seen this lycan before?"

Levi's shaking worsened and he closed his eyes. He was taking deep breaths as he was shaking. He was overwhelmed and suddenly.

Wisteria said "Stop it Wyatt... Stop attacking Levi with your emotions.... I am forming a bond with him... He is my match.... I think he is my match..."

Lisa gasped. So it was true. Completely true. 

Wyatt said "Your match? Really? I knew I could sense a bond forming... You are holding his hand... But what happened to Jason?"

Wisteria said "He is out of the picture for now... I broke up with him after meeting Levi ...  Jason is now free to date someone else... I let him go and he took the chance and left...

Wyatt rolled his eyes and picked up some pop corn from the bowl that was now on Savannah's lap "I bet Jason is a closer match to you. He is just good at hiding his emotions and putting barriers up... He didnt let you connect with him... I thought you might try harder with him before moving on to finding another match..."

Wisteria said "Well. You are right... Jason is a close match but not close enough... Levi is closer. I can feel it..." She then noticed Levi shaking again. She sighed and turned to Wyatt "Levi is not Jason.... You need to tone down your forceful waves... Seriously... He is so anxious no thanks to your hostility..."

Wyatt said "You always said Jason is your match..."

Wisteria said "Levi is a closer match ... I can already feel a bond... 

Wyatt asked "Are you sure about this? You actually broke up with Jason? You ended it with him... I find it hard to believe... You were so sure he was your match and so am I...  Even now I dont think you should have kicked Jason out of your life... He was hiding his emotions... He might be a closer match...."

Wisteria said "Well, I havent kicked Jason out of my life.... I set Jason free from any commitment to me. That is all....  But I do have a close friendship bond with Jason...  He is a close match.... But Levi is a closer match  to me. With Levi its much easier to form a bond... But why do I feel like you are not convinced..."

Wyatt said "I am not convinced because I dont think you are sure about this .... You need to be certain you want Jason out of the picture. You should tell our uncle to ban him from leaving the country. Do it before Jason disappears to Europe with that princess..."

Wisteria said "Only Levi dies Jason will have to be my partner..."

Wyatt said "Levi may die if he is challenged by someone higher rank for your hand... It will be interesting to see if he survives a duel if challenged..."

Lisa panicked  "No... No duels... Please..."

Sebastian closed his eyes. He had told Lisa not to speak unless addressed. 

Wyatt's attention went to Lisa. He said accusingly "What did you say?"

Wisteria said firmly "Lisa... Is it? Stay out of it.... Why did you just interrupt us? This matter is between me and my brother...."

Lisa would have never interrupted them if her brother's life wasnt on the line. When two lycans discussed personal matters like this no one could interfere... No one... Especially someone of lower rank..."

Sebastian stood up protectively against Lisa and deflected all the waves of displeasure Wyatt and Wisteria were sending Lisa's way weakening himself in the process. Two lycans were not pleased with a lower rank telling them what to do. The tension in the room was increasing now as Sebastian was deflecting their attacking waves on Lisa.

Sebastian said calmly "Levi is Lisa's twin brother. I only met him today. I dont care about Levi. But I care about Lisa. I told both of you that I am forming a bond with her after Genevieve finally let go of her obsession with me. You should not upset Lisa by discussing Levi dying like in a duel... Its upsetting to Lisa..."

Wyatt walked to Sebastian and spoke in a threatening tone "Its survival of the fittest. If someone challenges Levi for Wisteria's hand, Levi may die if he is weaker... You must tell your girl to mind her own business... Who told her to speak when she is not addressed by a Lycan?" 

Sebastian narrowed his eyes. He was this close to challenge Wyatt to a duel.

Savannah suddenly appeared in front of Wyatt "Its getting darker outside... Can we go outside to set up some fireworks... You know from tonight there are celebrations for your cousin Genevieve finding her match and everyone will have fireworks for days... I want us to be the first ones in the neighbourhood to start fireworks tonight... Can we go now?..."

Wyatt's aura suddenly changed as he turned and smiled at Savannah "Of course... Let's go..." He then followed Savannah outside the door.

Lisa looked at Sebastian "What if he dies... I cant live with it, if he dies..."

Wisteria rolled her eyes. She snapped at Lisa "You should worry about yourself dying... The only reason I am not punishing you for interrupting my conversation with my brother and I is because you are Levi's sister... Know your place... Dont speak unless addressed when higher ranked are around you..."

Lisa whispered "I am sorry..."

Sebastian said "Lisa has the right to be upset... You just discussed her brother dying... What kind of reaction is she meant to show?"

Wisteria sighed "I wont let Levi die... You should know that" 

Sebastian said "Lisa doesnt know that..."

Wisteria rolled her eyes "Your girl is so hysterical Sebastian. Maybe you should teach her how Lycan dynamics work..." She then looked at Lisa and explained in an annoyed tone "Lisa... My bond with Levi is pretty strong already... However, someone might be challenging Levi in a duel... But I will protect him Lisa.... The only way your brother could get close to death is if his challenger is stronger than me which would be rare.... In that case most likely I wont let the duel go ahead... I care for Levi.... I just do... I wont let him die either way..."

Sebastian looked at Wisteria "That wasnt so hard was it to explain? Now... Tell me Wisteria... What happens now? Jason texted me and told me you cleared Levi's records... I didnt tell Wyatt that of course... So if Levi is free, he can attend normal school...Right? I want him near Lisa.... Lisa is Levi's sister... Surely you should understand this... Will you let him attend Lisa's school? He will get in.... Genetically they are very close..."

Wisteria turned to Levi who was sitting silently with his eyes downcast. The aura of Wyatt and his waves of emotions had  taken their toll on Levi's body. 

As Levi felt Wisteria's eyes he felt the pull to look at her as her aura demanded it. 

Wisteria said  "Levi... Listen here. You should be in a detention centre according to my uncle's rules if I hadn't wiped your records... But I have no objections to you attending school with Lisa... You will have to follow some rules...  And I will summon you to gatherings and parties when I wish... If you follow the rules, I wont put armed guards around you...  You should be home schooled under watch of armed guards because of your past... I cant risk you endangering yourself and also running away from me... If you break the rules you will regret it Levi..."

Levi shook at her last command. No one dared cross a Watkins. That was a fact.

Wisteria said "Am I clear?.."

Levi nodded quickly. Wisteria smiled " Aren't you handsome?" She turned to Lisa "You actually think I let him die? No chance..."
