I woke up in the middle of a forest, I looked around with no memory of where I was. I knew I needed to find shelter but the night felt comforting, I got up when a twig snapped and two wolves stepped out of a bush.
"Who are you?" The largest male said.
"I think my name is Mystic I am not sure I can't remember anything," I said.
"She looks like the she-wolf from the legend?" The smallest male whispered to the older one.
"How can you think that, yeah she may look like the legendary MysticRain but that doesn't mean she is the legend," the oldest male said.
"May I catch your names?" I asked.
"My name is FireClaw and this is RougeFlame," the eldest said, his voice was somewhat familiar but I thought nothing of it.
"Come we will show you the pack," RougeFlame said his voice kind, I followed them to their pack which was not as big as a mighty pack but almost there. Most the wolves gave me stares of disbelief, I was very confused and when they noticed they looked away. I was padding along side FireClaw and RougeFlame when we reached a large den, it had marks from what seemed to be a battle long ago.
"FierceFighter we have a guest who looks like the wolf of legend but we can tell she isn't," RougeFlame called into the den, a large brown male stepped out of the den growling.
"What have I told you about........." he stopped mid sentence when he saw me, his eyes widened in fear than he came closer circling me.
"Sire we found her close to the borders, we found no scent around her so she either fell from the sky or something," RougeFlame said his voice joking.
"Silence, now she-wolf what is your name?" He asked.
"My name is Mystic from what I can recall other than that I know nothing," I said, he nodded and flicked his tail to tell us to come in. I padded in when we sat down in the centre of the cave, FierceFighter looked at the others and they left.
"I am going to test your fighting, if you pass you can stay in the pack if you fail........." he said when I cut him off.
"If I fail I either die or get chased out," I said, FierceFighter looked surprised.
"For a wolf that remembers nothing you know the rules," he said smirking, he suddenly jumped at me when I barked and he flew backwards. He got up shaking, his eyes filled with terror.
"You have returned to us Mysticmoon," FierceFighter said his voice shaky, I looked at him confused when he went to the back of the cave. He parted some vines and beckoned me to follow, I followed him into a room with a grey she-wolf in it.
"MoonRise I have found her, she has returned," FierceFighter said his voice proud.
"Leave us," she said her voice cracky, I sat near her as FierceFighter left.
"Why do they think I am the legend?" I asked.
"Because you are, I helped you forget in order to feel emotions again and now you can, if you aid us in the great battle that grows near we shall help you reunite with the others," MoonRise said, I nodded and she flicked her tail for me to leave. I felt strange and padded into the open, FierceFighter was giving a speech.
"The legend has returned!" FierceFighter howled, the others looked at me as I stepped next to him.
"I shall aid you in the upcoming battle and I do not ask anything in return, treat me as a normal she-wolf for now I can feel emotion I want to feel normal, not like a special wolf even though I am MysticMoon wolf of the moon, I want to be treated normally, that is all," I said, I jumped down from the Rock and the whole pack bowed to me. I nodded to them and they went back to doing their normal duties, a pup with jet black fur and green eyes wobbled over to me.
"Ummm hi MysticMoon my name is HollyWhisp and my mum wanted me to come meet you," she said her voice squeaky, I smiled and leaned down and touched noses with her.
"Hello HollyWhisp it is nice to meet you, you know if you follow your heart you can acomplish great things," I said, she looked at me her eyes filled with joy and happiness. I nudged her and she ran to her mother, she told her mother everything and I smiled, I layed down and fell asleep.
