CHAPTER NINE: THE ACADEMY

You were 13 and was helping Diego with his homework "If you take these two numbers and multiply with those two numbers, you have the answer" you said as you pointed on the numbers.

"Okay that makes sense, thank you" Diego said as he wrote it down "You're welcome" you said.

"How is it that you understand this and I don't?" Diego asked "'Cause I'm smarter" you said "Don't get started" he said with a smile.

"Talie, I want you to know that no matter what Dad say, you are a part of the family and you always will be" he said and you smiled "Thanks Diego, I actually see you guys as a second family. I mean I love you like siblings" you said "Except Five, you don't love him like a brother, you love love him" Diego said with a smile and you rolled your eyes "If you and Five ever get married or if you get married with someone else I wanna be the one walking you down the aisle" Diego said "I already promised Klaus" you said and Diego let out a sigh "But I guess you both can do it" you said and he smiled "Let's just continue" you said before you both look down at the math.

"Number Two" a voice said causing you and Diego to looked up to see Reginald.

"Go upstairs, I need to talk to Natalie" he said but Diego didn't move as he was scared that his father would do something to you "It's okay, Diego. Just go" you said and he looked at you.

You sent him a nod which he returned before he grabbed his things "Bye" he said to you before running upstairs.

Reginald then took a step closer to you as you stood up. 

Five saw Diego walking up the stairs "Diego, I thought Nat was helping you with your homework" Five said "Yeah, but dad told me to go upstairs cause he wanted to talk to Talie" Diego said "Dad is with Nat?" Five asked and Diego nodded "Alone?" Five asked and Diego nodded again.

Five then blink away before he appeared just outside the living room and once he spotted you and Reginald, he blink up to the balcony before hiding behind the pillar so both you and Reginald wouldn't see him. 

"Did I do something wrong?" you asked "You're a danger to this world, Natalie. Your powers are too strong and powerful and they might even change reality" Reginald said.

"What?" you asked confused. You know that you were getting a bit better in using your powers and explore new things with them. But you didn't understand what Reginald just told you, that you were a danger to the world. You knew that they were strong and powerful, but after your talk to Five, you don't feel scared of your powers.

"I don't understand. How can I be a danger to this world, if I don't even know everything about my powers yet?" you asked "That's what I'm scared of, Natalie. Your powers are hard to master. It would take years, decades" he said "But you told me you can help me. That you can help me control them. You promised me and my mom" you said as you clenched your fist.

Reginald then notice that the objects around you were floating a bit while he also notice the red energy around your hands.

"That's enough, Natalie. Not only do you possess such great but dangerous powers, your emotions are linked to your powers too and you have to learn how to control them" he said.

You looked around to see what you were doing and you let out a gasp before powering down, causing the objects to went back to their place while your eyes stop glowing red, going back to normal. 

"Listen one small mistake, you losing control 'cause you let your emotions control them and you will end up killing and destroying everyone and everything around you" he said "But I can control them" you said "No you can't. As long as you are under this roof you are doing what I say. 'Cause you don't want to be lock up again, do you?" he asked and your eyes widened as a cold shiver went down your spine when you thought about ending up there, alone and unable to escape.

You remember that you spend a lot of time in that empty and dark soundproof cage. From the age of five to almost nine, Reginald put you there while the others was on missions or training.

You told your mom about it, but she just told you that if Reginald say is training and for your own good. Then you should listen to him.

Reginald told you to use your powers to opened the door and in the beginning you couldn't do it. You just sat down, hugging your knees. But then Five blinked into the cage. He would always hide out of sight and everytime Reginald left, leaving you alone. Five would show up, blink into the room and he would always stay with you, keeping you company, hiding from Reginald because he didn't want to get caught. You and Five used to talk about things and he would even talk when you couldn't, he didn't stop talking because he were trying to take your mind of the situation you were in. He told you how he always believe in you, how he knew how strong you was. He did that everytime you were put in that room. Even if he had chores himself, he either did them quickly or not at all. He did it because you were his best friend, he wanted to be with you and also he couldn't handle the thought of you in that room, alone and scared. He couldn't handle the thought of you being sad, scared and in pain. He did that everyday, everytime you were in that room for four years.

But one day Reginald caught Five in the cage and he told Five that if he ever spotted him in that room again, he would punished you the next time.

When you were nine, your powers were strong enough and you were able to break down in the door. 

Reginald was so proud that he gave you the rest of the day off. 

You went to Five's room and he told you that he always believe that.

When Reginald left the living room, you sat down on your knees before sobbing.

But then you heard the sound of a familiar whoosh and you felt some warm arms wrapped around you.

As soon as Reginald was out of sight Five have blink down to you and comfort you.

You felt safe in Five's arms, no matter what, he could always made you feel safe, he could always make you smile and laugh and he could always calm you down.

"Thank you" you said "No need to thank me Nat, you know that I would always before here for you and I would do anything for you" he said as he hugged you tighter while you were pressing your face against his chest.

Feeling his arms around you, feeling his touch and hearing his beathing and heartbeat, you felt safe, so you calm down.

"Please don't ever leave me" you said as you sob into his chest, he lays his hand on the other back of your hand while he put his other arm around you "Never" he whispered as he hugged you tight.

"Hold me and never let me go" you muffled burying yourself deeper into him. "I promise, I'll never let you go" he whispered. 

You wanted to be with Five forever, but you couldn't. But you just held each other like it was the last day on earth.

"Promise me one thing" you said, looking up at him "Anything" he said as he looked down at you, smiling "Promise me that you'll never forget me and you will always be there for me" he nodded before planting a kiss at the top of your head "I promise" he said before holding you tighter 

You both stayed like that for a while. It's just the two of you together. And you felt like you were the only people in the world.

You enter the Academy before you continued walking down the entrance, until you stopped before you looked into the living room and you spotted a portrait hanging on the wall above the fireplace. 

It was a portrait of Five. He was sitting on a chair, his hands was folded and he was looking straight ahead.

"I wonder why there is a portrait of Five?" you asked confused.

Then you heard footsteps and you turned to see a woman with blonde hair.

"Excuse me" you said and the woman turned around "Hello Natalie" she said with a smile "Do I know you? You look familiar?" you asked as you narrowed your eyes at the woman.

"You have grown" the woman said and you look confused at her.

Then someone enter the living causing you to turned your head to see a monkey, holding a cane.

You noticed how his eyes widened when he saw you "Miss Natalie" he said "I'm sorry, do I know you?" you asked as the monkey looked familiar too.

"Well, no, but Master Five told us who you are. I'm Pogo and the woman name is Grace. She was the one that took care of your wound" the monkey said and you nodded "Thank you for that" you said.

"What are you doing here?" Pogo asked "I was looking for my watch" you said "Yeah, it's upstairs in Five's room. It was a little broken but Grace fix it" Pogo said and you nodded a thank you before leaving the living room, walking up the stairs.

"It was nice see you again Natalie" Pogo mumbled with a smile "Now with Reginald gone, you're no longer in danger, so maybe it's time for you to know the truth" Pogo said to himself before he let out a sigh.

You walked up to Five's bedroom to see your watch laying on the night table.

"There you are" you said before walking over to it, grabbing it and put it on.

"Who are you?" a voice asked and you turned around to see a guy dress in black and was carrying a lot of knives.

"You must be Diego, I'm Natalie Eversun, a friend of Five. I forgot my watch here. So I just came to get it" you said "You look familiar, are you sure that we haven't met before?" Diego asked and you shook your head "Yes, I never forget a face" you said "Neither do I" he said before he raised a brow.

"How did you and Five met?" he asked "We met at a diner and after he saw that I was like him. He invited me to come with him" you explain "What do you mean with 'like him'?" he asked "I was born on the same year and date as you guys meaning that I also have powers" you said and his eyes widened "Proof it" he said and you nodded before your eyes glow red and you opened your palm to reveal a small red energy ball, floating on your palm. 

You then with your mind took one of Diego's knife before throwing it the wall.

"Okay, that was pretty cool and impressive" Diego said with a smile and you smiled as your eyes changed back before closing your palm, making the energy ball disappear.

"But how are you in your teenage body?" Diego asked as he took his knife out of the wall.

"Long story short, my powers got out of hand, I ended in a coma, and to save my life, an expert put me in my 16-year-old body. I was in a coma for six years and in those six years my mind age but my body didn't. I woke up six months ago, so I'm a 29-year-old woman in her 16-year-old body" you said "Well, we are all weird somehow, welcome to the family" he said "I'm not part of the family" you said "You are one of us, that makes you family" he said and you let out a small smile.

"FAMILY MEETING, IN THE LIVING ROOM!" Luther suddenly shouted "Come on" Diego said "But I'm not family" you said "I know, but you're one of us and Five's friend, so come on. You can speak for him" he said and you nodded before you follow after Diego.

"Natalie" Allison said as she saw you enter the living room with Diego "Hey, you're Allison right?" you asked and she nodded "You know?" she asked "Well, I read Vanya's book, and also you are a famous actor" you said and she nodded "How do you know me?" you asked "Five came with you yesterday, told us who you were" she said and you nodded.

"Natalie good you are here, I have missed you" Klaus said as he patted you on the shoulder "Hey Klaus, nice to see you again" you said "So have you and Five?" he asked "No" you said a little annoying before you looked at Vanya "Hey Vanya" you said "Hey Natalie" Vanya said with a smile.

"What are you doing here?" Luther asked as he enter the living room "I just came here to get my watch" you said as you lifted up your right arm a bit.

"Alright and you have it, so leave" Luther said "No. Natalie is like us, so she stay" Diego said and Luther looked confused at Diego, surprise that he was so welcome towards you.

"There is a part of me saying that I know her from somewhere" Diego said "Me too" Klaus said "I feel it too" Vanya said and Allison let out a sigh as she looked down on the floor.

"Let's just get started. Natalie can stay" Allison said "What is this all about?" you asked "You will see" Luther said before he turned on the tape.

You all watch the tape that was showing on the small TV screen. The tape showed Grace giving Reginald a cup of something, after taking a sip he started acting really weird, before he felled back down on the bed and Grace left the room.

"I mean, do you really think Mom would hurt Dad?" Vanya asked "You haven't been home in a long time, Vanya. Maybe you don't know Grace anymore" Luther said "Weren't you on the moon for four year?" you asked but Luther didn't answer.

"If he was poisoned, it would have shown in the coroner's report" Diego said "Well, I don't need a report to tell me what I can see with my own eyes" Luther said "Look, Luther, I don't know you, but you are jumping to conclusions way too fast. You need more evidence. Maybe Grace didn't kill your guy's dad. Maybe he killed himself" you said and the others looked at you "Just a fact" you said "What more evidence do you need?" Luther asked "No. I think she is right or at least have a point" Diego said before he looked at you "Thank you for being the only one here that actually look at the patteren and think outside the box, I like you" he said as he pointed his knife at you while you just smiled.

Diego then turned to the TV "Maybe all that low gravity in space messed with your vision" Diego said before he click on a button on the TV, rewinding the footage "Look closer" he said before he clicked on another button "Dad had his monocle. Mom stands up" he said before turning around "Monocle's gone" he said "Oh, yeah" Klaus said with a chuckled before he put a potato chips in his mouth.

"She wasn't poisoning him. She was...taking it. To clean it" Diego said, walking a little bit away from the others.

"Then where is it?" Luther asked, looking at Diego "I've searched the house, including all her things. She doesn't have it" he said.

Diego looked down on the floor "That's because I took it from her" he said before looking up, flashing one of his knives as everyone turned to look at him "After the funeral" he said.

"You've had the monocle this whole time? What the hell, Diego?" Allison asked "Give it to me" Luther said, putting his hand out.

"I threw it away" Diego said "You what?" Luther asked angry while Allison let out a scoffs.

"Look, I knew that if you found it on Mom, you'd lose your shit" Diego said, pointing his knife at him "Just like you're doing right now" he said.

"Diego, you son of a bitch" Luther said through gritted teeth and Diego got in a fighting position.

"Are they gonna fight?" you whispered to Klaus "They always do, they did it at the funeral, it was the best funeral ever. You should have being there" he said.

"Hey. No. Calm down" Vanya said, interrupting them from starting a fight again.

"Look, I know Dad wasn't exactly an open book. But I do remember one thing he said. Mom was, well, designed to be a caretaker, but...also a protector" she said "What does that mean?" Allison asked "She was programmed to intervene if someone's life was in jeopardy" Vanya answered.

"Well, if her hardware is degrading, then....We need to turn her off" Luther said "Woah, whoa, whoa, whoa, wait" Diego said defending Grace as he pointed his knife at Luther "She's not just a vacuum cleaner you can throw in a closet. She feels things, I've seen it" he shouted at Luther "She just stood there, Diego, and watched our father die" Luther said "I'm with Luther" Allison said "Surprise, surprise" Diego said to her "Shut up" Allison snapped.

Everyone then looked at Vanya who look between Luther and Diego nervously "I--I don't---" she said, stuttering "Yeah, she shouldn't get a vote" Diego said "I was gonna say I agree with you" Vanya said "Okay. She should get a vote" Diego said before he turned and pointed his knife at Klaus who was leaning against a pillar "What about you, stone boy? What do you got?" he asked "Oh, so, what? You need my help now? Oh 'Get out of the van, Klaus!' 'Well, welcome back to the van'" Klaus said "What van?" Allison asked "What's it gonna be, Klaus?" Luther asked "I'm with Diego" Klaus said, pointing at Diego "Because screw you!" he said and Diego pointed at Klaus proudly "And if Ben was here, he'd agree with me" Klaus said.

"No, I don't" Ben said and Klaus hisses at him causing you to look confused at Klaus as you saw him hisses to the air.

Diego then turned to you causing everyone to turn to you. 

You looked up before you raised an eyebrow "What?" you asked and Luther shook his head "No, no, no. Definitely not. She is not a member of the family and she never will be. So she don't get a vote" Luther said, shaking his head.

"Yeah, she should get a vote. She is a friend of Five and just like the rest of us. Beside there is a part of me telling that she is a member of the family. Beside she speak for Five" Diego said, defending  you "Well, I just met Five not long ago, so I don't think I speak for him. And I really don't want to be drag into this" you said "But if you were, what would you choose?" Diego asked.

"Well, there is a feeling that is telling me that I know Grace from somewhere, so if I had to vote. I would vote with Diego" you said as you pointed on Diego.

"Good. So that's four to two" Diego said "What" Luther said "Vote's not final yet" Allison said "What?" Diego asked, looking over at Allison.

"Five's not here. The whole family has to vote. We owe each other that" she said "Right" Luther said "No, we should wait" Vanya said before everyone but Vanya, you and Diego walked out of the room without saying anything else.

"Well, I will find a bathroom. I need to changed my bandage. I will leave after" you said before you walked away.

You were 13 years and on your first mission with Five and the others. 

It was another robbery in a mall and to your surprise, you were handle it very well.

While you were busy with handling some robber with your powers. One of the men charged towards you but then Five blinked over to you before he knock the man to the floor.

"Thanks Five" you said "Anytime" Five said.

When you said Five's name the man that had being knock to the floor by Five looked up at him and smiled.

'You know our deal. Go after Number Five'

"My target" the man said "What?" Five asked confused and the man pulled something up from his pocket before he press the button on a remote.

"FIVE, WATCH OUT!" you shouted as the bomb vest the man was wearing exploded.

But because of your fast reflex, you reach to hold the explosion back with your powers.

You gritted your teeth in pain as your hands was glowing red while you were holding the explosion back.

But then a group of armed men came running from around a corner before they lifted their guns and started shooting at you and the other kids.

The whole situation happen to fast that Five and his siblings didn't had the time to react but you did.

So with your powers and while holding the explosion back with one hand, you moved the other, pushing Five and his siblings backwards and closer together until you created a red energy force shield around them to protect them.

"No" Five said and tried to blink out but he couldn't, it was like you were stopping him from using his power with your powers.

You then moved your other hands towards the man, stopping the bullets in mid-aid while holding the men with your mind so they couldn't move.

You could feel how your body started hurting causing you to grits your teeth more in pain.

"NAT, let us out, we can help" Five said as he was banging his fists on the force shield "Come on Talie, let us out!" Diego shouted.

Then another group of men came from another side, but with your powers, you threw their guns out of their hands.

Your body started hurting more and more and you could feel that you were about to lose control in how much you were using your powers.

You started crying out in pain as you were holding the explosion back while holding 12 other men still.

Five could see that you were in pain, so he kept banging on the force shield more while crying out your name.

He then tried to blink but couldn't, it was like the shield you made was keeping him from using his powers.

You knew that if you let go the whole area will explode.

You looked around trying to find any place where the explosion will not cause so much damage.

But suddenly one of the men who you had throw the guns away, pulled up a small pistol before he lifted it and pointed it at you.

"NAT, WATCH OUT!" Five cried out but it was too late and you were hit in the shoulder causing you to grunt in pain.

As you were hit, you lost control, you couldn't hold back anymore and you cried out as you let go causing a huge wave of red energy force to be shout out of you.

Five's and his sibling's eyes widened as they witness the wave hitting the men, sending them all flying backwards, many of them was implead, some broke all the bones in their bodies and some of them broke their necks.

The whole area around you was destroyed but since the red force shield was around Five and the siblings, nothing happen to them. It was like the wave moved over and around the shield, not hitting them. But destroyed everything else.

Your powers then went down making you let go of the man with the suicide west causing the explosion to went off, sending you flying backwards.

"NOOOOOOO!" Five cried out as his eyes followed your body being throw backwards before hitting a wall, falling down on the floor.

The small area around the man got destroyed but because you was still slightly conscious. The shield around Five and his siblings were still there so they were not hit by the explosion, protecting them again.

You got up and as the wave from the explosion came towards you. You put your arms on cross in front of your face using your powers so the wave didn't hit you.

When it was over, you removed your arms from your face and you looked around at all the bodies, tears falling down from your face.

"Oh no, what have I done. I'm a monster" you cried before you looked at Five who had tears in his eyes as him and his siblings were in shock.

"I'm sorry" you said before you fell to the floor "No" Five said as he bang his fist on the shield.

You looked at him "Five, I killed them" you said quietly "It's okay, Nat, you were protecting us, so don't feel guilty. If it wasn't for you, we all would have being dead" he said.

You then closed your eyes, losing consciousness.

And as you closed your eyes, the shield disappeared and Five immediately rushed over to you.

"No, no. Nat" he said as he crouched down next to you before he shook you "Nat! Wake up. Please. You're my Nat. Don't you dare die on me now" he cried.

"NOOO!"

Five was still sitting in the van, waiting "You know, you don't have to tell me that. I know there are only six days left" he said to Delores before he then looked at her "Yeah, you got a better idea?" he asked and scoffs "Okay, then" he said.

Then he saw Lance came walking out of the building holding a suitcase "There's our guy" Five said as he waiting for a few seconds until a car approached him and Lance walked over to the car.

Five narrowed his eyes as he saw Lance give the suitcase to the person in the car "What the hell is he up to?" Five asked as the person in the car gave Lance a yellow envelope before it drove away and Lance started walking down the street and Five blinked away.

You walked out of a bathroom when you suddenly heard the sound of metal swishes and a gun cocks causing you to stop.

You looked to the right to see Cha-Cha and Hazel with their cartoon marks.

They were so closed to you that Hazel lifted up his gun before he hit you by the head with it causing you to let out a grunt as you fell to the floor.

A small stain on blood ran down the side of your head as you could feel your vision was blurry.

"Take her. We can use her to get to Five" Cha-Cha said.

But then two knives came flying at Hazel and Cha-Cha and the two knives hit a mask each.

Diego then jumped out from the corner before he attack Hazel.

He grabbed Hazel's arm before he swung it around causing Hazel to let out a grunt and Cha-Cha pointed her gun at Diego but she couldn't get a clean shot cause of Diego and Hazel fighting.

"Cha-Cha, shoot him!" Hazel shouted "Get out of the way, dumbass" Cha-Cha said as she tried to point her gun at Diego.

Diego kicked Hazel in the face before he quickly help you up and dragged you down the hallway on the second floor while the bullets was flying around them. 

You used your free hand, creating a red energy ball before throwing it backwards, hitting Hazel and Cha-Cha. 

"Nice" Diego said "Thanks" you said.

"You okay?" he asked "Yeah, I'm fine" you said before you get out a grunt.

"Who are those guys?" Diego asked "Ask Five" you said.

"JUMP!" Diego shouted before the two of you jumped over the railing just as Cha-Cha started shooting at you.

Both you and Diego landed on the couch in the living room before you took cover.

Diego looked at you "You okay?" he asked as he noticed a small stain of blood at the side of your forehead "I'm fine" you said "Five is gonna kill me" Diego mumbled.

But then you two heard footsteps approaching and Diego moved to see Hazel and Cha-Cha entering the living room.

They lifted their guns before they started shooting at the couch.

Then Luther came and grabbed Cha-Cha before he threw her back. 

Hazel turned around and pointed his gun at Luther but then Allison came running from the side and she kicked the gun out of his grasp.

She kicked him in the stomach before kicking him by the torso.

But then Hazel grabbed Allison's neck and she started gasping as she grabbed her neck, trying to get his hand off it.

"Let her go!" Diego said before he threw a punch and a kick at Hazel. But he didn't let go.

"Let her go" you said as you threw a kick at Hazel but he didn't let go.

"I said let go" you said before you with your mind and powers made him let go of Allison.

Hazel quickly got up and small red whips wrapped around your hand as your eyes glow red and some red whips was wrapped around Hazel's leg and you moved your hand making Hazel fell to the floor again. 

You then turned around and was about to run when Hazel grabbed your leg causing you to fell to the floor.

He then grabbed your throat before he lifted you up. Allison and  Diego ran over to and started punching and kicking Hazel, but it was like he didn't felt it. 

Then Diego jumped on Hazel's back and started punching him.

Luther came into the room and he threw a punch at Hazel causing Diego to fell of Hazel's back while you fell to the floor gasping.

Luther then grabbed Hazel before he threw him out of the room and Hazel let out a scream as he got throwing out of the room before he landed next to Cha-Cha.

"Who the hell are these guy?" Allison asked "You're welcome" Luther said to Diego "I was doing fine" Diego said "Oh, yeah, you really had them..." "Ever hear of a rope-a-dope?" Diego asked cutting Luther off before he looked down at you. 

"You okay?" he asked as he helped you up "I'm fine. Just out of shape, my body is still getting use to being awake" you said "Maybe it's best you stay out of the way. I don't want to get my ass beating by Five if something happen to you on our watch" Diego said "You have also know me for a day and you already care" you said "I feel like I have know you longer, beside I don't want to carry around the guilt" Diego said.

But then Cha-Cha lifted up her gun before she started shooting into the living room causing you and the three others to dodged onto the floor and hide to not get shot.

"Get out of here now! Go!" Luther shouted and Allison started to run out of the room with Diego.

"You stay here" Luther told you.

"I lost my gun" Hazel said "I'm going after them" Cha-Cha said and walked after Allison and Diego.

You were about to run another way but then you heard someone.

"Hello?" someone said and your eyes widened when you heard it was Vanya.

"Guys? Is everyone okay?" Vanya said as she walked down the stairs. "Hello?" she said as she walked into the living room.

Suddenly Hazel swung a star weapon towards her, but she reach to dodged in time, he then slap her across the face so she felled on top of the coffee table.

He was about to swing the weapon against Vanya again but then you slid under him, so you were between the weapon and Vanya and you reach to stop the weapon with your powers  before it could hit Vanya. 

Her eyes was glowing red while red energy whips was around the weapon as your hands also had red energy whips around them.

While holding the weapon with your left hand you lifted your right hand, pushing Hazel back with your powers. 

"RUN VANYA!" you shouted "NATALIE, WATCH OUT!" Vanya shouted but before you could react, you were hit with the weapon causing you to get thrown to the side. 

"Hey asshole!" Luther shouted and Hazel turned around to see Luther standing in the hall, looking at him.

Hazel ran towards Luther and swung his weapon at him, but Luther grabbed it with his arm before he threw the weapon away and Hazel charged for Luther.

You lifted your head to see Luther and Hazel was still fighting.

Hazel grabbed Luther and punched him down on the floor.

"Hey" you shouted causing Hazel to look at you and you created a red energy ball before thorwing it at Hazel making him stumble backwards.

You then lifted him up with your powers before throwing him backwards, causing his back to hit the wall with a grunt.

You then turned around before rushing over to Vanya "You okay?" you asked and she nodded as you help her up.

Luther was laying on the floor groaning "Come on, Luther, get up" Allison said as her and Diego ran towards Luther and help him up "Ah, you gotta cut down that fast food, solider" Diego said as they help him to his feet.

 You and Vanya walked out of the living room and you all looked up to see Cha-Cha farther up, looking down at you five, she then walked out to a wall, before she cut a wire causing the chandelier right above, Diego, Luther and Allison to fall down.

"Out of the way!" Luther shouted, pushing the two out of the way.

"LUTHER!" Allison screamed as the chandelier landed on Luther.

Luther started panting before he try to stand up causing the chandelier to make a rattling and clinking noise.

Luther started gasping as he started getting up and your eyes widened as you saw Luther getting up which you knew wasn't possible. Everyone would have being dead but not Luther.

Luther's coat and shirt both ripped off in the process, revealing his body.

Your and the other's eyes widened when you saw his body. He had fur and was huge, his body looked something from an ape.

"Holy shit" Diego said as Luther took a few steps away from the chandelier.

Luther made eye contact with Allison and he could see that she was in shock over the sight.

Luther then turned around before he ran up the stairs.

Allison then turned around before she walked over to Vanya "Did you know?" Vanya asked and Allison shook her head "No" she said.

Diego and Allison then looked at you "You okay?" they asked "I'm fine. Where is the first aid kit?" you asked "There are one in each shelf in the bathrooms" Allison replied and you nodded before you walked away, your mind and head feeling fuzzy while your vision was blurry.

Five was holding your hand as you were unconscious while you were being wheeled into the medical room in the Academy.

"Give me some space kids" Reginald said as all the kids were in the room.

"I'm not leaving her" Five said "Number Five, leave, I can't work with so many people around, I need space so leave or she will die" Reginald said and Klaus grabbed Five "Come on" he said.

"NO" Five said as he stared evil at his dad, with a feeling that it was his fault that you got hurt 'cause he should have told you guys more about the mission and he was scared that his dad would do something to you.

"Get out of here, and let me work" Reginald said and Diego then also grabbed Five but he kept resisting "Come on Five" Klaus said "No, I'm not leaving her" Five said as he hold your hand tight "I'm here Nat. I'm right here" he said as tears were in his eyes.

"Number One, get him out" Reginald and Luther grabbed Five and with his super strength, he was able to lift him up and carry him out "No" Five said as he was waving with his arms and legs, he tried to blink but he was too exhausted.

"Let me go" Five said as he was carried out of the room while the others follow.

When the kids left, Reginald closed and lock the door before he walked back to you.

"Her heart is slowing down. If we don't do something she will die" Grace said.

Reginald then opened a small draw before he pulled up a needle that was filled with dark red serum.

"You can't put more of those powers in her, it's too dangerous" Pogo said "Do you think I care, she is too valuable to lose" Reginald said before turning around to face you.

"Don't do it Master Hargreeves, you don't know the affect it will have on her body. It will made her powers more dangerous" Pogo said "More powerful. She will become the most powerful person in the universe" Reginald said "It's too dangerous, her body is too young, we don't know how it will affect her. Beside we haven't even tested it yet" Pogo said as Reginald lifted up the needle "It's the only way to save her" he said "Her mom is not gonna like this" Pogo said "I think that Ella forgets that she is my daughter too" he said before he stuck the needle in your neck and poured the serum into your body.

As soon as the serum enter your body, it started shaking and the whole room started shaking too.

Your eyes opened and they were glowing dark red.

The whole room started shaking more and glass started breaking while your whole body was shaking violently as all the objects in the room started floating in the air.

Your whole body got covered in dark red mist-like shapes whisps energy which caused Reginald to smile.

"Her body is going into shock" Grace said "It's too much for her" Pogo said as he saw how your body was reacting to the serum.

"Give her some sedation" Reginald said and Grace nodded nodded before she pulled up a needle and stuck you in the arm with it.

Your body started calming down and you eyes closed while the dark red mist-like shapes whisps energy that had appeared around your body faded away before disappearing causing the room to stop shaking.

Grace then looked at the monitor "Her heart beat and pulse is back to normal" she said and Reginald looked back at Pogo "And you doubted that she couldn't handle the serum" he said "I didn't. I said that it was too dangerous. It will have consequences later" Pogo said.

"Time will not wait for you to change your life, you must change your life before you run out of time"
