As dark clouds gather upon our world,

As intolerance spreads

As hatred pervades our planet

Last night the children of Manchester

Felt this savage rain.

Violence is born of intolerance

Extremism is born of ignorance

Innocence is the target of hatred

Paid the price.

Bullets and bombs cannot bring peace

Carnage can only result in more carnage

Tolerance and understanding are the weapons of peace

My thoughts and prayers are with all who suffer

Throughout this clouded world of ours.

The children throughout this war torn world

Deserve our prayers

But more,

They deserve to live in peace.
