"Are you sure about this?" Amber questioned as they entered the village.

"Absolutely," Cody reassured. "I want this ball to be perfect, and you have been saving up for a gown for quite a while."

"Well, ya, it was my dream," Amber shyly spoke.

"Then let's go pick you a gorgeous dress."

They walked into a store and were welcomed by a very kind man. This was it, her dream come true. The perfect gown.

Cody and Amber searched all day long before finally choosing one dress, one in particular that fit her perfectly.

They walked up to the cash register and bought the dress.

"That is a very beautiful dress," the cashier complimented.

"Thanks," Cody and Amber said in unison. They walked out the door happily, arms around each other.

There was one particular reason why that dress looked so great on Amber.

It was green.
