Mercy walked up to the gates of Mythicks. "Ah... I see the young beauty is back", one of the guards said quite sarcastically. "Indeed I am", Mercy said knowing he wasn't so happy about it. "Oh! Mercy! It's great to see you again. I'll send news to the lord", another guard happily said. "There's no need. I want to surprise him", Mercy said with joy and happiness. The guards then opened the gates to let Mercy in. Mercy walked in, realizing a few new structures were built. She didn't visit Mythicks to greet the new buildings, she wanted to see Charles. Mercy walked to the lords humble home all while greeting citizens on the way.

     When Mercy arrived at the door, Charles guards let her in with no question. "My Lord, someone is here to see you", the head guard said in a serious voice. "Who might it b-", before Charles could finish Mercy hugged him. "Brother it's so good to see you", Mercy loudly and happily exclaimed. "It's good to see you again, sis", Charles said happily. He was  trying not to seem too excited in front of his guard, so he simply kept his voice down. "I see you upgraded your town a bit", Mercy softly said as she backed away from Charles. "Well some improvements had to be done in order to keep my citizens happy", he said in a proud voice. Mercy gave Charles her look of curiosity. Charles understood that she wanted to have a tour of the new additions, so that's what he did. They spoke for the whole time.

     Mercy was excited to see the village got new additions. She loved to see it was improving. After all, it was her big brothers village. "Mercy, I...I have terrible news", Charles began. "What is it... is something wrong", Mercy said with a worried tone. "Someone said I've been in alliance with you. I have no idea who, but they told it to one of the workers, puppets if you ask me, of the High Court. Now they have been checking up on me to see if your here. This means you can't stay". Mercy then softly and kindly said, "I'll leave, only so my brother can keep his position as lord". "That would be appreciated, but I just want to let you know, you are an amazing sister and I love you for that", he said quite unhappy. "I love you too, big brother", Mercy said as she tightly hugged him. "We will see each other again, when this is all down of course. Until then, be a good lord, okay brother?", Mercy said as she took her leave.

     Mercy walked all the way to the gates. Outside of them was the other side of the forest. It was the very tip of it. A river flowed around the forest as a border. Many fish swam in this river. The Golden Fish River had actual golden fish swimming in it. They are rare to other areas which means this was the perfect place for a small town in seek of profit. There was a bridge that went across this river. It was very sturdy, but it could only hold up to twenty people at a time, possibly thirty. Mercy walked along, she knew what was waiting ahead and she knew she didn't care. "Mercy, why do they always ruin our fun", Mint asked quite annoyed. "That's because they are rude, boring, and selfish", Mercy replied with a smirk.
