The whole night had been like a nightmare  for both Shivay & Annika.

•SHIVAY•
He was jerking up from sleep again & again only to realise that Annika is not with him anymore. He missed her presence but his heart filled with anger when he thought what all happened. He felt his eyes filling up with countless tears.
"Why you did this with me Annika?" whispered a cry from his mouth.

•ANNIKA•
She was not even blinking her eyes. It was 1:00 am. Karan was sitting beside her on the table. He knew she cant be left alone. She cant go to Shivay, she wont go to her dad. So he decided to stay back with her untill she feels better. Karan didnt even knew when he drifted to sleep.

Few minutes later, he woke up only to realise that Annika was not in the room.
He searched for her everywhere but she was no where to be found. He quickly ran out of the hotel, only to see her moving on the road, lifelessly. He called her, he screamed her name but she was not reacting. A beam of flashing lights was coming from her front, Karan was shocked. He was running like a mad, following her, he shouted her name, he asked her to move but she was just walking. The horns were asking her to move away from the front but it was as if she didnt wanted to listen to the voice of life anymore. The car was about to hit her when Karan dragged her, holding her arm tightly. Both of them fell on the road.

"Leave me Karann!!! Let me die plzzz! I dont want to live anymore" she was struggling to go in front of the car, while he was trying to stop her.

"Ann..Annika listen to me! Annika plzz" Karan was so shocked to see her like that.

"Leave me plz! I have no right to live. Shivay also left me, whats the use of living now. I lost his trust plz let me dieee" she cried bitterly.

"Annikaaa! Stop it. Plz listen to mee" Karan literally shook her holding her shoulders tightly. And the next moment he saw her fainting. Due to the struggle on road she hurted her head & bruised her arms badly.

"Annikkkaaaaa" he shouted in shock. This was the second time she fainted. Karan was worried now. He quickly took her to the car & went to the hospital.

•HOSPITAL•
The nurse quickly lied her down on the bed, while the doctor asked Karan to wait outside. He was feeling so guitly. It was all because of him. He shouldn't have come to India. There was one thing that was constantly running in his mind & that was the way Shivay reacted when he saw him & Annika together in the room. Why did it bothered him? Why was he so hurt? What was he planning to tell Annika.

"Did he also loves Annika?" Karan wispered & a sudden smile appeared on his face.
Yes that was a pure proof of Shivay's jealousy. The way he beat him up was more like a revenge. It was as if he was punishing Karan for coming into a room with his wife.
He was busy thinking when the doctor came out & called him.

•MORNING•
Shivay was feeling so tired. He was sitting on the floor last night, keeping his head on the bed he slept only for few hours. Everything about today seemed so unflattering & negative. Although he said all those things to Annika but his heart was feeling heavy. It was as if he was feeling guilty. But he shrugged those thoughts away making his heart believe that what all he said was right.

He went to check on his dad. The nurses said he was stable, but they still cant say if he will be back of coma or not.

Martha was able to see the changes in Shivay. He was like the same old Shivay who used to be quite & reserve. She asked him about Annika to which he said that she is with her dad. Martha didnt liked Jennifer & the way she was smiling looking at Shivay made Martha feel something was not right.

Shivay was feeling broken from inside but maintained a normal look outside.
"She didn't even came back home. I was right. Why was I even feeling guilty. She could have proved me wrong by coming back to home but she didnt. She must be happy with Karan. I dont want to think about her anymore" he thought while a tear escaped his eyes.

He had to meet a doctor who was coming from America today. It was regarding his dad's health. The meeting was at 9:00 am. After the bath when he opened his cupboard to get his clothes, he saw her side of cupboard. He remembers how she used to keep her clothes in her suitcase after her marriage & eventually when they became friends he asked her to shift her stuff in his cupboard coz it was her cupboard too. He remembers the smile that flushed on her face then. Was she acting all the time? he thought while his heart ached. The colourful silk & net sarees made him miss her more. He quickly closed her side of cupboard. He didnt knew why but he couldn't gather the courage to throw away her stuff from his room.

Jennifer thought that she has won him back but to her surprise this was not the Shivay she was expecting to get back. He was changed but now he didnt gave her the same place which she thought she will get after kicking out Annika from his life. He was quite, he was insensitive, he was lost & he didnt gave a fuck.
"Oh god! This stupid man has gone into melancholic zone. I need to do more homework now" she said frustratingly.

•HOSPITAL•
Annika woke up to find herself in the hospital ward. She was feeling so weak. She searched around the room to find Karan standing at the window.

"Why did you saved me" she asked making him turn to her in surprise.

"What do you think ending up your life will give you?" he asked her.

"I dont know about what it will give me but I know it wont give me more pain & humiliation" she remarked choking while her eyes dripping tears.

"Life also gives happiness & hopes Annika. You have to be patient" he consoled her.

"I dont want anything from life. I always believed in loving & giving. I loved him. I wanted him to love me back but when I got to know he loves Jennifer I broke but supported him. I was always with him coz I thought thats what we are supposed to do with someone we love. I only asked for his respect & trust but he lacked it too. How can he blame me for infidelity? How can he even think that I would cheat on him? I had only one thing & that was my dignity. I cant let my dignity be abused. I dont want to live anymore." she said hiding her tears in between her hands.

"Not even for the little life that has just started breathing inside you!?" Karan asked her only to make her shock & surprise.

She couldn't believe what she heard. Did he actually said it? She was stunned.

"Wh...a..tt?" she could only say this.

"Yes Annika! You are pregnant. There is this small life blooming inside you. How can you kill that small ray of hope before birth? Killing yourself means killing it too" Karan said.

"Why was life playing with her? She is pregnant & she gets to know this exactly a day after her husband has kicked her out of his life. Will he even believe that this child is the proof of the love that they experienced together? Will he believe that she has the seed of that night in her womb? What if he didnt? What if he abused her baby? No!! She cant let this happen. She wont tell him.
She could not decide how to react at the news. Should she be happy or sad? She was so helpless" She just cried bitterly keeping her hands on her belly.

Shivay reached the hospital. He met the doctor. He assured him that he will personally look into the case of his father & will try to do whatever is possible to get him back to life. In all the ruckus that life had created since the last day, this was a ray of hope for Shivay. Atleast his father might not leave him like everyone else he thought.

He was about to leave when he saw someone like Annika in a ward. She was lying down on the bed lifeless. Her head was bandaged & so were her arms. He froze to see her like that. He was baffled to see her in that condition.
"Ann..nnikaa"  escaped her mouth while his eyes pooled up with tears.
He was about to go inside when he heard
"Not again Shivay"
He turned to see Karan standing there. His jaw tightened to see him there. His blood boiled & the river of anger flew across his veins.
"You have done enough damage to her. Just go from here before I give it back to you" he could see the rage in Karan's eyes. For the first time ever he saw Karan this angry.
He turned away & left.

The way back to home was long. He was just thinking about Annika & Karan. Was he right or he just jumped into conclusion? What has happened to her!? Why was she in hospital? He was so restless. He wanted to be with Annika but he knew that was not possible. He was also shocked that even after everything that happened last night, his heart was constantly thinking about Annika.

•OBEROI MANSION•
Jennifer was not in her room when he entered the guest room. He wanted to tell her about his meeting with the doctor. Also he was so restless about Annika. He thought he would ask Jennifer to somehow contact Angelina or John and ask them to talk to Karan. He might tell them what has happened to Annika & then he will know.
As soon as he entered he realised she was in washroom. He was about to leave when he saw her phone flashing a name. It was on table & on silent mode so he went to see who was calling. The name on the screen caught his attention.

"Baby!" what shocked him was the number. It was not his. He quickly checked the number on telecaller & the name & picture which flashed on the screen cooled down his blood. It was Rocky. Yes the same man who misbehaved with Annika that night.

Shivay felt his heart beat racing. He went to the photo gallery & the pictures gave him the shock of his life. Rocky & Jennifer posed together, too close, close here means more close than just friends. They were kissing, making out, enjoying, bathing, sleeping together in the pictures. He felt the floor beneath his feets slipping.

Suddenly a picture caught his attention. Jennifer is standing with rocky but behind them is a mall  "The blue shopping mall" it was the same mall in Switzerland where he thought he saw her with a guy.

Things were becoming clear now. Shivay felt his world crashing down into pieces. His eyes went all red as if they will explode anytime & the blood will soon flow out of them. She was still in the washroom. Shivay went to the almirah, took out her purse. Taking out her passport he checked her traveling details & the moment he realised that she was there in Switzerland the same day when he saw her, he felt his heartbeat stopping.

He realised what he had done. This means Annika & Karan were right? This means Jennifer was actually cheating on him? This means he accused Annika of all that she never did? This means he lost his love & his best friend Karan.

"Jenniferrrrrrrrr" he shouted like thunder. She came out scared like hell, the moment she saw her phone in his hand & passport in another she knew what has happened. She could see him coming towards her. The rage in his eyes made him look scary. She was actually scared with the way he was looking at her.

Her phone rang again, this time in his hand.
"Baby" it flashed.

He picked it up on speaker mode.
"Where the hell were you my sexiness? I m missing you so much, specially our full night make out sessions. Please complete your plan asap, and come back to me. And what about that stupid idiot man? He must be crying like a baby right!? Lol his wife left him, poor Shivay. I feel pity for him & proud of you baby, what a plan" he was just speaking while Shivay's fist tightened with anger. Jennifer was cursing her stars for the bad timing.

Shivay cut the call.
"How dare you!!" he shouted making her tremble with fear.

"Sh..Shivayy listen to me!" and the next moment she felt him choking her throat. He held it so tightly that she felt short of breath.

"How dare you do this to me? How dare you stoop so low? Why did you do this? Why did you hurted Annika? Whyyyyyyy??? I wont leave you" he screamed.

"Leave me Shivayyy" she said throwing away his hands with all her force.

"Dont you dare come near me! Well its better you got to know the truth, anyways you were nothing but a trash since you had fallen for Annika. You know what I should not have wasted three years of my fucking life on you. You are nothing but a stupid man who has no logic. What do you think I was with you because I loved you? Well I m not sorry to tell you that no sensible girl would love an idiot like you. You are just so irritating like a baby who always wants his mumma on his side. To hell with your insecurities & loneliness, only stupid girl like Annika can fall in love with you. What a fool she was to love you. I really pity her. I was behind your money, I was always with you coz my plan was to take away all your property once you marry me but that foolish lady came in between & ruined my plan. Everything was going well untill she came. You know what was her fault? Her only fault was loving an idiot emotional fool like you. She tried hard to make you believe that I m behind your money but you know what people like you are unfortunate. Stop blaming me for hurting Annika. It was you who hurted her. I was just doing what I planned but who asked you to trust me & not trust her? Lol what did you told me that you loved her? She was with you always when I was not with you but can I ask Mr. Shivay what is this love where you didnt even believed what she said? You blamed me for not being with you on your side right? But were you on her side? No right so stop preaching what you dont fucking practise. After I got to know that she knows my reality & had asked for Karan's help I decided that I will take back my revenge from her & I successfully did that. I have no regrets that you caught me coz if I lost my target, even you lost her. You listening to me? YOU HAVE LOST HER!!!!" She said & laughed hysterically making him freeze.

He was dead, just breathing physically but emotionally dead. Jennifer was right he have lost her forever.

" I dont want to live here anymore. Bye Bye Mr. Oberoi, It was so fucking nice meeting you" she said sarcastically when he stopped her.

"Wait a second Jennifer" he said before slapping her hard on her face. He pulled her arms tightly & threw her out of his room. I have recorded your dirty confession in my phone. I was such a fool to trust you. I thought you loved me but may be this is my punishment for hurting an innocent soul like Annika. Dont you ever think that you can escape so easily after messing up with Shivay Singh Oberoi. I always give it back to my enemies with interest." he said before calling the police & handing her over to them.

He ran to his room & collaped on the floor.
"Annikkkkkaaaaaaa" he cried! The echo of his pain reaching the skies & tearing them apart.
"I m sorryyyy" he said while the tears flooded down from his eyes.
"He was her deceiver, he was her betrayer, he felt like a criminal today. How can he hurt her? How can he hurt a part of his heart? How!!!? Why didnt he believed her even once? She wont forgive me ever but I cant leave her like that. I have to talk to her." he said while wiping her tears & running towards his life.
