" SAMI?!"

Everyone bolted up at the sound of that name. " That can't be Sami." Says Isabelle.

" Why would Evan put his own brother in a cell?" Yelled Jace.

While everyone was talking, Magnus looked over Alec's shoulders and looked through the window at the face staring back at them.

" So it's true. What are you doing in a cell?" Says Magnus.

" Evan turned on me." Says Sami.

Jace looked at Sami through the window as well. " Well we kinda gathered that by the fact he put you in the cell. Our question is why?" Says Jace.

Sami didn't answer. Instead he went to the other side of the room and sat against the wall. " Wait, are you limping?" Asked Alec.

" After what I've done to you, how could you possibly care?" Says Sami.

Alec didn't answer. Sami just sighed and started to check his wound. Alec looked back at the others. " That's it, Evan's truly gone insane." Says Alec.

" As if he wasn't insane before." Says Jace.

" Last time he wasn't this insane." Says Alec.

" Then how insane was he when he kidnapped us the first time?" Says Jace.

" Guys now is not the time to argue about this. We need to figure out a way to get out of here." Says Isabelle. 

" Fine Izzy, if you have a plan tell us." Says Jace.

Isabelle never answered. They say back down. Magnus and Jace helped Alec to sit back down. They sat there in silence for a while. 

Alec could hear Sami pacing the cell he was in. After a long while of hearing footsteps from his pacing Jace got angry. " Hey, will you stop it with the pacing?!!" Yelled Jace.

The pacing then did stop. Sami's face appeared at the bars again. " Ok, I'll tell you why Evan turned on me." He said.

They looked at each other then back at him. " Ok." Says Alec.

" He was geting to strong, he killed a Shadowhunter in town for power. Evan found out I made a plan against him to take away some of his power while he sleeps so he won't become so powerfull, he found out from my only worker named Emily. Then he killed her and room her powers. He attacked me and took some of my powers and put me in here. That is why I'm here, cause I made a stupid plan against him." Says Sami.

" I understand why you would do make a plan like that. Did you say some of your powers?" Says Alec.

" Yeah, I have a good bit of it left, but not enough to get out of here or beat Evan. I healed my leg." Says Sami. Alec nodded. Sami noticed he hadn't moved from the ground in a long time. " Your still hurt from breaking through that wall aren't you?"

Alec nodded. Sami aimed his hand at Alec through the bars and concentrated. A blue ring of power went all around Alec's body. Alec cried out as he felt his broke rib inside his body moved. " What are you doing to him?!"yelled Jace.

" He's healing Alexander, Jace." Says Magnus.

" Why?" Says Jace.

The pain left Alec's body. After a bit Sami lowered his hand. " There, you are now healed. Is anyone else hurt?"

Alec's eyes shifted to Magnus, who had claimed he had been hurt my the explosion as well. Sami noticed. " Oh right you don't have enough magic to heal yourself." Says Sami. 

He concentrated one more time and the same ring appeared around Magnus. Once he was done healing him, his hand droped to him side. " There you are now both healed." Says Sami.

" Uh Thanks, but I have one question. Why did you heal us?" Says Alec.

" Cause I did." Says Sami. He turned and walked to the other side of his cell. Alec looked at Jace with a confused look. He just shrugged. Everyone just sat back down and started talking.

After a while Sami looked through the bars and saw the boys were fighting to stay awake. The girls had already fallen asleep.

" Go to sleep, it will do you no good to be drop dead tierd when Evan returns." Says Sami.

Magnus looked at them. " He's right. You guys need sleep. I'll stay awake and wake you if I needy you."

They looked like they wanted to argue but were to tierd to. The laid down and fell asleep. Magnus waited about five minutes before he spoke. " Why do you want them asleep?" Says Magnus.

" I've been reading their minds. After the memories I have shown Alexander, I know he's told them. They all want to know why Evan still went through with his plan. So while they were asleep, I was going to show them the memory that will answer their questions." Says Sami.

Magnus looked skeptical about it.  " I'll show you to if you want?" Says Sami.

Magnus nodded. " Fine, go ahead and show us, but you better not do anything besides showing us that memory." Says Magnus.

Sami nodded. " Don't worry, I wont." He concentrated and a ring of blue spread across the room. Magnus started to get dizzy, he slowly laid down and the last thing he saw was Sami still concentrating on showing them the memory.

Sami hadn't heard from Evan since their meeting in the alley. He Really hoped that Evan hadn't gone through with the plan anyway. He hoped that Evan was ok.

 " Long time no see Huh brother."  Says a voice from behind Sami.

Sami gasped and turned around to look at who had spoken. " Evan, thank goodness your ok. I thought you had gone through with the plan without me Anyway." Says Sami.

"  I did." Says Evan.

Sami froze. " What did you say?" Says Sami.

" I said, I've already done part of my plan."

" Your plan?" 

" Yes my plan. I took your idea and changed it. Instead of geting enough power first. I Have kidnapped Alexander Lightwood and his Parabatai."

Sami was now shaking in rage. " You kidnapped them. How on earth am I going to get those spells from Magnus Bane now?!!" Yelled Sami.

" Don't worry, I plan on using the Lightwood boys Parabatai as a incentive and threaten to kill him in order to get Alexander to talk Magnus Bane into helping me with the mind control spell. Once that happens were going to control everyone, and if he refuses I will threaten to kill the Lightwood boy. Then after we are in control of everything you will help me control Magnus, then you can get him to get those spells for you. See everything works out." Says Evan.

" Evan, were supposed to do it MY way. It's the only way that will work. If you keep on with this one you'll die Evan. YOU'LL DIE!!!" Yelled Sami.

" No I wont. I promise you, I will come out of this alive. I swear to you that." Says Evan.

" You had better be right Evan. I can't do this all by myself if you die." Says Sami.

Evan chuckled. " I won't die Sami. My plan will work better ok. I wont die." Says Evan.

Sami looked at him with a look that said he didn't believe him. He asked something different instead. " How did you kidnap those two?" Says Sami.

" I was already in the Institute spying on Alec on the training room. He was singing some stupid song while he trained and his Parabatai was watching from the door video taping it. After that I saw them talking and training together and figured out they were Parabatai's, I had brought a couple guys with me that I mind controlled and we used a cloth to knock them out. I then left with them and the ones I brought with me, and we left in a demon powered truck. They were tied up and Alexander woke. I told him some stuff and knocked him out with a pipe. He has yet to wake, but when he does I can put this plan into action." Says Evan.

" Fine, you can continue with this plan, but if you need any help, please ask me ok?" Says Sami.

" Will do bro, will do." Says Evan.

" Well I hate to say it, but I got work to do." Says Sami.

Evan nodded. " Very well, see you soon brother when I have full control." Says Evan, and with that he backed up and was gone.

After he was done showing them the memory, he looked away. Magnus woke first, then the others. " I had the weirdest dream." Says Clary.

" We're Evan and Sami in it?" Asked Magnus.

Everyone looked at him and nodded. " Sami showed us a memory as we slept." Says Magnus.

" Evan thought his plan would work better then mine. He thought his would get him in control faster, but all it did was get him killed." Says Sami.

" Thank you for showing that to us." Says Magnus.

" Yeah, whatever. Just go to sleep now. We all need rest. If you have any more questions, ask me when I wake." Says Sami. He then walked to the other side of his cell, laid down and fell asleep.

The other looked at each other, then laid down thinking of nothing but the memory Sami showed them for a while before they finally fell asleep.
