Alec woke early in the morning, like really early.  He felt a presence next to him and looked to see Magnus there asleep next to him. He must have come at some point in the middle of the night.

Alec carefully got up out of the bed and made his way downstairs to grab a small bite to eat and make coffee. Today was going to be a very busy day, so Alec needs to make sure he gets a lot of caffeine in order to stay awake and alert all day.

Alec had to admit, he had been scared of falling asleep knowing Evan was alive again. Mostly because he was afraid that both Sami and Evan would visit him in his sleep. Every time that happened it was bad.

" What are you doing up so early?" Says a voice behind him.

Alec didn't look back to know who it was. He just continued to get his food. " Good morning Jace." Says Alec completely dodging the question. Mostly cause he just didn't want to answer it.

" Hey toss me a orange." Says Jace.

Alec grabed a orange out of a huge bowl full on them on the kitchen counter and tossed it behind him, with his good aim he didn't even need to look to see if he made it.

Jace caught it with ease and plopped himself down in a chair at the table. As he peeled the Orange to eat he asked Alec the same question again. " What are you doing up so early? And don't dodge the question this time." 

Alec had made some scrambled eggs and split it into two bowls and put forks in and sat down, sliding one bowl across the table to Jace, who continued to stare at Alec waiting for a answer, but started eating without looking.

Alec had grabed himself a orange as well and started eating that one. Then he finally answered Jace. " I couldn't sleep with all that's been going on these passed couple of days. I'm worried Sami and Evan will go after Magnus and drain his powers and kill him the first time we leave him or let him go somewhere alone." 

Jace held a orange slice in his hand and pointed it at Alec before he popped it on his mouth. " First of all you know very well Sami and Evan will never drain Magnus's powers, Magnus is always protected against bad guys, unless somehow they catch him by suprise, and secondly, I understand you being up and worried about that, but your with all of us here so there's no need to worry about it. So relax and enjoy your food."

Alec smiled and nodded, he then continued eating his food. Once he was done he sat back in his chair and looked at Jace. He was already done. " You eat slow." Says Jace.

Alec gives a slight laugh. " I don't need to be fast eating. I'm in no hurry." Says Alec.

Jace grinned. " I know. Thanks for the food by the way." 

Alec just smiled back. He got up and started puting the dishes in the sink when he heard someone behind him at the door. " Good morning Magnus." Says Alec.

" Good morning Alexander, good to see you up early." Says Magnus walking in and siting down at the table. Alec turned to face him, leaning back against the counter. " You want anything?" Says Alec.

" Some coffee would be nice." Says Magnus.

His voice was still a bit heavy from sleep, Alec knew he definitely needed some caffeine. Alec knew how magnus liked his coffee, he quickly made Magnus's cup of coffee and handed to him, careful not to spill any of it, and of course, being a Shadowhunter and having good reflexes and balance he didn't spill it.

" Thank you Alexander." Alec nodded at him as he thanks him and turned back around towards the stove, and before Magnus knew what Alec was doing there was a plate of eggs in front of him. Magnus looked a tad suprised. Alec grinned.

" I'm not going to have you snap your fingers and poof up a meal that was stolen from another person or restaurant." Says Alec.

Magnus grinned back at him and thanked him for the food and proceeded with eating the food Alec had made him. Not that much later all the others were up and eating. " So what are we going to do first?" Says Isabelle.

" Well first things first, I got to go to my flat with Alec to get my things I need and the Chairman." Says Magnus.

" Ok, so after that?" Says Isabelle.

" Well like we said once before, we're going to hunt down Evan and Sami get to powerful." Says Alec.

" Ok so it's settled. The rest of us will wait here geting ready while you and Magnus go to Magnus's flat to get his cat and stuff." Says Jace.

Alec nodded, and with that they started geting ready to go.

( Back with Sami.) 

Sami's hands glowed blue while Evan's glowed bright red and they used the spell to take the power out of this Warlock.  Sami could feel the power coursing through his veins. He felt so powerfull, he felt unstoppable and he knew Evan felt the same way.

Once they were done Sami turned around. " Take care of that will you?" Says Sami.

Evan laughed and walked closer to the Warlock. Sami didn't need to look to know Evan had killed it. Evan then ran and caught up to Sami. " Brother,  we've killed and taken the power from four vampires, nine werewolfs, about ten fairies, and two puny Warlocks. When are we going to get enough power to take down the demon wards in Idris?" Says Evan.

" We're close brother, very close. You just have to be patient."  Says Sami.

" Sami, these Warlocks are puny and worthless, they barely had enough power. " 

Sami grinned. " I know, by now we have enough energy, speed, strength, and magic power to kill and take the power from the most powerfull Warlock in this city" Says Sami.

Evan's eyes went wide. " You don't mean..." 

" Oh, but I do." Says Sami.

Evan laughed and rubbed his red glowing hands together. " Yes, this is going to be awesome. I can't wait."

Sami just grinned and grabed Evan's arm and they disappeared into thin air.

( Back with Alec.) 

Alec and Magnus were now walking towards Magnus's flat. Magnus was going to feed Chairman while he gathered his stuff.

As soon as they were at the door Magnus unlocked it with his powers cause he didn't want to search for the keys, he then walked in with Alec right behind him.

Even though it was fat times the flat was pitch black. Magnus walked ahead and heard the Chairman meow. He snapped his fingers and the lights turned on. He went to the fridge and brought out some left over chicken and gave it to the cat.  He then smiled in Alec's direction. " Only the best for my Chairman."

Alec gave a small laugh. " Well you better go to the back room and get your stuff. Given all that's going on, I think I'd rather leave as quickly as possible." 

" I agree." Says Magnus, and with that he left for the back room, leaving Alec standing there waiting. After a couple minutes Magnus didn't show. Alec started to get a little worried about Magnus. Then the lights flickered and the bulbs all over the entire flat exploded, leaving nothing but darkness.

Now Alec was worried about Magnus. He started towards the back, then heard a huge crash sound come from Magnus's bed room. " MAGNUS!!" Yelled Alec.

Just before he could take off down the hall, he heard the voice he did not want to hear come from the den only a few steps away from him.

" Hello Alexander. It's good to see you again."

Alec slowly turned around to face the person who's voice that came from, his blood red eyes glared at Alec. Alec's heart started pounded and he could feel the fear all over his entire body, but he didn't let it show. He swallowed hard, then replied.

" Evan?!"
