If you want chocolate, don't eat it. No matter how good it looks or how good it taste!
Because if you do, it will actually make you feel worse than you were before. 😭
It may feel good for five minutes but then the pain settles in. And you wish you were dead.
Dark chocolate on the other hand is actually GOOD for you. So grab some dark chocolate and ditch that milk chocolate because that will make you feel worse.
Chocolate has magnesium, which—apparently—helps alleviate cramps and increase energy. It also contains endorphins, or "happy hormones," which can help improve your mood. Finally, dark chocolate is high in antioxidants called flavonoids, which may have a positive impact on your health.
*Confession: I look this up because I didn't know how to spell 'magnesium' and I was too lazy to rewrite it*

Dark chocolate is 👍
Milk chocolate is 👎
Unless you want to hurt worse.
