When Alec woke it was still dark out, and he was still laying on his back in the middle of the park. He sat up. He knew he couldn't have been out long if it was still dark out. When Sami put those memories in his mind, it just made him weak, it didn't hurt him cause he was perfectly fine.

Then everything Sami had said rushed to his mind and his eyes went wide. Sami was Evan's brother. It all made sense now as to why he wanted vengeance. He wants to get back at them for killing Evan. Alec had to go warn the others.

He managed to get to his feet with ease, and took off for the Institute.

( Back at the Institute.)

" Magnus no." Says Jace.

Magnus was walking towards the door to go out and find Alec. It was five in the morning and Alec had yet to show up. " I'm going Jace."

He ignored Jace's protests against him going as he walked towards the door. Then a hand was on his shoulder and he was fliped around by the blonde Shadowhunter. " Your not going!" Said Jace calmly.

" Why not huh? Your Parabatai is still out there. He left at nine Jace, NINE!! It's five now. Give me one good reason as to why I can't go get him?!" Shouted Magnus.

" Because, if he's still there talking to that guy and you walk up it could put your life in danger of his." Says Jace.

" He could be hurt Jace."

" He's not, I would feel it."

Magnus grabed Jace's hand and sent a bad shock through it causing Jace to cry out in pain, he then let go and Jace jerked his hand back. Magnus glared at him angrily before turning and walking for the door again. " I don't care Jace, I'm going and that's final."

" NO ITS NOT!!" Yelled Jace. He grabed Magnus's arm, and before Magnus knew what was happening his back slammed into the wall on the opposite side of the room. Jace had shoved him hard. Magnus was now furious. " I'm not Leting you out your life and Alec's life in danger."

Sparks flickered in Magnus's hands as they glowed blue. " It's not puting his life in danger of he's already in it." Spat Magnus.

" Well what about your life?!" Says Jace.

" I don't care about puting my life in danger, I just want to make sure Alexander is ok."

" He's fine ok. If anyone can tell its me, and right now I don't feel anything, and my Parabatai rune is still there. Plus he hasn't used the thing you have him if he needed to call you for help. He's fine. Your not going anywhere."

Magnus sighed and the sparks were gone. " Fine I won't go." Says Magnus. Jace sighed and relaxed.

" Thank you." Says Jace.

Magnus nodded and sat down with Jace. " Sorry about shoving you into the wall by the way." Says Jace.

" Sorry for shocking your hand." Says Magnus.

Jace just nodded. Then Magnus suggested something. " What if we both went?" Says Magnus.

Jace just glared. Magnus put his hands up in surrender. " Sorry, just a suggestion." Says Magnus. Jace nodded and looked away. " But still... "

Jace looked at him again and was about to say something when suddenly someone burst through the front door looking frantically for someone. It was Alec.

Magnus and Jace stood up fast. " ALEC!!" They yelled at the same time.

Alec looked and spotted them. There was sorry and panic plastered all over his face, and coating his stunning blue eyes. " Get Izzy, Simon, and Clary here now, hurry." Is all he said, running a hand trough his raven hair.

His chest was heaving, meaning he ran all the way here. While Jace took off to get the others, Magnus walked up to him. " Alexander, what's wrong." Says Magnus.

Alec looked him in the eyes and said. " I'll tell you in a minute, I need to tell you all at once."

Magnus nodded and soon sveryone was siting down. " So who was this guy?" Says Isabelle.

" His name is Sami." Says Alec.

" He can't be that dangerous." Says Jace.

Alec just kept shaking his head. " No no no no no, you don't understand." Says Alec.

" Don't understand what?" Says Magnus.

" He's a Warlock Magnus." Says Alec.

" So, we took care of Evan, we can handle another Warlock." Says Jace. The others nodded.

Alec shook his head again. " No, Sami's not like Evan, he's worse, much worse."

" How is he worse then Evan?" Says Simon.

Alec looked at all ten. " Because he's Evan's brother."

Everyone's jaw droped. " WHAT?!!" They yelled.
