CHAPTER EIGHT: SHARING

You were laying in a hospital bed, unconscious, surrounded by tubes and monitors that were there to keep you alive and healing your wounds and to aid in breathing, a ventilator was also present with you. You also had a oxygen mask on your mouth.

Your hands was laying along the side. You had a needle stuck in your left hand that was connected to a thin transparent tube that lead up to an IV bag.

Your mom was sitting next to you, holding your hand. No doctors or expert could explain what have happened to you. 

The police had being in your hospital room many times, asking for questions at what happen at your college since you were the only one that survived. But since you have being unconscious and your mom didn't knew what happen even so she had a feeling about it. The police would wait until you woke up. 

Journalists has also being trying to ask for questions but without luck.

Then suddenly Reginald enter the room "What the hell are you doing here?" Ella asked "I heard what happen and I'm here to help" he said "Help?" Ella repeated before she let go of your hand and got up before she turned to look at Reginald.

"It's your fault, you put that in her" Ella said "If I didn't do it, she would have being dead now" Reginald "And what do you call this?" Ella asked aggressive as she pointed on you.

"Listen, I can help her" Reginald said "I don't need your help, the deal was that we would stay away from each other" Ella said "And the deal is still on" he said "Then leave" Ella said before she looked back at you while she sat down next to you.

"Listen, I saw her result and it's not looking good" he said and Ella looked back at Reginald before looking back at you, sobbing.

Reginald walked over and sat down next to Ella before putting a hand on her shoulder "I know how you feel, one of my kids died at 16 and the other disappeared at 13" he said and Ella let out another sob.

"It's my daughter going to die?" she asked "The doctor said that she is" Reginald said and Ella started sobbing more.

"Listen, Natalie is a danger to this world. Her powers are too strong and might even change reality" he said "How can her powers be a danger to this world if she don't know anything about her powers?" Ella asked "Her powers are hard to master. It would take years maybe decades for her to truly master them, but it's only if she train hard with them everyday" he said "Well, this wouldn't have happen if you hadn't put that serum in her" Ella said "It would, I only put that serum in her to wake the full strength of her powers, so she could control them better" he said and Ella looked down.

"I can help her and make sure she don't die" Reginald said and Ella looked at him "How?" she asked and Reginald tilted his head.

"What do you want me to do?" he asked "I want her powers gone" Ella said and his eyes widened "What?" he asked "You heard me, these powers of her, she will never get a normal and happy life as long as those powers are in her, people will always see her as a monster and she would also see herself like that, if her powers are really that dangerous as you say, then it's best that she don't have them. Therefore I want you to remove them" she said "Ella---" "Do it or I will tell everyone even your kids what your real plan is with them" she said, cutting him off and he raised a brow "Promise you will remove her powers. That's the only way to save her" she said as she looked at Reginald.

"Please Reggie, I beg you, this is the only way to save my little girl, do it. Save her. Save our daughter" she said.

"I need to put her in her 16 year old body, then I need to do some few experiments on her before I put her in a coma" he said "Can it save her and remove her powers?" Ella asked "She will be in a coma for six years, her mind will age but her body will not, I don't know if it can remove her powers" he lied "But it's the only way to save her life" he said "Do you promise that she will survive?" Ella asked "I promise" he said.

Elle thought for a moment before looking back at Reginald "Do it" she said "I need you to sign something that will give me your permission" he said "I will sign everything if you just save her" Ella said and Reginald nodded.

You opened your eyes to see that you were in a bedroom and as you moved your head you saw Five who let out a softly grunts as he was stitching up the wound on his arm.

He grabbed a child band-aid from a box labeled Billy and The Choo-Choo before placing it over his wound carefully.

He then walked over to his desk and grabbed a clean button shirt before he grabbed another clean umbrella suit and put it on.

You reached to notices some old scars on his body. There were scars on his torso, some looking years old, and some clearly more recent. 

You couldn't help but look when you saw him changed his shirt. You didn't know if it was your teen hormones, but you think he actually had a handsome body. 

He then turned around to see you sitting up "You're awake, thank God" he said "What happen?" you asked "You got shot because of me. I'm so sorry about that" he said and you could see on his face that he actually felt sorry.

"How long was out?" you asked "The whole night, Grace stitches you up, and I let you rest in my bed" he said "Where did you sleep?" you asked "On the floor" he replied "But your bed is big enough for two people" you said "Well, I didn't wanted to make you feel uncomfortable or thinking I did something to you" he said "I wouldn't think that, I didn't like you took the floor" you said "I have slept worse places" he said before looking down for a moment.

"I'm so sorry I didn't protect you" he said "No matter how powerful someone is, they can't protect everyone every day" you said and he looked down before he looked back at you.

There was a silence moment between the two of you before Five cleaned his throat.

"Look, it's best you go home, I don't want you to get more involved than you already are" he said "No way in hell I'm going home. I'm already involved. And also I want to help you, so that's what I'm going to do" you said.

"Well, anyway I have to go" he said "Where are you going?" you asked "I need to find the owner of the eye" he said "Alright, then I'm coming with you" you said "No, you need rest. So you need to stay here until your body is fully recovered" he said "Five, I have being in a coma for six years and spend six month recovering. I don't need rest. I want to help you with this. So come up" you said before you grabbed your shirt and jacket and put them on.

Five watched you walked over to the window before opening it.

"Come on" you said and he smiled as he walked to his bag before opened it putting the stuff he needs in the bag.

"Yeah, sure, bring the doll" you said sarcastically as Five put Delores in the bag before he zip it up.

He then grabbed the bag before the two of you crawled out of the window and down the fire escape.

You and Five could hear a voice coming from down the alley and you looked down from the ladder that lead to the alley, to spot Klaus in the dumpster bin, looking for something. You put one foot on one of the bars on the ladder that lead to the ground with Five behind you. 

Klaus was in the dumpster complaining about something while talking to Ben.

"Damn it, where's Dad stuff?" Klaus asked as he was going through the dumpster.

"Can we go see a movie or something? Or the ocean?" Ben asked.

"Shut up! I'm trying to find whatever...priceless crap was in that priceless box...so that Pogo will get off my ass!" Klaus said as you jumped down on the ground.

"I'd ask what you're up to, Klaus, but then it occurred to me" Five said before he stopped in the middle of the ladder "I don't care" he said "Hey" Klaus said with a laugh "You know there are easier ways out of the house, buddy?" he asked.

"This one involved the least amount of talking" Five said as he jumped down on the ground before walking over to stand next to you "Or so I thought" he said.

"So are you two gonna make out?" Klaus asked "No" you and Five said as you both blush a little bit.

"Share a moment?" you and Five shook your heads "Have intercourse?" Klaus asked which caused you and Five to make a face in disgust "Eww. NO" you both said.  

"Hold hands?" Klaus asked "No" you both said out loud before you look at Five "What is wrong with him?" you asked "Everyone has a theory" Five said.    

"Well, then, you need any more company today?" Klaus asked as he moved over to the edge of the dumpster bin "I could...uh...clear my schedule" he said before taking a sip of his liqour from his bottle.

"Looks like you've got your hands full" Five said "Oh, this? No, no. I can do this whenever. I'm just..." Klaus said but then he felled backwards into the dumpster bin making a clattering sound.

"I just misplaced something. That's all" Klaus said as he grabbed around for things "Oh! Found it" he said before stood up, showing a half eaten glazed doughnut "Thanks God" he said and he let out a sigh before he took a bite of the doughnut "Delicious" he said with a gulp while you made a weird face in disgust.

 "I'm done funding your drug habit" Five said "Aww, now I get it, you two want to be alone, you two are going on a date, I get it" Klaus wink at Five who rolled his eyes before he turned around, walking away "Come on" Klaus said as you also turned around before walking after Five.

"Come on! You don't...Maybe I just wanna hang out with my brother. Not you" Klaus said as he took a quick look at Ben.

"'Mi hermano!' I love you. Even if you can't love yourself" Klaus called out and spit out the donut.

"REMEMBER TO USE PROTECTION" Klaus called out after you as the sound of two doors slamming and engine starting was heard before Five and you drove away.

You and Five arrived at the lab and he parked the van on the other side of the street before you both watched as doctor Lance walked into the lab.

"So what now?" you asked "Now all we have to do is wait for the right moment" he said and you nodded.

He then turned his head to the bag in the back "Oh, shit" he said and opened the bag "Hey" he said and pulled up a bottle of whisky before he pulled up Delores and put her next to him "Sorry, you were in there for so long, Delores" he said before he look out of the windshield "No, I'm not drunk. I'm working" he said.

He then looked at Delores again "Yes, it's about the eye thing. This is the place it was made. Or...will be made. We just have to wait" Five said before he let out a sigh.

"You okay?" you asked "Why are you even helping me?" he asked "I don't know. 'Cause I want to and I have this weird feeling that I feel drawn to you. And also maybe by helping saving the world, people will not see me as a freak, a weirdo, a monster or a witch and they will actually see me as a hero" you said "Why do people see you as a monster and a witch, you don't look like one?" he asked "I don't know if I should tell you" you said.

"Well, if we're gonna staying here, we better share" he said and you looked at him.

"How did you even get stuck in the apocalypse and how long were you there?" you asked "When I was 13, I wanted to time travel but my dad told me that I was not ready, I got angry and ran out of the house. I then used my powers to travel in time, I managed two times but after the third I landed in an post-apocalypse future and I got stuck there where I saw the world has ending. I ran back to my house, but only to see it in ruins. I tried to use my powers, but they didn't work. I then walked around all the ruins. I found a mannequin I named Delores. She was just for emotional support. I was lonely in the apocalypse, needed something to bring comfort. Anyway, not long after, I walked past the Academy again. I saw my siblings laying all dead in the ruins" he said before looking down and your eyes widened "No one knows how much I cried that day" he said "How long were you there?" you asked "22 years" he replied.

Five has being through so much, he was just a kid when he got stuck in the apocalypse, the only person alive, couldn't get away, he needed to survive with very little food, he was all alone. He might have made it through but he will have scars and trauma that will be there for the rest of his life.

You have not realized that Five was just as broken as you and also had trauma for life, just like you had.

"I'm sorry about that" you said "It's okay, we can't go through life without going through some sort of pain" he said.

"But why are those two people after you?" you asked and he looked at you. 

He had this feeling like he could tell you everything "I don't know, you may not like me or stay with me if I tell you" he said "I'm kinda of a grenade that is just waiting to go off, and that if my powers lose control I can destroy everyone and everything around me and try to remember that I was put in my 16-year-old body and in a coma for six years. I wouldn't judge, I promise" you said and he took a deep breath.

"Those people that attacked us at the diner and those people that attacked us at mall Hazel and Cha-Cha. They were sent by the company I was working for, they are trying to stop me from saving the world and stopping the apocalypse" he said.

"Why would they want to stop you from saving the world?" you asked "Because my company believe that the apocalypse is suppose to happen" he said.  

"What kind of company did you work for?" you asked "Its name 'The Terms Commission' They monitor all times and space to make sure that whatever is supposed to happen...happens. Their job is to protect the timeline. And if someone is messing with the timeline, they sent agent like me out to kill them. So the timeline don't changed. And I became the best of them" he said "So you are an assassin?" you asked and he nodded "I was" he said before he looked at you.

"When I was recruited, I was put on a cold table in the operation room, a tiny tracker was embedded into my muscle. With also serial killer DNA put in me. The needle pierced my skin and the nurse gently pushed the clear fluid into my veins, tainting my blood with tendencies that weren't my. They modified my DNA by binding it with that of notorious assassins, making me, essentially, the ultimate killer. I became the best assassin. I became the perfect killer in every sense of the world because I was every killer" your eyes widened when he said that.

"I never liked it Natalie. I was good at my work, and I took pride in it. But it never gave me pleasure, never, not once. But it was either that or being stuck in the apocalypse and never get the chance to get back to my family and save the world" he said as he stared into your eyes "I'm sorry, Natalie. I don't want you think of me as a monster or a killer" he said as he looked down and you could see the sadness in his eyes and hear it in his voice.

First he was experiment and emotionally abused by Reginald and then he was experimented on by a new place. Focus to do something he didn't wanted.

"Well, I will never think of you as a monster or a killer, Five. Never" you said and he looked at you.

"Yes, you murdered people but only for the greater good of the universe. You only kill people to protect the one you love. Everyone would do that. And if you hadn't taking that job, you wouldn't be here and try to stop the end of the world. You wouldn't be the hero you are trying to be now" you said and he smiled, it was the nicest thing anyone has ever said to him.

"Beside you're not the only person who think about themself like a monster and a killer" you said and he looked at you "What do you mean?" he asked "Will you be scared if I told you that your sitting next to someone who can destroy everything and everyone in the whole area?" you asked "You can do that?" he asked "Yeah. I only did it once" you said as you looked down.

"You can tell me Natalie. We're sharing past. You have nothing to be scared of. I don't think you can say anything that can scare me away. Remember I'm an assassin that I have killed many people and I spend 22 years in an apocalypse, I wouldn't judge, I promise" he said and you took a deep breath.

"I once killed over 100 people in just own blow with my powers" you said and his eyes widened.

"My powers has always being powerful and I know that I was not like all the others. There were actually a time from the age of five to 13, where I learn how to used my powers, it's funny I actually don't remember, most of my memory is blank. But anyway. When I was 14, my mom sent me to a boarding school on the other side of the plante. There I was quickly pick on by the girls cause I was not like them. I was being harassed at school. And they once saw me using my powers, they called me weirdo, freak, a witch. I felt so alone. But lucky two people my age. The twins name Toby and Sabrina, came over to me and they started talking to me. They told me that I shall not listen to them and they are only bullying me because they have problem themself and that they envious me because I was special. They then told me that they were also like me. They also had special powers. Toby had the ability to manipulate elements and Sabrina had the ability to made a force shield that could also tear things apart and shift things into other things. We quickly became the best of friends. People were still picking on us cause we were different but cause I was with my friends, I learn not to let it get to me" you said before taking a deep breath.

Are staring right at us

"My life actually went really well, and it became even better when me, Toby and Sabrina found out that were going to the same college. Sabrina became my roommate, I fell in love with Toby, we started dating. I was happy. I didn't use my powers at all since I started college. I was living a normal life and actually had a good life. Had an amazing boyfriend, a loyal and amazing best friend. Just bought an apartment that me and Sabrina was planning on moving in together after college" you said with a small smile but then you let out a sigh.

"I was still being bullying and harassed, I got mean texts and e-mails sent to me. They told me things, like, I'm ugly, I'm a loser, a weirdo, I would never be good enough, I would never achieve anything in life, I would never get a boyfriend, I would never get married. They told me that I was a nobody and that I should kill myself" you said and Five's eyes widened.

"I did my best to ignored it, even so it was hard sometimes. Then the night after I graduated from college. There was held a party at the building. I was actually crowed queen which was weird cause people need to vote and there was only two people that liked me. The cheerleader's captain name Jean was a real mean bitch, she had being the one leading the bullying and has being bullying me since I started college. I remember that she even tried to take Toby from me, but Toby was a smart, kind, caring, loyal, supporting and amazing guy, he knew what she was after and he told her that he was in love with me. So he rejected her. Anyway, she actually apologized to me in front of everyone and then she invited me up on the stage by her. I still walk up on stage even so a part of me told me not to. I walked up and everyone was clapping at me and I actually thought that it was it. But I was wrong. Jean, took the mic and she pulled up my diary that she had stolen from me and she started telling everyone my deepest secrets and she even told everyone about my powers. Toby and Sabrina tried to stop her but they were hold back by the guys from the football team. Jean then also read from my diary about Toby's and Sabrina's powers and I could see on their faces that they were shocked over that I writing about their powers. It was like I betrayed them. People then started calling me a witch and Jean stepped aside and as she did that, a pocket filled with fake blood was throw down from above the stage, right where I was standing, it hit me, causing all the blood to land all over me. Everyone started laughing. I looked over at Toby and Sabrina who was in shock. Jean started calling me a witch" you said as tears appeared in your eyes.

It's the hardest thing of all

"I don't know how it happen. But as everyone just stood there laughing while calling me a witch and a freak. I became so angry and sad at the same time that I just lost control. Toby and Sabrina mangaged to ran up to the stage. I kept telling them to get away 'cause I could feel it. They tried to calm me down, but with all the laughing, humiliation, I couldn't keep it in and I let out a scream, letting go of my powers, releasing the full strength of them and a huge wave of red energy was released out of me. Sending everyone flying backwards. It was like en explosion went off. Killing everyone around me while the wave got bigger and bigger, destroying everyone and everything around me. I watch how Toby got throw backwards, his body got impaled by something sharp while Sabrina's body got throw backwards, her neck breaking while some of the others around me their bodies actually got destroyed so there was nothing left of them. I tried to stop but I couldn't and the wave just got bigger making the whole building to start collapsing around me. And that was last thing I remember before I woke up six months ago, in my 16-years-old body" you explain before you looked at Five whose eyes widened.

"I can sometimes still hear their dying screams" you said as tears felled from your eyes.

"So that's my story" you said "I'm sorry about that" he said "It's okay" you said before taking a deep breath as you look down at your hands.

And chase them all away

"I understand why people are scared of me" you said "Don't be scared Natalie, you have saved me, both of us with your powers. If it wasn't for you, I would have being dead now" he smiled.    

"Sometimes I wonder if I'm good enough" you said "You know, butterflies can't see the color of their wings but us as humans can see how beautiful they are. Likewise, you might not think you're good enough, but others can see how special and amazing you are" he said "Really, who?" you asked "Me" you looked at him "I see how special and amazing you are" he said and you smiled.

That the clouds are in your head
I would stay there, there, there
No need to fear, fear
When you need to talk it out

You were right, Five can be soft and kind and right here, he showed it.

With someone you can trust
What you see are the bad, bad, bad memories

"Can I ask you a question?" you asked and he nodded "Do you think that I'm the cause of the apocalypse?" you asked and he looked at you "That is my fault that the world is ending?" you asked.

"No, of course not, why would you think that?" he asked "Well, because my powers are strong and powerful, and they can be dangerous if I lose control" you said "Yes they are powerful, but you are not the reason the world will end" he said "How can you know that? How can you not know that I'm a monster. I have killed people" you said.

"You lost control and that is not your fault" he said "How can you not know that I'm dangerous?" you asked as you looked down and he grabbed your hand causing you to look at him.

"Because when I look at you, I see nothing dangerous or evil. I see goodness, strength, intelligent and beauty" he said "Do you really think so?" you asked and he nodded "Yeah, of course" he said "I guess you are right then" you said "Of course I am" he said "Thanks Five, I think you are the first person I have met in a very long time that are kind to me" you said "Well, you're my friend" he said "So now we're friends?" you asked and he nodded "Well, yeah" he said and you smiled before you two looked at each other.

Every since you woke up the coma, you had not getting too close to people and you had tried not to need anyone before. You think you had made it fine, without friends. 

But in those two days you have know him. Not only had he made you need him, but your souls combined. The part that destroyed you was the fact you did your best but still wasn't good enough but when you were with Five, you felt wanted and you felt like you were good enough.

Your mom was right, Five Hargreeves might be your anchor.

Five then turned to look out of the driver's window, but then some dust started raining from the car causing Five to look around confused "Natalie, do you see this?" he asked but as he turned his head he saw that you were not sitting next to him.

Five opened the door to the van before stepping out and he saw that he was back in the apocalypse.

He felt his heart started to race as he started to shake.

"No!" he yelled and a tear fell down from his eyes as he looked around "No!" he yelled out again as his voice was echoing while looking around and that's when he saw a body laying further ahead.

"No, no" he said as he started running towards the body "Please, not her" he said before he reach the body and his eyes widened while tears appeared in his eyes as he you, laying on the ground in front of him, half dead, blood all over you.

He kneeled down before he put your body on his lap "I'm here. Natalie, I'm here" he said and you started panting while gasping in pain "It's okay, you are going to be okay" he said before he put his hand on your stomach which was bleeding badly.

"I know it hurts. But you are going to be okay. I'm here and I'm not leaving. I'm so sorry, this is my fault" he said while sobbing but then you stopped breathing "Natalie. Natalie" he said as he started to shake you "NO. NOOO!" he cried out as he press your head against his chest.

"NOOOO!" he screamed in pain.

You heard mumbling next to you and you turned your head to see to see Five shaking.

"Five?" you asked as you noticed that his eyes widened slightly and his breathing pattern changed.

"No" he mumbled, his voice breaking and shaking "Five" you said as you grabbed his shoulder before shaking it while you moved closer to him. But nothing happen, his eyes was still widened slightly and his breathing pattern changed.

"Five. Wake up" you said shaking him again, his breath hitched and he blinked a few times with his eyes, like he was coming back to reality. He started breathing heavier as he turned to see you sitting next to him "It's okay. Deep breaths, deep breaths" you said and his breath started slow down slowly.

"You okay?" you asked as you could see the tears in his eyes. "Yeah. Just my trauma" he said and you nodded "I'm sorry for everything you have being through" you said and he let out a small smile as you stared into each other's eyes.

But then there was a knock on the window "Five" a voice said and the two of you turned to the sound to see Luther who opened the door.

"What are you..." he said but stopped himself when he had trouble getting into the van because he was so huge.

"Oh, my God..." Luther said as he grunted while getting into the van causing it to shake a bit.

After a few tries, he finally managed to get in and he started panting as he closed the door "Okay, that was actually funny" you said, trying not to laugh before you look at Luther "You must be Luther, Five's brother. I'm Natalie Eversun" you said "Yeah, I know who you are. It's good that you're awake. For some weird reason Five was freaking out last night when you were shot" Luther said "Was he?" you asked as you look at Five who was looking away.

"Are you his girlfriend?" Luther asked "No" you said and Luther nodded before he looked at Five "You okay?" he asked Five.

"You shouldn't be...How did you find me?" Five asked as he narrowed his eyes at Luther.

"Um..." Luther said and nodded his head to the back of the van causing the three to turn their heads to look at the back to see Klaus.

"Hey baby" Klaus said as he was holding Delores "Hey, a little privacy, guys. We're really hitting it off back here" he said.

Five grabbed something before he threw it at him, causing Klaus to let out a small scream as he hold Delores up in front of him, shielding himself with her.

"Get out! You can't be here! I'm in the middle of something" Five said "Aww, were you two about to make out for it was looking like it" Klaus said "You just get weirder every day" you said.

Klaus dropped Delores before he scooted up to the three of you "Any luck finding your one-eyed man?" he asked "No" Five whispered "What's he talking about?" Luther asked "Does it matter? It's Klaus" Five said before he let out a sigh.

"What do you want?" Five asked Luther "Um...So Grace may have had something to do with Dad's death. So I need you to come back to the academy, all right? It's important" Luther said "'It's important' You have no concept of what's important" Five said.

"Hey. Did I ever tell you guys about the time I waxed my ass with chocolate pudding?" Klaus asked and let out a laugh "It was so painful" he said "Ever had a thought and not let it out of your mouth? It would be fun just to keep it in" you said as you looked at Klaus.

"What are you still doing here?" Luther asked as he turned to Klaus "What? I...What? I need an excuse to hang out with my family and Natalie?" Klaus asked "We're trying to have a serious conversation" Luther said "What, and I'm incapable of being serious? Is that what you're saying?" Klaus asked.

"Luther's got a point, you should get out" Five said "What?" Klaus asked, looking at Five who nodded, gesturing for him to get out of the van.

Klaus let out a sigh before he turned around, sliding the door open and stumbled out of the van "Fine!" he shouted at them before walking away.

Luther then looked at you "You out too" he said "Natalie is allow to stay, she is my friend" Five said "It's okay Five. I need to go anyway" you said before you looked at your right wrist but only to see your watch was gone "Where is my watch?" you asked "I think Grace took it off" Five said "Shit. Well, seems like I will going back to the Academy" you said before you slid the side opened and walked away.

"You like her?" Luther asked "What is it you want Luther?" Five asked his brother.

"What the hell are you up to?" Luther asked "You wouldn't understand" Five said "Try me. Last I checked I'm still the leader of this family" Luther said.

"Well, last I checked, I'm five years older than you" Five said and smiled fakely "You know what your problem is?" Luther asked "Really hoping you'll tell me" Five said sarcastically "You think you're better than us. You always have. Even when we were kids. But the truth is, you're just as messed up as the rest of us. We're all you have. And you know it" Luther said.

"I don't think I'm better than you, Number One. I know I am" Five said and Luther chuckled "I've done unimaginable things, things you couldn't even comprehend" Five said "Right" Luther said annoyed "Just to get back here and save you all" Five said.

"Hey, bitches!" Klaus shouted and the two looked out of the driver's side window to see Klaus running across the road with things in his arms. As he ran, half of the things fell on the ground behind him while he was chased by a police officer who was blowing a whistle and yelling at him telling him to stop.

A car came to a stop and the tires screeched on the road causing Klaus to drop more things "Out of the way asshole" he said as he swerved around the car before he kept running. 

"Now I'm starting to wonder if that was the wisest decision" Five said as the two followed Klaus with their gazes.

"Fine, then don't come" Luther said as he walked out of the van and left.

You were 13 years old and you and Vanya was standing with your backs leaned against the wall as you two were watching as Five and the other kids was running back and forth, getting ready for a mission as the alarm was blaring through the whole Academy.

 Allison came running down the stairs "Coming though! Come on. Luther" she said.

"Five, do you need any help?" you asked as Five ran past you "No thanks" he said as he ran into his bedroom to get his domino mask.

"I wish I could go on mission" Vanya said "Don't worry, I have a feeling that one day you are gonna feel part of all of this" you said "You think so?" she asked "I know it, maybe you might even be part of saving the world" you said "No, never" Vanya said "Well, you never know what the future will bring" you said and the two of you smiled to each other.

"Natalie" Reginald suddenly said and you turned your head to look at him "Get ready" he said "For what?" you asked "You are going on this mission" he said and your eyes widened "What?" you asked and Five walked out of his bedroom, holding his domino mask "What?" he asked.

"You heard me. You are going on this mission" Reginald said "Why?" Five asked as he thought it was weird that Reginald wanted you on this mission after he was very specific in you not going on any missions.

"I thought I wasn't allow and mom also told me---" "Your mom is not here and she also told you to do what I say. So get ready" Reginald said "But dad. Nat has never being on a mission before. It can be dangerous" Five said "No it would. Beside this is a very special mission, one where it would be best that Natalie is in it" Reginald said before he looked at you "So get ready. Grace has a suit and mask for you. So hurry up" he said and you nodded before rushing off to find Grace.

"Why dad?" Five asked "No questions. Get ready" Reginald said and Five let out a sigh before he rushed past his dad while Vanya walked into her room.

Reginald then turned around to see Pogo looking at him "You are planning something right?" Pogo asked and Reginald raised a brow "This mission is something in your plan" Pogo said and Reginald nodded "This mission is gonna kill them all, especially Natalie" Pogo said "It wouldn't kill them, if Natalie is the one I think she is, if she is as powerful as I believe she is, then nothing will happen to the kids" Reginald said "But something will happen to her" Pogo said "Only something powerful" Reginald said.

"You will use Number Five, am I right?" Pogo asked "Love is weakness and she is too close to him. Therefore she is letting her emotions control her, this mission will show that is wrong" Reginald said before walking away.

"People, emotions and opportunitets will always come and go. But times you can never get back once it's spend"
