As Gerard and I lay on his bed, everything is quiet, peaceful.  Gerard's arms are around me, it's all I could ever want.  I run my hand through his ebony hair and smile.  Gerard is so perfect.

We hear a key in the front door as someone unlocks it and turns the handle.  The door creaks open and I hear Mikey say, "Hey Gee!  Are you home?  Where were you today?"

Gerard closes his eyes and sighs.  I look at him and whisper, "Should I sneak out?"

"No," Gerard says, flicking my nose with his finger, "I'll go out there to him."  Gerard got off his bed and gathered our clothes.  He put mine on the bed next to where I was lying.  he got dressed and kissed my nose before leaving the room.  I heard Gerard greet Mikey, "Hey Mikey, back already?"

"Well yeah, obviously, school's out," Mikey says, not understanding why Gerard had forgotten, "But anyways, why are you home before me?"

"I didn't want to stay, so at lunch, I left," I heard Gerard explain as I pull on my clothes.  I stepped out of Gerard's room and Mikey looks right at me.

"Hi," Mikey says to me slowly.

"Hi," I say quietly back.

"What are you doing here?" Mikey couldn't help asking.

I looked at Gerard, then Mikey, I say, "I wasn't feeling too well at school, so Gerard said I could lay down here."

Mikey's eyes narrowed and his mouth opened a little, "That's a lame excuse, I don't believe you.  Is there something going on between you two?"

Gerard and I look at each other and in unison, say, "No."

Mikey half laughed, "You're lying!  You two did something," Mikey paused, looking at Gerard, then me, then back at Gerard.  His jaw dropped as he connected the pieces.  "this was some sort of date wasn't it?" Mikey says.

"Sort of," Gerard says.

"What's that supposed to mean?" Mikey says confused, then he squints his eyes, "I don't want details.  I'm going to leave now, so you can go back to what ever you were doing."

"Mikey, don't be a drama queen," Gerard rolls his eyes.

"Who's the queen here?" Mikey says jokingly.

"Don't be weird Mikey," Gerard said with an expression of exhaustion and slight amusement.

"Am I embarrassing you?" Mikey smiles, then more seriously he says, "No, I have to go somewhere, I just came by here to pick something up."

"Keeping secrets from me?" Gerard raised an eyebrow.

"Well you should talk!" Mikey says looking at me then at Gerard.

Gerard cocked his head to one side.  "You know what," he says walking over to me, putting his arm around me, "Frank and I are dating.  Yes, he's my boyfriend.  No more secrets."  I giggled when Gerard said I was his boyfriend, we hadn't been able to before.

"Well then what were you doing before I got here?" Mikey looked at both of us.

"I'll give you three guesses," Gerard says sarcastically.

I smile and say, "You mean who were you doing."

"Very funny," Mikey didn't laugh, "Now excuse me while I go poke out my mind's eye."

"Mikey," Gerard laughs, then says, "So where are you going?"

"Not telling!" Mikey laughs.

"So much for no secrets," Gerard complains.

Mikey keeps smiling, "That was all you big bro."  Mikey opens the front door and walks out through it.

Gerard wraps both arms around me, giving me a short kiss.  Leaning his forehead against mine, he whispers, "All alone."

"Too bad we're dressed again," I say wrapping my arms around his neck.

Gerard looks at me deviously, smiling he says, "So?"
