Hey guyz, I might have been taking a long time to update and stuff. It's because of my ideas. I can't think of anything exciting for this story. Plus, I kinda have been too focused on my current stories. Please understand.

You woke up from your sleep. You turned and saw Ash sleeping beside you. Your lips curled up a smile and whispered, "Good morning, Ash." You sat up and quietly went to the main room where people often discuss plans. You didn't want to wake up Ash right now. He needed a proper sleep. Mahiru's been bugging him all day anyway. He needs to sleep more.

You glanced at the laptop that rested on the table's desk before crawling up to it and opening the gadget. No one was up this morning. It was too early. You couldn't sleep well. Searching for the news in the net, you paused after seeing the fact that seventy people were injuried last night at a museum. Someone snuck in the museum, not only to steal something but destroy everything as well. Half of the museum burned last night. It seemed like purple flames to you.

You blinked and narrowed your eyes at the fire. Suddenly, you realized that something was odd about this arson. "That purple fire.. Why does it seem familiar?" Suddenly, it got you. Aizen's powers are connected with purple aura. This could be his doing.

You sighed and closed the laptop, heading outside to stretch your arms around. You felt the wind russle your hair over your eyes idly. Smiling as you heard the birds tweet, you watched cherry blossom petals fall on the ground. All you could say was that..it was beautiful.

Out of the blue, colorless hue spread around, turning everything into monochrome. Time had stopped for other people while you still remained active. A voice chuckled through the air and you knew exactly who it was.

"Out in the morning too early, huh?" Monochrome sat on a stone, with his cane carried on his shoulder. His eyes were gray this time which made you flinch a bit. You snapped out of your train of thought and intended to spawn your Lead but it ended up failing. You couldn't pull it out. "Don't bother trying to fight with me." Monochrome told you, suddenly right behind you. "I love idle chats."

Having the reaction to kick your legs off backwards, away from him. "Why did you drag me here? Take me back!" You demanded.

At the slightest, he chuckled. "No can do, kiddo." He slithered a smirk as he held his cane on his hands. "Let's have a chat, shall we?"

You furrowed your brows and refused, "Kotowaru."

"I said let's have a chat..!" He clenched his fists, forcefully dragging you to the ground. You were knelt on fours. He didn't even lay a finger on you yet he was able force you to kneel down? "I'm more powerful in this world. Don't bother trying to escape or do anything unnecessary." He continued walking up to you.

All you were able to do was to perk your head up and face him in the eyes. "U-Unnecessary?" You managed to croak out.

He bent down to your eye level and said huskily, "Yeah. Doing something unnecessary is very stupid in a crisis such as this. In other words, you'll die if you try pulling up a trick." He smirked and said to you, "Relax, I'm not gonna hurt you, for now."

"Fine! Let's have an idle chat then!" You gave up, making him chuckle a bit in pleasure of getting what he wants. He snapped his fingers as you were broken out of his repulsion. You sat on a stone as he did too, across you. "What do you want to talk about?"

"You seem to interest me. Let's make a deal."

"Kotowaru." You snapped. You really hated this guy. He doesn't have penitence.

He just laughed instead of facing you seriously. "Do you really hate me that much?"

You blinked and said, "I don't trust you. I've heard about you making deals with others just to get what you want. That's why I won't listen to what you have to say. I'm not interested."

His eyes became serious. "Interested? Don't give me that word. You sound like Melancholy. I don't like that guy. He loved the creator even though he betrayed us. How's about you give me some information and I'll spare your love ones?" He sat up and bent down your eye level.

"Betray?" You dodged the question.

"Shut up and just answer the question."

"I'll pass. My group can protect themselves. They don't need help from somebody as wicked as you." Monochrome reacted curiously at the word: wicked. "People have been sacrificing themselves. They work hard. Humans can get sad, hurt, angered and more. You never care for them because--"

"Useless. I don't know why but whenever it comes to a session where somebody gets hurt, I feel emotionless. I'm..clueless of your human feelings. Tell me..more about the human knowledge."

Wasn't this guy a human before? You thought. Why does he want me to tell him something so ordinary? "I'm not human. In fact, I was never one." He read your mind, literally. "I'm something..you don't understand." His emotionless eyes took a staring in your soul. "A demon. I'm something like Demise but entirely a demon. I don't understand..human feelings. What are they?" He grabbed your chin and insanely grinned. "Is it something I am able to see if I gouge your eyes out? Is it something I am able to see if I tear your chest open?"

You yanked his hands away and snapped, "Don't touch me! You're gross!" He bent himself back straightly and had a mischievous smirk.

"Was that just the emotion of digust?" He stuffed his hands on his pockets and smirked. "I am interested in the human knowledge. Let me learn more from you humans, Howaito.."

You frowned and walked away from him a bit. You can't even leave this world anyway, it's impossible. "You'll learn nothing from me, dumbass." You harshly snarled which caused him to chuckle. "Aren't you feeling things right now? Sadism and anger are emotions."

He stopped laughing and cocked an eyebrow. "Human emotions..are different from demons." He tapped his chin and blankly stared at you. Observing you. "Hm, you don't know, huh? That could be the possibility why you didn't understand Demise." After just one blink, he was already behind you. You squeaked and turned to see his sinister smile. He clamped your shoulders and forcefully placed you to sit on the stone. "You really are clueless. Human emotions can be truly felt while a demon's is emotionless. We only pretend to be happy or feel emotions to make a living. And besides, that is probably why we lack mercy in killing." He smirked and said, "I don't even feel anything right now because I've been walking with death everyday. I accept death and I deal with death. Happiness..is nothing but death to me. Get me?" Your eyes widen and shaken as you watch him leave with the world turning normal again. "Just say the word and we'll make the deal right away. I'll be waiting for you, (y/n)-san~!"

Before he left, leaving you dumbfounded, you managed to croak out, "Y-You.. What are you people?" He glanced at you, lowering his military hat's visor and smirked.

"Demons." He simply replied and returned you back to the world you're born in. Time continued itself and everyone was moving but for you, time stopped. You were traumatized by his words. Walking with death.. This is the other side of demise.. The terrifying one. No. Don't tell me..Rose-chan feels the same thing he feels..

Your legs were faltering. You were unable to move them or stand up. This feeling. It feels terrible. What is this? "(Y/n)! (Y/n)!" You feel someone merely shaking you. You snapped yourself out of your trauma and saw Ash in front of you. "Are you alright? What's happening to you?" His eyes were still lazy but represented sadness.

You heaved out a helpless sigh and replied, "I'm fine. This is nothing." You refused to tell him about Monochrome because if you did, you felt like the demon himself was going to cut you in pieces even though he wasn't there. But you can sense him. He was always there. Always in every shadow, watching the human era with his solemn expression that had hollow, empty eyes. Your mouth was agape out of fear.

"Hey, she doesn't look fine to me.." Lepido stated and earned a nudge on the elbow from Arata who told him to be quiet.

Ash closed his eyes and perked his head down. He took you in his arms and carried you in bridal style. He took you to the Resort after informing Lepido and Arata something. "I'm taking her with me. Don't interfere." He snapped a glare at Arata who frowned in confusion. Why did he hate me so much? was the first question that went into Arata's mind.

After taking you to a room, Ash gently placed you down on a futon mat. "(Y/n).. Can you move?" He asked you which you didn't reply. Your eyes were still shaking in fear. That tensing aura of Monochrome was still there. It scared you. He heaved out a sigh and mumbled, "Guess you can't." He tucked a strand your hair behind your ear and whispered, "Please be safe." He kissed your forehead before leaving.

You were still unable to control yourself. It was a trauma. It was just words, empty and tactful words that came out of that monster's mouth, and it scared you? Was it because of his aura? The tone of his voice? The expression in his eyes? You have never seen or heard something so scary before despite the fact that you've been through since childhood. This is a nightmare.

"Is she..alright?" Demise asked from outside. She was talking to Kuro who just left the room. She had a worried face but her apathetic, sullen eyes were feigning it.

Kuro didn't bother to turn to her. Instead, he whispered, "She's traumatized. She'll get over it.." He left Demise who watched him leave silently.

"Get over it?" She mumbled to herself. "Her body's numb and she's losing control. How can she get over it?" She made a slight peek at the door to see you shaking. Her eyes were sunk and shook merely. "(Y/n).. What's happening to you..?"

Your vision blacked out. That was the worst possible thing that can happen. You couldn't hear anything, you couldn't even hear yourself shiver. The only thing you could hear was a voice. I can't feel anything. I feel nothing. There it goes again. A voice, the same monotous tone from Monochrome. But why is the voice different? Why are the words different? Is this somewhere from the past?

I don't care if you die right now. I don't care if you get hurt. Because I. Want. To. Kill. You. And nothing stops me from doing that. W-Who is this?

I won't forgive you. I'll never forgive you. No matter who says you didn't do it. What do they know? Stop. Stop.They keep on hoping. Hoping that you still love us, but you betrayed us. The voice weakened a bit. Does that mean you hate us? You could feel everything around you becoming cold. Are you..dying?

It's true that I can't feel emotions but..you taught me something new. Rage. The voice toned up itself, becoming a threat. Is this feeling supposed to be normal? Is it normal to have the feelings when you want to kill? Is it normal..for me to have the desire to strangle you right now? This voice had mixed emotions. Hate, sorrow and fear. It was very complicated. What is this?

Is it normal..to have the blood of my siblings defiled in my fingers right now? Is this Monochrome? His voice was slightly echoing. But the voice was still different.

Tell me. Why did you created me?

Huh. It's because of your research, huh? But why did you say you loved us and that you were going to treat us all like family? Why did you betrayed me? Why did you..throw me away? You even..stabbed me. I don't feel any pain but I can now. Not inflicting pain but..emotional pain. As if my heart was shattered.

I hate this feeling. I have to remove it. But I have to kill you to remove it. I'll kill anyone who dares to be in my way. I'll make sure..I'll be the one who'll kill you, and no one else. If someone killed you, I'll never forgive that person. Because I'm going to be in solitude. I want to be the one killing you. But HE got you first.

*Sigh* This is boring.

And you were then back to the real world. You took control of your body. You sat up and rubbed your temples, murmuring, "Looks like I've got another power.. Hearing someone's inner thoughts." You groaned in despair. "Why does this have to happen to me?"

You heard the door slide open which caused you to be alarmed of danger. You spawned your second Lead and pinned that person against the ground. "Don't touch me!" You cried out and looked down on the person. Your eyes widen. "Ash?"

"What a pain." He groaned lazily. "Can you unrestrain me?"

You did so in an awkward way. You played with your fingers and had your head down. "S-Sorry. I just..woke up from that trauma a-and I--" You were cutted off by someone embracing you tight in his arms. It was Ash. Who else could it be? He was the only one in the room with you. His warmth touching your skin made you feel relaxed.

"I'm just..glad you're alright." He mumbled to your ear, caressing your hair with a hand. Your eyes grow wide because of his words but softened that you felt relieved and hugged back. "What happened to you anyway?"

He pulled away, meeting up his lazy eyes on you. Your eyes were contracting, that's the evidence of you still scared. "There's nothing happening.." You replied in a low voice. He scrunched his brows and leaned his face closer to yours, looking deep into your eyes. You blushed red and he was oblivious of that. "Wh-What are you looking at? B-B-Baka!" You snapped with a tsundere tone.

He was unfazed of that which made you slightly irritated that you can't buy him out of the subject. "If there's nothing happening.. Then, why were you traumatized?" He leaned closer. "You obviously can't be traumatized just like that.. Give me..a fair reason, (y/n)." He mumbled lazily which made you unsteady. You were pinned on the ground and his hands were on either sides of your head.

(I have no idea what I'm writing but I hate it. Forgive me if I write anything unnecessary.. _(._.)_ Gomene)

"(Y/n), answer me.." He said, looking down at your eyes. "Or else punishment will come to pass.." You didn't like telling him the truth and you don't want to receive this so-called "punishment" from him either.

You sighed in defeat and told him, "If I told you, would you get off me?" He nodded merely and pulled himself away from you, letting you sat up and tell you the whole time. Every statement you released made his lips frown which..may be a bad thing.

"Sodesu ka.." He mumbled beneath his breath as his eyes fell.

You flinched in fright and asked, "Are you mad that I didn't say anything or--" You were cutted off by him embracing you again.

"Just..don't leave me ever again." He mumbled. Your lips twitched into a small smile as you hugged back. You're really the perfect one for me.. The Silent Demise Sleepy Ash of Sloth..
