Vision

Luna and Derek were finally together and slept next to each other in Luna's bed.

"What, they're together?! Finally!" Stiles exclaimed happily, not realizing that it was actually a vision.

Suddenly, Derek woke up, drenched in sweat, and looked around. He saw Luna sleeping peacefully next to him and breathed a sigh of relief when he realized it was just a nightmare.

When the morning came, Luna woke up without Derek and decided to teleport to him. When she got to Derek, he was leaning against a table, thinking. "Hey" Luna smiled. "Hey, I need to talk to you" Derek said, turning to the window. Luna looked at him confused. "Go ahead."

He sighed. "It's just not gonna work with us" he admitted. Luna looked at him.

"What?!" exclaimed DeLu chairwoman and Stiles. "Derek Samuel Hale, how dare you?!" cried Cora. ​​"I don't know her yet, but she's a wonderful young woman! How can you get together with her and then break up with her?!"

"Guys?!" Luna exclaimed. "Don't worry, baby. I'll console you" Laura said, stroking her back. "We weren't even together!" Derek defended himself angrily. "Then why is it showing?!" Cora asked. "Guys?!" Luna tried again and groaned in frustration.

Suddenly they heard a whistle and turned to Eli. "Mom, want to say something" the boy said. "Thank you, sweetie" Luna replied, smiling, turning to everyone. "He didn't break up with me because we weren't together" she began. Noticing that someone wanted to say something, she added, "He couldn't break up with me because that was a vision and not reality."

Everyone looked at Albus, who just nodded. The other said, "Ahh."

Zoe smacked Derek on the back of the head. "Ouch!" he cried, glaring at her. "How dare you break up with her in a vision?!" Zoe shouted angrily. Derek could only roll his eyes, knowing that no matter what he said, it wouldn't make things better.

"Derek, listen. I know what you've been through...but this between us is something completely different. What we have is real" Luna started to say. But Derek started to get angry and said, "No, you don't understand, okay? I can't do this!"

"Derek. Hey, calm down. Don't do anything you'll regret later" Luna said in a calm but strong voice. "You mean when I fell in love with you and we got together?! Yes, that was a mistake too, and I regret it a lot!" he exclaimed. Luna gasped briefly.

Everyone in the room fell silent.

When Derek realized what he had said and saw the look on Luna's face, he wanted to take it back. "Luna, I..." but was interrupted by Luna. "No, you know what? You're right. Why would a big Alpha like you want to be with a little witch like me? I mean, you have your power as an Alpha now, what you always wanted, so why do you need a witch as a girlfriend? And I thought I knew you" Luna said in a cold emotionless voice that was not used to her and meant to hide her vulnerability.

"Luna, please let me explain" Derek began. "No, you know what? You said it yourself that it's just not gonna work with us. So you don't have to explain anything to me" Luna said at the end and went out to teleport home before Derek could say anything.

Derek leaned on the table. He became angry and smash the table, which broke into two pieces.

When Luna arrived home, she ran to her room, not realizing that Tonks was there and was following her. "Cuz?" Tonks asked her cousin. Luna was lying on the bed, sobbing. Tonks went to the girl and held her in her arms. At that moment, Luna could no longer control herself and cried in Tonks' arms because her heart had been broken.

Vision end

Luna woke up from the vision, looked around and realized she was in a hospital room. She lay back down, knowing that it would be best for both of them if they didn't get together at that moment.

"Wait, we could have been together if you didn't have the vision?" Derek asked, looking at the black-haired girl next to him, who was quite quiet and playing nervously with her hands. "I...I'm sorry" she just mumbled.

"Why did you let a vision decide our future?!" Derek asked angrily. Luna looked at him angrily. "Why? Why?! Because my visions ALWAYS come true! I've seen so many people I loved who would have been killed if I hadn't stopped it! One of them would have been my father!" Luna began and pointed at Sirius while everyone looked at him. "She's right" Sirius just muttered.

"So, forgive me if I give more credence to my visions! But if you want to keep getting upset, go ahead, but without me!" Luna said and stood up to sit next to Stiles, who was rubbing her back. Derek sighed and let out his pent-up anger. Lydia, Zoe and Allison looked at each other. "DeLu is arguing. Do you think we can fix this?" Allison whispered worriedly. "We have to, there's no question about that" Zoe whispered back, while Lydia nodded in agreement.

"Poppy" Marie began as she saw the witch approaching. "How is she?" Derek asked quickly. "She's fine. She's resting at the moment, so don't worry" Poppy replied with a smile. The Blacks were still talking to the witch while Derek breathed out a calming breath and leaned against the wall.

"I told Peter he won't die by my hand" Derek heard a familiar voice and looked up. He saw his living uncle Marco. "Uncle Marco?" he asked, walking towards him. "The one and only" grinned Marco, and they both hugged and let out a sigh of relief.

"Um... you have to let go sometimes, buddy" Marco said when he noticed that Derek's arms were still around him. "Shut up. I thought you were dead, so give me time" Derek just mumbled. Marco smiled and wrapped his own arms around him again.

"Who knew Derek could have a soft side?" Stiles asked, grinning as Derek and Luna stole glances at each other.

They both broke away from the long embrace and Marco grinned. "Welcome to the Alpha club, nephew" the Alpha congratulated the new Alpha. Derek smiled and said, "Thank you, I appreciate it."

"Well, since it's a peaceful time right now, maybe I should tell you that I have kids" Marco began, and Derek looked at him in surprise. "Kids? Really?"

Marco nodded and smiled. "Yes, do you remember the woman I loved and married?" Marco asked. "Sure, you could only speak of your love for that woman" Derek grinned. Marco cleared his throat. "Exactly. Well, it turned out that she was pregnant with my children" Marco began. "When was that?" Derek asked, trying to calculate. "Well, before I left Beacon Hills, I went to her again to say goodbye. But things turned out differently than expected and we fell on each other. A few years later, when I came back, I found out about my twins" he finished.

"Wait...twins?" Derek asked, wondering how much of a coincidence that could be. "Who was the woman you married? Because you never mentioned her name?" Derek continued.

Before Marco could answer him, he was interrupted. "Hey, Dad!" Zoe called out, smiling, walking over to the two Alphas. When she noticed Derek, she smiled even more. "Oh, Derek, you met my Dad" Zoe mentioned. "Wait, Dad?" Derek asked in shock, looking at Marco, who just smiled. "Yep, my Dad is an Alpha. Remember" Zoe said, smiling.

"Surprise" Marco said to his nephew, smiling. "Surprise?" Zoe asked, confused. "It really is a surprise" Derek muttered to himself.

"Ah, Scott, great timing!" Zoe called as Scott came to her. "Dad met Derek" she added. Derek sighed, because it was no longer a coincidence. "Well, twins, I want to confess something to you" Marco confessed, looking at his children.

"We are not priests, but I could almost become one" Zoe replied with a grin.

Zoe groaned in frustration and asked angrily, "Why am I hinting that I'm going to remain a virgin forever?!"

"That's a good thing" Marco replied, grinning. "Well" Laura T. began. Zoe pricked up her ears and looked at her. "Well? What does 'well' mean?" she asked, smiling. "You're going to have a husband, so you won't remain a virgin" Diana continued. "When will that happen?!" Zoe asked, still smiling. "We're not allowed to say" Eli added, shrugging his shoulders, which made Zoe grunt.

"I know who you're going to be with" a voice rang out in the room, and everyone looked at a boy. "Who are you?" Zoe asked, not recognizing him. "Oh, yeah, sry, I'm Liam, Liam Dunbar" he introduced himself briefly. "We've known each other in my time" he explained with a smile.

"You're as cute as a puppy" Zoe admitted with a smile. "You always call me that" Liam replied, rolling his eyes.

"I had two younger brothers. The youngest, Sammy, Sam. He was the puppy of the three of us. Almost like you, Scott. He was single and studying law. The middle one, Keith. He got married and had three children with his wife" he began. "But they're all dead, except for your cousin. He's the only one still alive" he added.

"Cool, we have a cousin!" Zoe said excitedly. "Are we going to meet him too?"

"You may already know him, because my brother took his wife's name. My sister-in-law's name was Talia Hale" he began. "Wait, Hale?" Scott asked. "Exactly! Laura, Derek and Cora were their children. Derek is your cousin" Marco finished nervously.

"What?!" the twins asked, looking at Derek. Scott had a horrified expression on his face, while Zoe had a smiling one.

"Cool, we're related to Derek!" Zoe said excitedly and smiled. "I can't believe we're related to him!" Scott replied frustrated.

"Wow, two different reactions. Do I want to know what happened?" asked Marco. "No" said Derek, Zoe and Scott at the same time.

"So there are you guys" a female voice called out as she approached them. "Mom" the twins began nervously. "Did I miss something?" Melissa asked, looking back and forth between Derek, her children, and Marco.

"Well, I introduced the twins to their cousin" Marco explained with a smile. Melissa looked at Derek and smiled. "Ah, right. You must be Derek. I'm Melissa" she introduced herself. "Um... nice to meet you, Mrs. Bennett? McCall?" Derek said and wanted to shake her hand, but Melissa hugged him. Derek tensed slightly, but slowly returned the hug.

"Don't worry, I didn't believe a word Scott said when he said you were a mass murderer. And please call me Melissa. I mean, we're a family" Melissa said, smiling and slowly pulling away from the hug. "Of course, Melissa. Why didn't you believe him?" Derek asked. "He's not really a good liar" she simply replied.

"So, Derek, I want to know something from you. Do you go crazy during the full moon, like my kids and Marco?" Melissa asked. "Well, crazy is a harsh word. You can control it if you have the will" Derek explained, thinking that she knew about werewolves. "Hm. So you go crazy in some way too. Is it from your mother's side or your father's side?" Melissa continued.

"From both sides. I was born that way, and sure, when it's really hard, you can lose control-" Derek began, but was interrupted by Marco, who put a hand over Derek's mouth. "Exactly, you can lose control by passing out because it becomes too exhausting" he added to his nephew, while Derek looked at him confused. "Could you excuse us for a moment?" Marco asked as he pulled Derek along, leaving a confused Melissa with her children.

"So, you didn't want to tell me during this time?" Melissa asked, looking at her husband. "I guess I was hoping to be able to continue to protect you" Marco admitted, shrugging his shoulders.

"See, I wanted to tell you somehow" said Derek. "That's why you're my favorite nephew" replied Melissa with a smile. Derek grinned contentedly. "He knows he's her only nephew, doesn't he?" Sam whispered to Marco and Melissa. "Oh, let him have his joy" whispered Melissa with a smile.

"Pass out? What?" Derek asked his uncle, confused, as Marco took his hand away from his mouth. "Listen. Melissa is a human and doesn't know that I'm a werewolf. She thinks that Zoe has headaches and insomnia during the full moon, which she obviously gets from me. But that's all she knows, so I ask you to leave it that way for now" Marco explained, and Derek just nodded. The two went back to Melissa and the twins.

"Derek, I was wondering if you wanted to live with us" Melissa said, smiling. "Yes!" Zoe exclaimed. "No!" Scott exclaimed at the same time.

"You're twins, but you couldn't be more different" Melissa said with a smile.

Derek cleared his throat briefly. "Thanks for the offer, but I have to refuse" he replied. "Okay, but I think your uncle wouldn't let you sleep in a hotel or anywhere else" the mother said, looking at Marco. "Oh, right. You can have my house outside of Beacon Hills" he said to his nephew.

"You have a house outside of Beacon Hills?!" everyone who didn't know him asked in shock. "Not just outside of Beacon Hills" the eldest Bennett admitted with a grin.

"You have a house outside of Beacon Hills?!" the twins asked, shocked. "Yes" the eldest Bennett replied, shrugging his shoulders and grinning.

"Thanks, but I already have a place to stay. I'll be fine" Derek replied, smiling. "I'm not worried that you'll be fine" Marco replied, smiling. "Okay, but once a month you'll have dinner with us" Melissa began, noticing Scott's objections. "There are no objections, and everyone will be there for the dinner. After all, I want to get to know my nephew better" she added sternly, while everyone nodded.

"You really want us to pretend to be a happy family, Mom?" Scott asked angrily, while Melissa rolled her eyes. "Well, in my time, you won't just be pretending, you'll be a happy family" Liam said, smiling. "Uhh, I'm looking forward to it" Zoe said, grinning.

The next day, Scott and Stiles went to Beacon Hills Hospital and sneaked into Lydia's room.

"Shut the door" Scott ordered Stiles, who did as he was told. But the door squeaked loudly, causing Scott to shake his head before he and Stiles went to Lydia, who was still unconscious.

"You know what, I'm not even going to ask" Lydia said, looking at the boys. "It's a wise choice" Stiles replied, smiling.

"Oh, God..." Scott said with wide eyes and looked at the bite mark Peter had left on Lydia.

"What? Is it completely healed?" Stiles asked worriedly.

"No...not at all..." said Scott, shaking his head.

"I don't get it. The doctor said she'd be fine" Stiles said confused, making Scott nod.

"Yeah, but the bite's not healing like it did with me. Which means..." Scott began. "She's not a werewolf" a female voice said from behind the boys, making them jump and see Zoe. "Hey, boys" said Luna, who was also in the room and sitting on an armchair.

"Aww, you guys came" Lydia said to the two girls. "We've got your back, Lydia" Luna said, smiling.

"What are you doing here?" Scott asked. "She's our best friend. Where do you think we would be if not here?" Zoe replied, looking at him in disbelief.

"Luna, how are you?" Stiles asked worriedly. "I'm fine, Stiles, thanks for asking. I haven't been released myself yet, but Poppy has allowed me to go to Lydia's" Luna replied with a smile.

Luna was in her room at the hospital, packing her things to go home. What she didn't know was that it was just the beginning in Beacon Hills and that many challenges would lie ahead for her and the others.

"That's not a good sign" Marie said worriedly, while the others agreed with her.
