A two hour movie is not going to get me into wanting them to be together, matter of fact I will be all "they knew each for *insert short (sometimes VERY short) time* and I'm expected to root for them?! No." I like romance when it's done WELL and when you bond with the characters and I actually, genuinely, want them to be together—and not just because I want the romance part of the book to be over with. Okay. Let it grow. Also throwing in some gore isn't bad either. Just saying.
