Nora's POV

A few weeks passed since the night I spent at Ray's home. At work we spent every moment together and we were happy but I was keeping feeling that he was hiding something from me.

-When are you going to stop to do that?- my father asked one day at dinner.
-What?-.

-Your job. You don't need it- he said.
-Why not? I'm trying to do something to spend time- I said.
-Like that man?-.

I looked at him: how could he know that?
-I know that you see a man at work- he continued -You have to stop to see him-.

Ok, now I was very angry. He couldn't decide everything about my life!
-No, I'm not going to do that-.
-I order you to stop seeing him or...- he said.

-What?! Will you kill him like you did with Ryan?!- I yelled at him.

I stood up and walked towards the door: I wasn't going to spend another second in that house.
-Nora! Nora come here!- my father said, he was very angry.

I didn't listen to him and kept walking.
-Nora! Please!- this time it was my mum, who was worried.
I turned to them.

-I can't live anymore with a killer- I said and went to my car.

-How dare you?!- my father yelled and ran towards me.

I turned on the car and started driving: there was only one place where I could go.

-What are you doing here?- Ray asked when I arrived at his home.
I didn't amswer, I just started crying hugging him.

-My father... He doesn't want me to see you...- I started crying even more loud -I... I don't want to go back in that house-.

He hugged me softly and let me cry.
-It's ok, you're here with me and I'll never leave you- he said.

We stayed in that position for some minutes, until my stomach made a noise: I didn't eat at dinner.

-Are you hungry?- he said.
-Maybe a little- I answered.

He smiled and went to the kitchen. I followed him and saw that he was cooking something in the oven.
-I was prepearing dinner, you want some?-.

I nodded and sat at the table.
-I didn't know you can cook- I said.
-Well I'm not very good in cooking actually- he said.

We started eating but suddenly someone knocked at the door.
Ray opened the door: there was a man, quite tall and big.

-Hey Oliver!- Ray said smiling.
They went towards me and I smiled.
-I didn't know you were dating someone- he said to Ray.

-Oh we're not dating!- Ray said.
-Hi, I'm Oliver Queen- he said shaking my hand.
-Nora Darhk-.

Oliver froze. Why was he looking at me in that way?
-Darhk? In your house?! Are you crazy?!- Oliver said.

-Why? You don't know if she's linked with her father's crimes!-.

I stood up and approached him.
-I'm not like my father, I've never been. And if you need help to stop him count on me- I said.

-I don't trust you- Oliver said to me -And you be careful, she is a witch too, like her father-.
Then Oliver left and Ray looked confused at me.

-What does he mean?- he asked.
I sighed.
-I have powers, like my dad. I'm sorry, I would have told you later- I said.

-It's ok, you don't have to tell me everything, we know only for a few months- he said.

-But you already kissed me, even if we know since a few months- I said smiling.

He smiled too and gave me a kiss.
I hugged him without stop the kiss and it lasted until my stomach made another sound.

-Dinner?- Ray asked and I nodded.
We both laughed.
