It wasn't the year 1991 when Aria and Fred fell in love, or the year 1992, not even 1993, and, oh god, it sure wasn't the year 1994.

Their love story wasn't the kind from books, when two people meet for the first time in a magical or unexpected way and feel an instant connection, a cute meet. Sure they couldn't even remember the first time they've met, but they had a magical moment that signed the start of everything. However, that moment was years and years later.
Aria and Fred met for the first time during her first year.

It was the 1991 when Fred was in his third year at school and his younger brother Ron attended his first with a lot of other kids, between them there was the famous Harry Potter, the clever and non- stop talking Hermione, the blonde and spoiled Draco and at the end a very little girl. She was the smallest of the group, you could hardly believe she was eleven years old because of her stature, she was quite adorable, and everyone noticed that.
Aria didn't go unnoticed from the very first day. She had a soft peachy skin, pink cheeks and lips, eyes of a deep blue with long dark natural eyelashes and half back black wavy hair. Despite her cute looking and not being tall as his classmates, she was very stubborn and a bit bossy, and made it clear who was in real charge in her house from the first day. Also don't worry, she became a bit taller the following years.

Draco wasn't particularly happy about that, a girl being more respectable than him? No way, but in the deep he admired her charm. That's why they became the most gossiped but strong couple of Hogwarts the following year. Yes, that's right, Aria and Draco were a couple, and even if you may think he was selfish and annoying, he was totally different with his little piece of love. Draco always showed his caring side to her, he never let her lack anything, and both were always supportive to each other with school homework or other types of problems.
Aria knew that Draco was a pain in the ass when he was a kid, but during the years he always showed her wrong, and she had to admit that those were the best years of her life, or at least she thought about that. But that's another story.

Probably you are thinking that Fred and Aria didn't get a chance because of Draco, and maybe it's correct, but that's not the reason.

Fred also had a relationship during his first years at Hogwarts, and her name was Angelina. We can say that both had their lovingly relationship and the universe made them follow different paths, but their first encounter happened before all of this.

When I said that both probably couldn't remember their first meeting, it's because it wasn't written somewhere and it wasn't going to lead somewhere, or at least at that moment. It didn't happen when Aria was sat in front of everyone with the big hat on her head - and eyes- and Fred, admiring her from afar at the Gryffindor table, giggled at the thought of a cute little girl being called a Slytherin. It wasn't when Aria looked from afar at one of Fred's mischief in the courtyard and smiled - Even if by myself I have to admit that they were all signals of an invisible connection - But the real interaction happened on a usual and boring morning.
Aria was just standing in the middle of the corridor, writing something on her book and not looking up, when Fred accidentally collided with her and all her books fell down. Fred thought she was so tiny that he didn't even see her, but stopped by to help her, like the Gryffindor he was. Aria didn't even notice what was happening since she was too focused on her own business, she just took the book from Fred and said a 'thanks' after walking away like nothing ever happened. Also Fred wasn't too focused on the situation, he was talking to his brother while helping her and then he continued walking away.
But when he met her deep blue eyes, he couldn't forget them easily, even after years and years.

That was their first interaction, even if they followed different paths. But the universe is silly and sometimes unpredictable, if it decides that two people belong to each other, trust me, they will be together, but the funniest thing is how it happens.

It was now the 1995, on the train for a new year at school.
Ariaand Draco were no longer a couple, but Aria was still the most gorgeous and respectable girl in school.
Fred and Angelina were still a couple, even if they had a lot of high and low moments.
But the school year is long and a lot of things could happen, our characters should just not stop at the appearances and targets of each other's houses, and follow the flow, will they be able to do that?
