Legends Never Die
Hey everyone! Hope you all had an amazing Christmas! This is a continuation of "Lothal Through Their Eyes" Believe it or not, I was actually inspired by the song "Legends Never Die" Listen to it; it's really nice. Anyways, on with the story!
It's been a few days since the boys, and I went riding with the Loth-wolves. Since then, the boys and I really got closer together.
They feel like brothers to me. I always want to show them, especially Ezra, the differences between every Jedi Master, and how they persevered...
Right now, we were on Yavin, patrolling the area; making sure everything was in order. When I completed my rounds, I began to walk back to meet up with the others at the Ghost. As I was walking, I felt a presence behind me. I turned around to see that nothing was there.
Probably was a Bogan.
When I faced forward, I was face to face with a Force ghost of Master Nova Kry'ila. Her sudden appearance surprised me so much, I let out a yelp.
"Master Kry'ila...? What are you doing here?" I asked.
"The others and I would like to speak with you, Ezra, and Kanan... at your house, tomorrow." she said.
I blinked in confusion.
"What do you mean?" I asked.
"Just be there." Kry'ila said.
She then disappeared. I slapped my cheeks to make sure I wasn't dreaming.
And I wasn't...
Keeping what Kry'ila said in mind, I finally met up with the others.
"Everything seems to be calm around here." I said.
"The calm before the storm..." Sabine said, dragging out the sentence.
We all laughed at her joke.
"Come on, back to Lothal." Hera said.
We walked in the Ghost and dispersed around it as we left the ground. I soon rounded up Kanan and Ezra and told them what Kry'ila said.
"Wait, you mean to tell us that THE Master Kry'ila spoke to you, and told you to tell us that she and some other people want to speak with us at your house tomorrow?" Ezra asked.
"Yup, that's what she told me." I said.
The common room fell silent.
"Well, we got to be there. It is a request from a high Jedi Master." Kanan said.
Ezra and I nodded.
"But what did she mean by she and 'the others' will be waiting for us?" Ezra asked.
"I don't know... but we'll find out tomorrow." I said.
When I felt the Ghost land, I stepped out of it and headed towards the Lothwolf den.
Maybe Atlas can tell me something about what Kry'ila was saying...
When I saw Atlas in the distance, I quickly ran up to him.
"Atlas!" I called out.
Atlas turned around and smiled softly. I stopped in front of him and ran my hand down his muzzle.
"Atlas, can you decipher something for me?" I asked.
Atlas nodded and laid down in the wheat-colored grass.
"When I was patrolling Yavin, Master Nova Kry'ila appeared and spoke to me... She said that she and the others wanted to speak with me, Kanan, and Ezra... Do you know who 'the others' are?" I asked.
Atlas breathed out and looked up to the sky in thought.
"Legends..." Atlas bellowed.
"Legends? Like legendary Jedi Masters?" I asked.
Atlas nodded.
"So, you're saying that Master Kry'ila and other legendary Masters are going to meet with us?" I asked.
Atlas nodded again.
"But... they're dead..." I said.
"Legends... never die..." Atlas said.
"Legends never die...? Hm... I guess that's true..." I said.
I looked up to the sky and hummed in thought.
"Well, I better get going. Thanks for your help, Atlas." I said.
I patted his head before heading back to the Ghost.

As Atlas watched me go, a Force ghost appeared next to him.
"I am so, very proud of the Jedi Master she has become..." the Force ghost said.
Atlas nodded silently in agreement.
"She takes after her mother..."

I walked up the ramp and was greeted by a bothersome and annoying droid. The astromech began beeping, warbling, and buzzing.
"Relax Chopper. You know I do this every time we come here to Lothal." I said.
Chopper warbled loudly.
"Aw, it's sweet that you're concerned; I honestly thought you didn't care about what happened to me." I said.
Chopper then buzzed and beeped.
"Why wouldn't I be worried about the only person who called me cute?!"
I couldn't help but chuckle. I walked into my cabin and laid on my bed.
So tomorrow the boys and I are going to meet legendary Jedi Masters, huh? This is going to be something to remember...
Morning came, and Kanan, Ezra, and I took the Phantom and flew Maitlyn. When Kanan put in the coordinates, the Phantom jumped into hyperspace. Soon after, my home planet came to view. Kanan landed the Phantom and we all stepped out onto the Maitlyn plains. We walked to my house and went inside.
Still a wreck...
"Hello! Master Kry'ila! We're here!" I called out.
No answer...
"I don't think anyone's here..." Kanan said.
Right after what Kanan said, the room began to shift and warp. In an instant, we were in the same place, but everything was clean; the kitchen was repaired, the furniture was repaired, everything.
"Whoa..." Ezra said.
I looked around the room until I saw a Force ghost walk up to us. As it got closer, I saw that it was my mother.
"Mom...?" I asked.
"Hello, my little star." she said.
The boys were spellbound.
"You're... Heidi June." Kanan said.
"Padawan of Master Nova Kry'ila..." said a voice.
Then, the Force ghost of Kry'ila appeared next to my mother.
"Don't forget about me." said another voice.
The voice belonged to Master Alura Moone.
"What about me?" asked another voice.
Master Kaden Fey'lan soon showed himself.
"I'm here, too." another voice said.
Then, Master Ken Saherah appeared.
"Forget me, do not..." said a familiar voice.
Then, the smiling face of Master Yoda appeared. One by one, almost every Jedi Master appeared.
"And do not forget about me." said a stern voice behind Kanan.
He turned around and was soon face to face with his Master; Depa Billaba.
"Master..." Kanan said.
Billaba smiled softly at her former Padawan.
"I can't believe you're all here... Kry'ila, Yoda, Moone, Billaba, Luminara... everyone..." I said.
"Don't exclude yourself from us." Moone said.
"You and Kanan are just as worthy of being called Jedi Masters as we are." Saherah said.
"Oh, no... We're nothing like you guys." Kanan said.
"I'm nowhere near as good as you guys." Ezra said.
"No..." Kry'ila said.
Everyone soon turned to her.
"You ARE us..." she said.
"What do you mean?" Ezra said.
"My dear boy... you are surrounded by legendary Jedi Masters, who trained each other and WITH each other, your Masters included." Master Melina Core said.
Kanan and I looked at Master Core with surprise.
"Everyone here didn't instantly become a Jedi Master." Fey'lan said.
"Padawans, we all were. Trained together, we all have." Yoda said.
"We didn't just pass down our teachings to our Padawans, we passed down our teachings to one another." Billaba said.
"That way our Padawans could teach their Padawans what we taught them, then to their Padawans' Padawans, and so on." Luminara said.
"A thousand generations of Jedi surround you now, but forever live in you, Ezra... By the time Zelara and Kanan are gone, and you take on an apprentice, you will pass on their teachings to them, and then they will pass on your teachings to their Padawan." Mother said.
The boys and I glanced at one another.
"With all due respect, I really want to know... why did you call us here?" I asked.
"We wanted to personally thank you and Kanan." Luminara said.
"Thank us? For what?" Kanan asked.
"For passing on our teachings and knowledge to your Padawan." Core said, gesturing to Ezra.
"Then, why am I here?" Ezra asked.
"We wanted to see the next generation of Jedi, and we wanted you to see where your Masters got their knowledge from." Saherah said.
"There are many Jedi still out there now; both good and bad, but I assure you, in time, you will meet them." Core said.
I looked at every single Master but couldn't find one.
"I'm guessing Crowvern is still alive?" I asked.
They all nodded. I sighed and hung my head.
"Discouraged, do not be. You will face him again, in time..." Yoda said.
I looked at him and nodded with a smile.
"We are all a part of you. You can always call out to us if you ever need guidance." Master Diaval said.
"Thank you, all of you. It feels like I found a piece of me that I didn't even know I was missing." Ezra said.
"No need to thank us, child. We only want what's best for the next generation." Luminara said.
"Atlas was right; legends never die..." I said.
All the Masters smiled. Then, my mother walked up to me. She took hold of my hands and smiled.
"I'm always here to guide your hand... remember that..." she said.
"Always, Momma..." I said.
She smiled softly and stepped back.
"Never forget us." Moone said.
"Never forget who trained you." Billaba said.
"Never forget who fought for you." Saherah said.
"Your training, never forget." Yoda said.
"Never forget who and what you inherit from." Fey'lan said.
"Never forget who you are..." Mother said.
In the blink of an eye, they all disappeared. The boys and I looked at each other and smiled. We walked out of my house and walked back to the Phantom. I stopped and looked up at the sky.
We'll never forget you because legends like you guys never die...
Hey everyone! Hope you all enjoyed this part. It's true though; legends really never die. It could be a famous person, your idol, or even a family member. If they had a big impact on your life, they're never really gone, because you remember what they taught you. Anyways, the next part is probably going to be a funny "slice of life" skit, my own creation, or an episode based. I don't know yet, but I do know y'all are going to love it! May the Force be with You!
