The next morning they were getting ready to leave for Idris.

" So we go into Idris and go to the Clave building?" Says Isabelle.

" Yes. I will go ahead you and walk straight into the Clave meeting room to distract Evan while you guys come around and ambush him while he's distracted and kill him." Says Sami.

They all nodded in understanding. " We will leave around noon, so be ready." Says Magnus. Everyone nodded again.

Jocelyn and Luke had come with them when they left Luke's place. Magnus walked up to them. " You guys don't have to come you know." Says Magnus.

" We know we don't Magnus, but the fate of the world is at stake. We must fight along. Both of us." Says Jocelyn. Luke nodded.

" Very well." Says Magnus smiling.

Sami was ready to go, but tapping his foot nervously. After a bit it was 5 minutes till noon.

Magnus walked up and created a portal. " You guys ready?"

A chorus of yes filled the room and everybody stood up. Once the clock struck noon everyone jumped through the portal and were gone.

When they arrived, they were by Jia's house. They quickly ran behind it to stay hidden.

" Everyone here?" Says Magnus. Everyone whispered yes.

" Ok, in ten minutes I'm going on ahead to confront Evan. You guys come ten minutes later. Ok?" Says Sami.

They nodded. After 7 minutes Catarina walked up to Sami. " Are you sure you can do this?"

Sami gave her a smile. " Yes, I can do this. I know how hard it will be, but I'm ready."

She smiled. " Ok."

" Stay safe Sami." Says Isabelle.

Sami smiled at them. It was now time for him to leave. " I'll try my best."

He then turned and took a deep breath before he left for the Clave building alone. They watched him leave.

" I hope he'll be ok." Says Isabelle.

" I hope so too." Says Catarina. The others nodded.

They waited ten minutes before they took off for the Clave building as well.

( Back with Sami.)

Sami was now sneaking around the Clave building. He wasn't afraid to admit he was scared to do this alone.

The truth though was he wasn't scared, he was terrified of confronting Evan by himself. For fear of what Evan would do.

He checked around the halls before he took off down another. He the. Heard someone coming and bolted into a room, not realizing what room it was.

He slammed the door closed and waited till the foot steps were gone. Sami sighed in relief, but it didn't last long.

A laughed echoed through the room. A insane laugh he knew all to well. Sami swallowed a lump of fear that had formed in his throat.

He turned and stared right into the red eyes of his brother. " So glad you came back Sami, we have so much to talk about."

( Back with Alec.)

They made it to the back of the Clave building and Magnus made a portal for them. They appeared inside at a room somewhere in the back. No one was there thankfully.

" Ok let's start towards the Clave meeting room, that's where they'll be." Says Jace.

They nod and all start towards the door to the room. They were carefully walking down the halls when they heard footsteps coming.

They hid in another room and Alec peeked his head out to see who or what it was. He then gasped. " Guys, its mom and dad." Says Alec.

" We have to snap them out of this mind control spell." Say Isabelle.

" Jace had been controlled by the spell once and I snapped him out of it." Says Alec.

" How did you do that?" Asks Tessa.

" He head butted me, then slammed my head into the ground real hard." Says Jace.

They looked at Alec shocked. " What? He was trying to stab my face with a dagger, so I did what I had to do." Says Alec.

They nodded. " So we need to hit our parents in the head real hard to snap them out of mind control?" Says Isabelle.

" Yes." Says Alec.

" Wait, there's no need to hit their heads. There's three Warlocks here. If you guys can hold them down, then we can use our powers to snap them out of it." Says Magnus.

" Your right. Oh and Jia's coming down the hall now as well." Says Isabelle.

" Perfect. Let's do this thing." Says Jace.

They agreed. Once their parents and Jia were close enough Alec, Isabelle, Jace, Simon, Clary, Jocelyn, and Luke left the room into the hall, directly in front of the other three.

The three stopped in mid step. They expected them to bring out daggers or seraph blades, but instead their hands started glowing the same color as their eyes. Evan had given them power.

They stared shooting blasts of power at them. " DIVE!!!" Yelled Jace, and that's exactly what they did.

The blasts flew right passed them. They then pounced at them. Luke kept from changing as they fought. Blasts of power flew everywhere while Alec and the others were dodging and trying to tackle them and hold them down for Magnus, Tessa, and Catarina to help them.

Jace and Isabelle tackled Jia and held her down. " MAGNUS NOW!!!" Screamed Jace.

Magnus ran out from in the room and straight towards them. He got down and put his glowing blue hands to Jia's temples and concentrated. She was trying as hard as she could to fight, but they wouldn't budge. Finally the glowing blue left her eyes. She blinked a few times. " Magnus, Jace, Isabelle? What's going on?"

Her eyes then went wide as she saw Robert right by Jace. " JACE LOOK OUT!!" But it was to late. Robert hit Jace in the chest with a huge blast of power sending him flying.

" JACE!!" Yelled Clary, Isabelle and Alec.

Jace slammed hard into a wall, cried out and fell to the ground, he slowly got to his feet and looked around to see Alec had tackled Robert as was holding him down on his own, fueled by anger. Robert tried hard to fight but nothing worked.

They were shocked at first. Just when Magnus started for them, Robert stared to brake free of his hold, it was very hard to hold him down now. " Sorry dad." Says Alec.

He had no choice now and he couldn't wait any longer for Magnus, Catarina, or Tessa. He then grabbed the back of Robert's head and slammed his head into the ground making him go limp. The glowing blue left his eyes after a second, he blinked a few times and looked around before his eyes settled on Alec. " Alec?" He said weakly.

Alec sighed and got up off of Robert and helped him to his feet. All that was left was their mom, Robert spotted her. So did Jia.

They were about to go after her when They saw a huge blast of red power come from the Clave meeting room that wasn't that far away. " Magnus, Alec. Go ahead and help Sami! GO!!" Yelled Catarina.

" Help Sami?" Says Robert and Jia.

" I'll explain everything soon, help us with her first." Says Jace.

They nodded. " What are you waiting for, Go go go!!" Yelled Catarina.

They nodded and took off for the room, to help Sami cause everyone knows he needs it. Now the real fight begins.
