"The plan is in motion Zayla we are

"Look Miss Harriet I understand but it has been over four hours now. Way longer than what we had agreed on. She is resisting me and I can't force her to come out. Listen I really wish she would come here to talk to you but I'm new at this and not powerful enough to force them here whenever I wish."
The woman named Miss Harriet looked at Zenithar in rage. "I don't believe that for one second. You are a fake. I wasted four hours of my time trying to talk to my daughter. Unbelievable." Zenithar was getting annoyed at her client. "I didn't want to spend four hours in here with you either. I'm sorry Vivien hasn't come but she is a powerful ghost and I am not able to summon them whenever I wish, that's not how mediums work." At this point Zenithar was hovering off the ground with a strange aura around her. "You are welcome to make another appointment later on in the week if you can be at least a bit appreciative of how hard I am trying. This is difficult for me as I am still in training. Now please leave."
Miss Harriet didn't waste a second getting out of there and once she did Zenithar lowered herself to the ground. She sighed looking at the mess of her office from her outburst. As she was tidying, a knock sounded and her mother walked in. "Dear are you okay? Miss Harriet ran straight out of the house and I wanted to know what happened." The apprentice medium sat at her clittered desk, "Her daughter, Vivien was resisting my calls so I couldn't summon her here which was really annoying her so she got mad at me claiming I was a fake. Then I got angry and I might of scared her off with my witches aura."
"Maybe you should take next week off. You've been getting more and more agitated at clients recently. Most off them get scared by your aura." Zenithar nodded, she was probably right. Her mother always was. "Reschedule all my appointments next week except for the Lovell's tomorrow, unless its something urgent I shall take a week off." Zenithar's mother nodded and left. Maybe a break is just what she needed.
"Mum I'm going to see Rowan, be back soon." She closed the door behind her and pulled her jacket close. It was getting really chilly but that's the problem when you live in England. The walk to Mystic Moon, Rowan's shop was not that far from Zenithar's little cottage so she soon arrived at the quirky cabin. As she stepped through the door, a little bell chimed signaling to the owner that a customer had arrived. "Welcome Zenithar. It's nice to see you again so soon." Rowan didn't even have to look up from what he was writing. "So," he said finally looking up, "What did you need?" Zenithar walked closer to the counter. "Can you help to train me with summoning ghosts that try to resist your calls?" Rowan thought for a moment, his green eyes closed in concentration. "Well, how many aquamarine stones do you have? They help inhance psychic powers as does azurite." Zenithar looked around d the shop and picked up an aquamarine necklace and placed it on the counter. "I'll take this then. I've got an azurite ring at home so this'll do. Thanks Rowan." The shopkeeper waved her goodbye as she left.
She hadn't taken long in her mentors shop yet the temperature had definitely dropped a lot since she had entered. Zenithar thought it was suspicious but chalked it up to British weather and its unpredictability. Her walk home took a lot quicker as she was desperate to get indoors where she would be warm.
Zenithar was in her room fixing one of her favourite charms which had detached from it's bracelet when she heard a small giggle from behind her. Cassey was standing behind her, her hands gripping the bottom of her yellow dress looking down. Zenithar smiled at the girls cute nature, "What's got you so happy then Cass?" Cassey looked up and her smile got impossibly wider. "I saw my brother drawing a picture of me and him. He's such a good artist, I miss him." Her smile dimmed a bit as she said that last part but shook her head and spoke again, "Will they be able to see me tomorrow?" Zenithar thought for a moment then smiled. "I think so, I'll have to get some special preparations done but I think I can do that." Cassey laughed then hugged the medium, "Thank you." Zenithar hugged the small girl back. They pull back and Cassey left promising to return for their appointment tomorrow.
